The day we checked in was a football match day, and sports teams also stayed in this hotel."

"The room is not well lited even i turn on all the lights in the room. There is no electric kettle for reboiling tap water. Not very suitable for people not used to drink cold tap water. Only 2 bottled water provided by the hotel no matter hiw long u stay. The staff didnt refill the bottled water. The location is quite far away from the center, u need take a bus for 30 minutes or walk by 1 hour. Also not of a good value for a hotel charge you nearly 150 usd per night"

However, I haven't received my $100 refund after leaving at 9:00 am I was told I would get it back in 3-5 business days, which I find unfair."

"I made a reservation for 3 days including breakfast, but the breakfast was paid extra and checked out normally, but the deposit has not been refunded even after 10 days. The front managers are not friendly and they don't work meticulously. The pool doesn't have windows, smells bad of disinfectant, and the restaurant manager isn't friendly either."
