"The room is not well lited even i turn on all the lights in the room. There is no electric kettle for reboiling tap water. Not very suitable for people not used to drink cold tap water. Only 2 bottled water provided by the hotel no matter hiw long u stay. The staff didnt refill the bottled water. The location is quite far away from the center, u need take a bus for 30 minutes or walk by 1 hour. Also not of a good value for a hotel charge you nearly 150 usd per night"

"Positive points: a very conveniently located, small hotel just next to university campus and several restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores etc. Ideal for short visits. It was quiet contrary to what other customers describe. The availability of free breakfast was welcome since it is not a usual amenity in US hotels. Negative points: the lack of a refrigerator! This is actually the first hotel in the last 40 years -that I can remember- without a refrigerator in the room. Also, we could not pull the curtains far enough to darken the room from daylight. Overall: a good choice for short stays in Ann Arbor. To the manager: please buy refrigerators for the rooms!"

"In the city center of Ann Arbor, it's a ten-minute walk from the bus terminal. There are many restaurants nearby, and it's also very convenient to go to the university. The hotel looks a bit old, but the entire city of Ann Arbor is also an old city. The hotel room was very clean, with typical old American hotel facilities and very comfortable. The day we checked in was a football match day, and sports teams also stayed in this hotel."

"The location is excellent, right across from the Ann Arbor University gymnasium. It is safe and you can run around the gymnasium for about one kilometer. The room is decorated in a modern and simple style, with an open kitchen connected to the bedroom. The layout is large. The bathroom has removed the impractical bathtub, and the space is spacious, but I don't like the bathroom without partitions. The biggest problem is that the floor is relatively thin, and it feels like the floor is moving when you walk. Everything else is pretty good."

"I made a reservation for 3 days including breakfast, but the breakfast was paid extra and checked out normally, but the deposit has not been refunded even after 10 days. The front managers are not friendly and they don't work meticulously. The pool doesn't have windows, smells bad of disinfectant, and the restaurant manager isn't friendly either."
