"They have airport pick up from SEATAC and it’s excellent, person in check in counter is also very helpful, they have breakfast too, we stay only one night prior to cruise but in the future will use this hotel again"
"The hotel is about 8-9 kilometers from the airport, less than 10 minutes' drive. Free parking, ample parking spaces, very suitable for driving by yourself. The room was spacious and bright, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities are very new. The surrounding environment is very good. You can walk to Southcenter, which is very convenient for shopping and eating. The breakfast is also good. Although the variety is the same every day, it is quite good among American hotels of the same level. There are 150 bus stops within a 7-8 minute walk. If you don’t want to drive to the city center, you can take the bus, which costs 2.75 dollars and runs every 2.5 hours. It is very convenient to go to pike place market and aquarium."

"I stayed at the Embassy Suites for two nights.
The hotel is dated, but room was very nice and quiet. I was told that at some point the hotel will remodel as it was supposed to have one two years ago.
The shower shampoo, conditioner, and lotions were really great. My hair felt so great after using them I felt cheated when I stayed at other hotels in the area.
The breakfast that is provided is very good with many choices. Made to order omelets, pancakes, bacon and sausage. Cereals hot and cold. The evening drinks and snacks were okay. 5:30pm start. Two drinks per guest. Mixed drinks and non-alcoholic.
The shuttle ride was not free, as it had been in the past. I believe it was $12 one way. I rented a card while I was on holiday and the parking was $18 per night.
Overall, the stay was nice and I would consider staying there again in the future."
"The hotel is very close to the airport, and there is a very convenient airport shuttle service. The supplies and towels are very clean. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It is a good choice for first time visitors to Seattle"
"The hotel/rooms are a little dated and a like taking a journey into the 80's, but adequate for an overnight stay before an early flight. Large room which is well equipped (microwave, fridge, coffee maker, safe, iron etc) although the linen was a little worn. The towels were excellent/new and the bed was very comfortable. The Shuttle service worked quite efficiently. My only minor complaint would be that the windows are not double glazed so airport & road noise is noticeable. Overall, you get what you pay for, and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. I may look at other options the next time, but for the money is okay."
"The breakfast is very simple, the room facilities are a bit old, the location is good, there is walmart for shopping at the side of the house, and the highway is very convenient."
"For a typical motel with a low price, don't expect too much.
When I arrived in the evening, the staff member on duty was in the restroom, so I waited a few minutes. To apologize, she waived the $6 parking fee.
I was very grateful, but I was still surprised. Motel parking? I'd never heard of that before."

Great
GGuest UserThe room was spotless and the bedding was comfortable, plus the room layout was excellent! The front desk offers complimentary water and soda, and there's a TV in the lobby where you can watch the World Cup.
The only downside was the low water pressure in the shower, and the fact that it was a fixed showerhead, which was quite inconvenient.
The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the fish market, and directly across the street is the US team's residence!
TTineChanThe hotel's front desk service is very good, the room is clean, and free bath salts are delivered to the room. When checking in, the front desk will give 2 bottles of water and a welcome drink. Guests will be provided with a free glass of red wine from 5 to 7 o'clock, and free delivery to nearby attractions. The location of the hotel is very convenient, there are bus stops and supermarkets within 100 meters.
The room we stayed in this time also happened to have a little view of the Needle. Recommended for those traveling to Seattle to consider staying here.
GGuest UserI had a fantastic 2-night stay at this new hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, especially for anyone arriving from the airport via the Green Line Westlake. It’s a direct shot from the airport, and then just a 14-minute walk from the station (which also connects to the mono rail to space needle.
I loved the cozy lobby; it’s a great spot to just hang out or relax for a bit. A huge plus for me was the surrounding area. On my way to check in, I was able to grab Shake Shack for dinner, which was perfect. And for bubble tea lovers, there’s a boba shop, Hey Tea ,right next door! Whole Foods is also just a short walk away, making it easy to pick up anything you need.
The check-in and check-out process was super quick and smooth. I had a great rest over my two nights and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.
CcauliflowerI visited with my family. The lobby desk staff was so friendly and I felt good. I also had breakfast at the restaurant below because I used my destination fee points. They were friendly and the food was good. The location was relatively safer than the market area, so I liked it.
GGuest UserHad a really great experience here at CitizenM. The place was unique, chique, and modern. With all the extra tools they provide like their mobile room controller you can personalize the room to your liking.
The lobby is very interactive with accessible board games, lounge area and bar.
Highly recommended!
GGuest UserA decent value-for-money option in downtown Seattle. The breakfast selection is limited, but it's enough to fill you up – just don't compare it to hotels back home. The room was quiet, clean, and well-maintained, and the facilities were perfectly fine.
QQuentin FernandezDown the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of sucked and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: They're currently renovating, and breakfast wasn't available during my stay... they said they'd issue a refund. The gym wasn't open either, but guests can use the gym at the hotel next door.
Cleanliness: Pretty clean.
Environment: It's right next to the DT, so it's convenient and safe to walk everywhere.
GGuest UserI like how it is right in the centre. The self check in was so efficient however there was no information about where to get the breakfast- for what time etc. same for other amenities too. I booked with breakfast included the guy at the front desk maybe in early 30s to mid 40s told us that the breakfast will be the room across the reception but when we went there they were still charging customers even from the hotel so the information about breakfast is misleading.
We ended up not having breakfast despite paying for it on top of that 30 mins before our official check out the key card stopped working.
The misleading information was very frustrating as I paid for the service and didnt even get it.
GGuest UserThe good: The house is really clean and lovely. We have all we needed to cook at home, and the rooms were nice and spacious.
The Bad: The location leaves a lot to be desired, lots of people fighting and threatening outside. Several nights we've had to endure listeng to screaming and someone being harassed. It's terrifying for my kids who may be technically adults but still on the younger side.
The Ugly: We've had a little incident where my partner, who's not technologically knowledgeable accidentally purchased a movie through the owner's account. The owner went through the roof calling names and accusing without asking what happened first. Reading other reviews in airbnb we can see this is not the first incident with him not being the nicest. There are ways to communicate without going from zero to sixty. We paid a few thousand dollars for this stay, another 5 bucks is not something we're looking to swindle.
