"Absolutely loved staying at the Churchill Hotel! It is in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to DuPont Circle and the Metro. Very safe neighborhood. There is a separate area in the room with a desk. Actually, large enough to use as a dressing room! We will definitely be going back and staying at the Churchill."

"The room was small, the bed was small too, my 1.84m tall son's feet were sticking out of the bed when he slept. The exhaust fan and light in the toilet are linked to a switch. When the light is turned on, the exhaust fan turns on, and the sound of the exhaust fan is as loud as a tractor. The toilet, washbasin and bathroom are all complete, but the design is very compact, only about two square meters. The air conditioner was quite noisy, so we didn't turn it on to have a quieter sleep. But strangely, we didn't feel cold. There was only a thin blanket on the bed. Overall it's cheap, just bear with it."

"Overall was a great stayed. Walked in the hotel right hand side was a bar. Also a restaurant on the main floor. The hotel offered valet parking for a fee. (Shop around for parking near by) I picked this hote was walkable and near by Foggy Bottom Metro station very convenient. Uber took about fifteen minutes to Washington DC museum area. Check in was very efficient. Unfortunately we got in some issues regarding for this booking. Long story short, a manager Mahmoud C was very patient and professional to resolve the issues for us. It was not what we wanted but there was no other better choice. We only stayed one night in The Melrose Georgetown Hotel. The room was spacious and well maintained. It was very comfortable."

"We loved our stay at the Washington Plaza, friendly, helpful and courteous staff, all amenities were great,. The room was nice, clean and the soap, shampoo and conditioner were great, 2 bottles of water were in the room and a small fridge. The gym was great, lots of machines, free weights, TRX, bozu ball. Weighted balls, there was lots of equipment. The Bar/restaurant had good food, reasonable prices and good service. All round wonderful play to stay."

"After a very long 29-hour journey, the last thing a guest wants is to feel unwelcome upon arrival. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The female receptionist with curly hair appeared indifferent while checking me in. Even when speaking to me, she avoided eye contact and seemed focused on other tasks. In hospitality, the reception team creates the first impression of a hotel, and I found this behavior unprofessional and unfriendly. When I checked out, the female receptionist with straight hair was also not particularly welcoming. The only receptionist who showed some warmth and friendliness was the gentleman at the front desk. During my first night, I experienced itching and discomfort. I’m not sure whether it was related to the bedding or towels, but I requested fresh sheets and towels to be replaced. My room was also missing a refrigerator and a safety deposit box, which I would normally expect for a more comfortable stay. That said, I would like to recognize Alma, who kindly provided coffee for my room, and Maira from housekeeping, who worked incredibly hard and was always helpful. They were the highlights of my stay and deserve recognition for their excellent attitude and service. I hope management takes guest feedback seriously, as a more welcoming front desk experience would make a significant difference."

"This stay was a complicated experience. The hotel is popular, but the service response is really not up to par. There is a long queue for check-in and check-out. The room request cannot be processed in time, which makes people anxious. The lighting design of the room is unreasonable. There are only floor lamps and table lamps, which are dim at night. And there is no drinking water, which is too inconvenient. However, the sanitation is very clean, which is worthy of recognition. The sound insulation is poor. If there is any movement outside, it can be heard clearly in the room, making it difficult to sleep well. In addition, the decoration is old and the corridor is gloomy, which makes me feel creepy when walking at night. It is affordable and has a five-star brand. If the budget is limited, it can be used. But the hardware and service are in urgent need of upgrading, otherwise it is difficult to retain guests. I hope it can be improved."

"The room was very spacious, and all the facilities were new and spotlessly clean. The large bed was comfortable and on the softer side. The surrounding area was nice and quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent; even though it was by the road, I could barely hear any noise. It's very close to the White House, just a few minutes' walk, so safety is absolutely not an issue. Transportation is also very convenient, with a subway station right across from the hotel. It's only a few stops from the airport, taking about twenty minutes. The service, however, felt mediocre. I got the impression they looked down on Asian guests."

"The room was clean and well-equipped. They offer a complimentary breakfast which was quite rich, and there's a free fresh-ground coffee machine in the lobby. On the third floor, you'll find a laundry room and an ice machine."
