"It's in a very convenient location. Plenty of shops and places to eat within 5 minutes drive. Also a short drive to visit San Francisco. On top of that, there's free parking and a delicious free breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable. But there's only one washing machine and dryer. Will be good to have another washer/dryer."

"The room, how can I put it? The soundproofing was awful. I could clearly hear coughing from the room on my left and the TV from the room on my right – every sound was crystal clear. This is simply not the level of sound insulation a hotel should provide. On the plus side, its proximity to the airport was excellent."

There are plenty of cheap fast-food options nearby. Although the facilities are a bit dated, everything is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is abundant. "The hotel is located in the inner bay, at the end of the road, very very quiet, you can take a walk on the bay path when you go out, the environment is good, there is a train passing by, but no sound is heard at night. The room was comfortable and clean, the breakfast was a Western breakfast and parking was free. Surrounded by hotels and offices, there are matching restaurants, but no guests."

"We were very satisfied with the staff’s service and the simple breakfast, which had a small but well-curated selection. However, it would be helpful to inform guests in advance that connecting rooms are not available. We experienced several infrastructure issues, including loud bathroom fan noise (even after changing rooms), a TV remote not working due to battery problems, and occasional elevator outages, which caused inconvenience for both guests and staff. Despite this, the staff’s service mindset was excellent"

"This hotel offers great value for money. The rooms are incredibly clean and tidy, with no carpets to worry about, and absolutely no strange smells. They're also quite spacious, even featuring a desk that can double as a dining table. The front desk staff are exceptionally nice, sweet, and attentive. The hotel provides a complimentary breakfast. While simple, it includes essentials like bread, coffee, hot water, and fruit. There's even a microwave available for heating food. Having stayed at four or five hotels in San Francisco this trip, I can say that although this one has a small, unassuming facade and feels like a niche hotel, it's clean and tidy. The surrounding area can feel a bit dodgy at night, so it's best to stay in. However, its facilities and service are comparable to a four-star hotel, making for a very comfortable stay. Plus, there's a parking lot right next door, which is very convenient. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value and I highly recommend it."
