"Services provided by Chinese immigrants who can speak English, Cantonese and mandarin fluently. Easy going, nice, gentle and polite. Guests are from world wide. They are all nice polite and communicable . Location is self-evidently very very excellent. Just behind the main gate of world famous SF Chinatown. Compared to the comparable location of hotels/motels in New York, this is definitely an underpriced one. easy to get access to public transport/food/tour spots."

"I loved staying at The Mosser in the heart of SF! The architecture was beautiful, my room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The soaps were Tarocco brand Sicilian Blood Orange and smelled so good! I purchased some when I got home and when I use them, I think of my trip to SF."

"The location is very good, next to many famous hotels and landmarks. The girl receptionist is very knd and helpful. With this low room rate, I don't have too many complaints about the dated fixtures and facilities. However, the inclined floor is a bit interesting, sometimes annoying"

"The room's location is super convenient, really close to Union Square and Westfield. While the facilities are a bit older, it's very clean and quiet. Downstairs, they offer free hot water, coffee, cookies, and fruit, which is a nice touch. Definitely good value for money."

"This is a good budget hotel for its category, especially if you book in advance. It's close to Union Square, Chinatown, and Little Italy. The famous Cable Car is just a 10-minute walk away. On a parallel street, about 5 minutes away, there are several nice cafes with excellent breakfast options. The room itself was spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping. The shower room was fresh, and the tiles and fixtures were in excellent condition. There's also a coffee machine in the room. The front desk staff were pleasant, and it was particularly nice to meet a fellow countrywoman, Julia, who was very kind and resolved our small requests twice. "The Handlery Union Square Hotel boasts an excellent and convenient location, within a 10-minute walk of the MTR station, tram stops, and other public transport. We felt the genuine enthusiasm of both the front desk staff and the housekeeping team. Upon checking in, the hotel's architecture and facilities conveyed a sense of long history, and the overall environment was impeccably clean. The hotel thoughtfully provides complimentary luggage storage, which allowed us to leave our bags in their dedicated space after checking out on our last day, giving us a full day to explore worry-free before picking them up in the evening and taking BART to the airport."

"I enjoyed a lot staying in this hotel 4 nights. This is an heritage building where they well preserved the original features.the rooms are very nicely decorated,quote and clean. The staff is very professional and friendly and they always try to help guests. The hotel does not have breakfast room: but in the surroundings there are several option for a good breakfast. Just on ground floor is located “ Corzetti” an italian restaurant open for lunch and diner and always busy: considering we are in USA - where average food is pure poison- you can have a decent meal at Corzetti. . I will return in this hotel anytime in San Francisco"
