"We got to the hotel at 4:00pm. No place to park so I went in to check in and find the valet. I asked the gentleman at the desk about valet and he said he had nothing to do with valet. They are busy and I need to wait out front. I said okay. I asked if he knew where the restaurant I booked was and at first not a clue and then he pulls out a list of restaurants and says it’s on the list. I ask where is it? His response it’s on the list. Okay. He obviously did not understand English so I thought I’ll ask the valet. I went to the valet and he told me we are not in the main building and he has no time to help us. He wasn’t sure if he could valet the car. I was confused and then he said leave the car and you can take your luggage to the building you are staying in. Well it ended up being about 5 blocks away on cobblestone sidewalks up hill. Okay so much for customer service. I realized they were not going to take care of us in any way. No customer service! I can’t believe I paid that much money and it was a room the size of a shoe box with no service. "
"In addition to the front desk calling at 8 o'clock to say that my card has a problem, saying that it can't be used, after explanation, it has been corrected, it seems that the front desk idea is not very clear. The rest is OK!"
"We enjoyed our stay and it was a short walking distance to nightlife and concert hall. The bed was so comfortable and it felt like a very secure establishment. Parking was great and we enjoyed the bath amenities. Thank you!"
"The location of the hotel is a little far from the city center and the beach. The satisfaction is that the parking is free, the room is clean, the front desk service is very good, the restaurant breakfast service is slightly worse, the waiter is serious..."
"Twin room, the room is too small, the whole room is two beds. The facilities are not very good, the refrigerator is regularly ringing at night, the heating is very noisy, the bathroom is small enough to be difficult to get down!"
"Breakfast is very good, there are many varieties, and hot food is changed every day. There is always free coffee and tea in the lobby, free fruit in the morning and free cookies in the afternoon. There are paid laundry services. I feel very good, will choose this hotel next time."
"Overall, the surrounding environment is also good, dining and shopping are convenient. But the room is not big, saying that the standard room is allowed to sleep 4 people, but a bed is about 1.3m. It is still difficult to sleep two people. Two people can live in one room, 3-4 people, and they are crowded. Our family of three traveled, and one room slept all night, feeling too crowded, and made up a room the next day, everyone can rest better."
"Pros- Hotel is clean, new and has nice lounge area by bar with comfortable seating and big screen TV over fireplace. Shower has great water pressure and plenty of hot water.
Cons- checking process was terribly slow for us and many others. There was only one person working at check in time and line was long and slow. Room was fairly tight, fridge was smaller than usual hotel mini-fridge, bathroom did not have a vent.
Breakfast was average- sausage and scrambled eggs all 3 days , yogurt with plenty of toppers (seeds, raisins, nuts etc), hard boiled eggs and store bought style bagels (not fresh) and no pastries. Coffee was NOT available shortly after breakfast was over. Most hotels have coffee available all day."
