"I love the fitness room, the free cancellation of the room, and the location. The only thing was the refrigerator wasn’t cleaned out, so I cleaned it out myself. I just like cleanliness when I stay at hotels. More breakfast options, especially healthier options and I’m just comparing this to other hotels with free continental breakfast. Would have liked to have seen hard-boiled eggs or scrambled, bananas, oatmeal was not available as I believe they were out. But I was thankful for the continental breakfast because any free food is wonderful so thank you! I will definitely recommend it and will be back."

"The most outstanding part about this hotel is the employees. From beginning to end they were patient and simply delightful. Not an easy task when it was graduation weekend and there were a lot of people and a lot of demands. Truly, I cannot say enough about the service."

The staff were all very friendly as well.
Parking is available in the garage opposite the hotel for $23 per day.

GGuest UserWe enjoyed our three day stay at The Kindler Hotel very much. We were in town for a family wedding and for our purposes the location was optimal. The facilities were clean and appealing and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We would stay again despite the following: 1) The bathroom vanity in our room was quite small as was the bathroom overall but, for us, workable, 2) The air conditioner was a bit loud when it cycled on, as is the case in many hotels, but in terms of keeping the room cool and comfortable it worked just fine, and 3) I found myself wishing the bed included a variety of pillows as some hotels do. I personally found the pillows to be too thick and too firm, however, I am not a large person so I imagine they might be fine for many. These are admittedly relatively minor observations and neither would deter us from staying at The Kindler Hotel again.

GGuest UserSuperior location. The hotel has good facilities. In front of the gate is the river. It's safe, too. I do a lot of running in the morning. Next to it is a new shopping mall. Later, I found that there are many noodles to eat. You can also see the scenery outside. Very good.

JJellyBean88sThe staff is amazing! The housekeeper noticed a spider in a corner and right away she took care of it. Then they offered to move me to a different room. I appreciated they were going to all that trouble over a tiny little spider lol but no need to go to all that trouble for a little thing like that. Especially when it's that time of year for those little critters to try and make their way inside.

GGuest UserThis is one of 2 places we stay for our annual Christmas shopping trip so we’ve stayed several times in the past because of the value. The furniture in our room was beaten up and needs replaced, the water pressure in the shower was bad and water wasn’t hot enough for me, but we managed. All in all, this is a good place to stay if you’re not picky about decor as it was clean, just needs some updating. We’ll most likely stay here again since it’s suite type rooms giving extra space to wrap the gifts I buy and the price is decent.

TTraciLeaCheck in was quick and easy. The room appeared clean. The bathtub was speckled with dark rusty spots. Bedding appeared white until the linens were pulled down and they were soiled. Popcorn in between the mattresses. Debris in dresser drawers, corners, behind the toilet. We were only given one set of towels. Had to ask for more towels (the reservation was for two adults), and they bought us one more towel. (No additional wash cloths or hand towels,) and weren't exceedingly friendly about it.. they have been remodeling for awhile now, but it doesn't take a lot of $ to clean and even less for adequate quality control attempts.
