"I am sorry to say that a mistake was made in my reservations for this hotel. I initially booked Nov. 5-7. Then I thought that it had been extended from Nov. 8 -12 and paid for that time but somehow it wasn’t. So today the reception person was very difficult telling me that I had to move immediately and was no help to me at all. I had stocked my room with food in the kitchen, about $ 100 worth which I cannot now use. In fact he suggested another hotel and I asked him to telephone that hotel and he said that he did and they had a room. When I got to that hotel, they did not have any call from the him from the Villa Sonsta so he lied to me about that and they had no room so I had to find another which you will see that I have done at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii hotel with no kitchen. So I had to cancel that extension at the Villa Sonata who refused me sny reimbursement saying that I had to contact you. You will find my new reservation at the Kleopatra Blue Hawaii Hotel. So please reimburse my account with the Villa Sonata. I am very upset with the way that this was handled by them. They said my room was booked anyway so they will have booked it to somebody else for that period Thank you."

"The hotel is located at the foot of the mountain, right next to the beach of Cleopatra. all the sights in step availability. Food excellent. almost every day there was beef, turkey, chicken is of course. once for dinner were given lamb. in 10 days of rest there was fish three times (dorada, pepper, scumbria). wife liked some dessert. fruits on the season for October:fruit, apples, oranges, mandarins, delicious creams and excellent grapes. breakfasts are standard for Turkey. I don't Iran is enough in this hotel. it is not given. wifi in the room, speed is good. of the downsides-noise in the room is bad. lived on the first floor. even with closed windows it was difficult to sleep from the throat-which was under the windows of Poles (most of the residents of this hotel) until 12 nights. screaming, songs, Laughs stopped only after the bar was closed. the hotel would return but would be asked for the upper floor rooms."

"The hotel is 2 minutes from the Cleopatra Beach. I think it's appreciated by all the guests! The cost of accommodation + breakfast was included. The rooms are clean, the air conditioner works perfectly. The number of towels is even more than in the threes. Breakfast is diverse, so it is not bored, there are vegetables, cheeses, sausages, eggs and cold sugar arbuz. Hotel hosts family couple are very kind and welcome. They decided with their husband that if again in Alanya - it is only here."

"Отель в принципе хороший, но есть минусы , это шумное заведение напротив и в принципе шумная улица до самого утра, выбирайте чтобы окна были во двор, маленькая душевая с полу разбитым душем и сломанной дверью кабинки, сыну на кровать залезла двуххвостка, он пол ночи не спал )) и очень скромный завтрак."

"В целом положительны впечатления, достаточно чисто, бассейн небольшой приятный ! жили на 4 этаже вайфай хороший в номере , вот у бассейна его уже нет, душевая кабина конечно не для крупных людей, в номере нет чайника это неправильно! Полотенца не меняли , уборку не делали ,для меня не критично, про шампуни нужно напоминать завтраки как перекус подойдут : яйцо ,чай ,джем, хлеб , сыр"

"Этот отдых в Алании был потрясающем. Ни на секунду не пожалела, что остановила свой выбор на отеле ”Casa Vagabundo”. Влюбилась в это место с первого взгляда, а после недельного проживания ещё больше. Хочется возвращаться сюда снова и снова! Идеально всё, начиная от интерьера отеля, деталей которые привлекают внимание, а какая панорама открывалась из моего номера - лучше один раз увидеть как говориться, чем долго описывать. Локация: находится буквально посередине между двумя пляжами, в пяти минутах от туристических мест, но при этом под окнами у местных жителей поют петухи и складывается ощущение что ты на каникулах у бабушки). Нужно пройти немного в горку (буквально 2 минуты), однако после лежаний на пляже - лично для меня это только в радость. Персонал в лице Седата заслуживает отдельного упоминания: добрый, внимательный, очень вежливый и всегда приходит на помощь. Ежедневные комплименты: печенье, фрукты, шоколад, с собой в дорогу положили финики. Это так мило и всегда поднимает настроение. Чисто, уютно и очень душевно. Обязательно вернусь сюда и не раз!"

"My wife and I stayed at this hotel from March 7th to 18th, 2026. We stayed in wonderful room 601 on the 6th floor. The balcony offered a magnificent view of the mountains on one side and a slice of sea on the other. The nearby road didn't interfere. The room was cleaned every day. It was very cozy and clean. The large room actually consists of two rooms. The air conditioners were excellent, keeping us warm, as the March nights were chilly. The plumbing and furniture were new. It felt like the owner himself lived in the room, as it had everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Convenient location. The first Cleopatra beaches and the ski lift are a 10-minute walk away. The markets are a 10-minute walk away. The nearest Shock store is a 2-minute walk away. Aiganym was available at reception every three days and was always available. Thanks to her, we received a wealth of useful information! Thanks to the TripCom team, too. Payment by Mir card was instant, and confirmation arrived within a minute! I was a little worried since it was my first time booking."
