Hotels near UD Town, Udon Thani

The hotel provides soap, shampoo, towels, coffee, breakfast, and two bottles of drinking water. However, there is no hairdryer. The staff offers excellent service, and the location is fantastic.

The hotel itself is beautifully designed, combining elegance with a cozy atmosphere. The lobby was spacious, clean, and well-decorated, creating a great first impression. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the interior design — everything felt thoughtfully arranged and well-maintained.

The light was quite dark for me and it's not comfortable for working in long hours. The location is a bit far to the main road so it's better to stay somewhere on the main road if you have no car to drive. In my case, I just layovered in this city so if I wanted to go out I had to call a ride healing provide like Grab, Bolt, and Maxim.

The hotel was near all shopping center and night market just near by.the rooms are on small side but nice bed and very clean the balcony small you can smoke on it.there is coffee shop and massage shop near by and a Fowler market next door there are ATM 20m away.there is a motor bike hire near by called happy motor bike you hire most kind motor bikes and not expensive.there some nice English food restaurants near by with British and Thai menu not to expensive.

Room was good size, bathroom was clean, bed was comfortable, water kettle in the room, 2 bottles of water each day, small mini-fridge, and an aircon unit. Good location -- an easy short walk to/from Bus Terminal 2 and a little further to Central Mall. Many cafes, restaurants, and bars in this general area. The proprietors also own Primani's Indian Restaurant across the street (good food, closed on Mondays). Nearby is the Udon train staion and UD Town (with a full size Lotus's supermarket, many western fast food restaurants, and a variety of shops).

We stay here fairly regularly, the standard rooms are so so, very basic with very little in the room. The suites are better equipped. Parking is a bit tight and limited spaces. Plenty of bars nearby and the noise doesn't generally disturb us. Also restaurants nearby and Central Plaza less than 10 minutes walk.

We came as family and booked our rooms (2 rooms with king bed) through trip.com. The hotel is quite relatively new and clean. However the service needs some improvements. When we got to the hotel, we asked if we could have our rooms near by each other as we travelled with small kids. The front desk told us that they are full and only have twin bed room which is connecting to the one bed room. However, we asked if the twins bed could be put together and if the hotel can use the blanket to over the bed so that the separation is covered and easy to sleep, but they said no they can only push the beds together and that was it. To us that was not helpful in my view. They can at least offer extra blanket which we can do it ourselves. We got one room on 3rd and one on 5th floor. We found that the hallway of the 5th floor had very strong smell (not sure what it was, but it smelled very strong like some sort of chemical). When reported to the front desk, she noted, but nothing seemed to happened as we could still smell it on the second day. The room on the 3rd floor (318) the AC was leaking and the water was all over the floor. Our son was running and almost fall over, but luckily he held on the wall and didn't tip over. We called the hotel and asked if they can send someone. The hotel staff came and fixed it, but still the AC still leaked the next day (see photos). I also asked the mechanic to check the smell on the 5th floor. It seemed what they did was to spray it with some air freshener to cover the smell. So i finally asked if we could move to the same floor even if it was a twin-beds room. It would be good if the hotel guard could help their guests when driving out to the street as sometimes when the cars are parked near the exit/entrance, we couldn't see the car coming very well, and this could be a road safety issue. Also when there is a heavy traffic, the hotel guard could help their guests to get in and out by stopping the car or asking the car to not block the entrance/exit. I found that the housekeepers were the most helpful staff at this hotel. They were genuinely kind and helpful. I wish the front desk could be a bit more genuine (without giving their guests the 'look”, but instead offer some support and help or alternatives. We want express our thanks to the housekeeper and the mechanic for their helpful service throughout our stay despite the issues that we faced during our stay.

This hotel was surprisingly good, especially considering how affordable it was. The room was very nice, well maintained, and much better than expected for the price. There were also plenty of amenities available, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, everything worked well and the experience was pleasant from check-in to check-out. For such a budget-friendly option, the quality offered is excellent. Definitely a great choice in terms of value for money, and I would happily stay here again.

I had such a wonderful stay here for my birthday! I spent two nights at the hotel, and everything made the celebration feel extra special. The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. The room was clean, cozy, and perfect for relaxing, and the atmosphere of the hotel made the whole experience even more memorable.
