Check in and out was good, the room was nice and big bathroom but no smart tv so no YouTube 😩 beds where a bit too hard and no PowerPoints next to beds👎🏻 The buffet breakfast was below par, poor choice and poor quality way to many people it was so loud I couldn't hear myself think🤕 it was very uncomfortable, pool was ok but saunas where locked😞 Over all the hotel was very old and dated furniture from the 40s and not clean, don't think I'll stay here again.

the hotel room and pool are great! the breakfast was very disappointing. while the location is amazing, if you are arriving by car the hotel is on a one-way street that is hard to access, so it takes an additional 5-10 minutes to get there.

I stayed here for business and was really impressed by the amenities, specifically the pool area. It’s often hard to find a pool in Bangkok decent enough for actual swimming, but this one was perfect. The water was crystal clear and the length was decent for getting in a workout (freestyle and breaststroke). It’s a peaceful break from the busy city below. Solid service and cleanliness overall, but the swim experience makes me want to come back.

The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Housekeeping did a fantastic job maintaining the room daily. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing pool area. The dining experience was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options and excellent service. The location is perfect—conveniently close to key attractions, shopping areas, and transport links, making it easy to get around. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and outstanding service.

Spanking new hotel in a superb location just 300m to Nana BTS. Reasonable spread for breakfast with a few added tasty local dishes. Club privileges at the lounge were great with polite and attentive service staff. Will stay here again.

What a beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was generously spacious with some of the softest sheets I’ve ever experienced. 10/10, all day, every day. The gym and pool facilities were spectacular.  The rooftop bar and restaurant, Pastel, is an absolute must, spectacular views, excellent drinks, and great food to match. I couldn’t fault this hotel in any way and would definitely book again.

Good hotel near all you need. Rooms are good. Bed very comfortable. Shower hot and waterpressure ok. The hotel has a swimmingpool and fitness room. Hotel is nearby the skytrain. Metro about 10 minutes walking. Nearby many restaurants, bars, clubs, malls. So a convinient location to stay. I sure come back.

My trip to Thailand was wonderful, and the hotel's location was very convenient. However, the hygiene conditions were truly concerning, something I've never experienced before. I discovered the issues late at night and called the front desk to explain. The person actually asked me, ”Didn't anyone clean your room today?” Seriously, whose job is that? Are you asking me? How am I supposed to know? Anyway, the tip I left on the pillow was gone, so I just assumed someone had cleaned the room. The staff who changed the sheets was polite, but three or four sets had different dirty spots. They eventually explained it was washing machine marks. But then I have to ask, are the marks on the sheets also from the washing machine? And what about the holes in the duvet cover? In the end, I just gave up. Dirty is dirty, I'll just wear my pajamas and deal with it. They said it was too late to report to the manager that night and that the manager would contact me the next day. But the next day, I had to be the one to go to the front desk. They said the manager was in a meeting and asked when I would be available. I'm on vacation! Who has time to wait around for you? Finally, it was check-out time, and they asked if I still wanted to talk to the manager. So, should I just miss my flight and skip going to the airport? Will you reimburse me for a missed flight? Their way of handling problems was incredibly frustrating. My trip was originally very happy, and Thailand is beautiful, but this hotel completely ruined my mood. On the bright side, I have to give credit where it's due: the fire safety was excellent. Someone smoked in their room, and the alarm went off. I ran out in the middle of the night thinking there was a fire. It did affect my sleep a bit, but at least the alarm worked well.

This is my fourth stay here. The location is excellent, right in the alley next to Seremban, close to the main road. You'll find a lot of Indian and Korean people around here. Facilities: Overall, they're pretty decent, especially considering it was 400 a night during peak season. The hotel is quite old, but well-maintained. The only issue was the shower. I was on the 7th floor, and for some reason, the hot water was scalding, and the water pressure was a bit low. The pool is nice and not crowded, but the gym equipment is very outdated. Service: Generally, the staff are friendly and the service is good. However, there's always one bad apple. In the mornings at the gym, there was an old man, wearing a hat and a staff short-sleeved top, who would come in, sit down, and watch videos on his phone with the volume turned up loud. I was quite surprised that a staff member would do something like that!

Top location. In 5-10 min walking area you have terminal 21 (big shopping mal and big food cort), BTS, Benjakitti Park (a lot of green and water for walk or bike 🚲 ride or running), street food. Hotel Staff very friendly and supportiv. I also got a very good room including big fridge, microwave, big TV, big shower and working space/table if you want to use your laptop. Two Pools and fitness studio also included. Best recommendations from my side, next time i may book it again. I got a good offer and paid around 60€ per day without breakfasts.
