"I didn’t have high expectations for this hotel. I simply wanted to bring my granddaughters here for a relaxing getaway. But it turned out to be much better than expected, especially the accommodation and the wonderful atmosphere. We had such a lovely and relaxing stay. 原本对这家酒店没有太多期待，只是想带孙女们来这里放松度假。没想到入住后感觉比预期好很多，尤其是住宿环境和整体氛围都非常棒。我们在这里度过了一段非常愉快又放松的时光。"

"The best thing of this hotel - it’s location. It is located at the end of a tiny street right on the river bank, which makes it very quiet (this is rare for the center of Bangkok). The rooms have a classic design of Ibis hotels, the beds and pillows are quite comfortable. The MRT is 10 min away by walk, 7-11 is right at the corner 2 min walk from hotel. But…why hotel doesn’t provide slippers? This is quite strange especially for the price you pay. This is first hotel in Bangkok I ve ever stayed and first Ibis hotel ( I travel a lot) which doesn’t provide slippers in the room. In China even cheap guesthouses provide slippers and sometimes bathrobes. Stepping out the shower onto the room’s not the cleanest floor and then go to bed - is damn weird. And not so comfortable. Beside this small thing everything was quite good. Though I didnt have chance to try breakfast so can’t tell if it’s good or not. The front desk team is very friendly and helpful!"

"The location of this amazing and lobby is huge and very clean. The staff was very helpful we didnt like our room not because it was dirty but we just had an off vibe toward it and they showed us 3 room and i asked for a specific room upgrade and it wasnt available they give me a higher room for same price that they gave me for the one i choose."

"The food at the rooftop restaurant was delicious, and I dined there several times during my stay. The view from the restaurant is superb, offering glimpses of ICONSIAM and Wat Arun in the distance. The river cruise boats passing by look beautiful as they sparkle on the water. Sunset is the best time to visit. The reception staff were friendly and answered my various questions with a smile. There is also a laundry facility on the ground floor, so doing laundry was no problem at all."

"The hotel is new and stylishly decorated. I really appreciate that they allowed me to check in early when a room was available. The staff was also prompt and efficient in addressing guests' common requests. However, there are a few drawbacks: 1. First, the location isn't very convenient; it's quite a long walk to the BTS station. 2. I found stains on both the towels and the bedsheets. 3. And most importantly, the curtains offer no blackout at all. You can see outside even in the middle of the night, and during the day, it's incredibly bright."

"If you're in Bangkok for sightseeing, food, and nightlife, and just need a place to sleep, this hotel is perfectly adequate. There are hardly any amenities, and no complimentary water. The room is a minimum size, and the walls are thin, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're easily bothered by noise or other factors. The good points are the helpful front desk staff, the proximity to a 7-Eleven, and many restaurants within walking distance. It's a viable option for solo travelers."

"This hotel, newly opened in 2024, boasts its biggest advantage: a direct walkway connecting it to ICONSIAM. No need to brave the sun or rain on the street; you can just head downstairs to shop, enjoy the SookSiam Floating Market, and it's only a short walk to the Chao Phraya River pier for night cruises. Taking a boat to Wat Arun and the Grand Palace is incredibly convenient, making its prime location perfect for tourists. Being part of the Hilton Garden Inn brand, the overall facilities are very new. The rooms are clean and tidy with a practical layout. Standard rooms are 27㎡, and the bathroom features a separate wet and dry area. The bedding is comfortable, and some rooms with large windows offer views of the Chao Phraya River. The rooftop outdoor pool on the 9th floor isn't crowded, and there's also a gym for relaxation during downtime. The hotel also provides a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient for long trips and a big plus for families. The breakfast offers a good selection of Chinese, Western, and Thai dishes. The freshly cooked rice noodles and Thai soup noodles are highlights, and the variety is sufficient. The front desk has Chinese-speaking staff, and check-in efficiency is decent, with friendly service. There's also a 7-Eleven downstairs, making it easy to grab water, snacks, and daily necessities."

"Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive, with disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and bath towels provided. However, there are no disposable slippers. Cleanliness: The room was very clean and tidy, and looked beautiful. Service: The service was excellent! They even gave us ice cream when we checked in. Location: It's very close to ICONSIAM, just a few minutes' walk away, which is great for shopping. There's also a 7-Eleven right across the street, which is super convenient."

"I stayed for 3 nights. The location is good, but it's a bit of a walk from the nearest BTS station, which was a little tough with a large suitcase. However, it's easy to get around by calling a motorcycle taxi via Grab. Although it's one of the lower-tier Hilton brands, the breakfast exceeded my expectations with a great variety and delicious food."

"Excellent option for a stay in Chinatown. There's parking available. There aren't enough lounge chairs by the pool, so come early if you want one."
