I've stayed here multiple times, and the overall experience is consistently reliable. The hygiene management is excellent, with clean and tidy rooms. The service is professional and attentive, with prompt responses. The location is superb, offering convenient transportation and easy access to everything. It's equipped with a gym and swimming pool, and the facilities are well-maintained. Although it has a classic feel, the quality is top-notch, making it a dependable choice for business travel.

This place was good. First room I seen 2 cockroaches. Told the front desk. Was quickly changed to another room no issues. I extended my stay (it’s close to metro) had to change rooms. The other room was good too clean no bugs. Only problem I didn’t like is they’re trying to find you for anything. Lose room key 300baht. Clog toilet 3000 baht. Smoke in balcony 5000baht etc… if you’re ok with that it’s not bad and right next to jodd fairs

It's good. The parking space is great, the room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the towels are fluffy. It's near 7-Eleven. The only downside is that the duvet cover feels a bit old, which is a minor flaw. If only the bedding were upgraded, it would be even better. It's close to Huai Khwang Market, but it's too hot to walk, so it's a one-minute motorbike taxi ride away. Overall, it's a good value-for-money hotel.

This hotel in Bangkok truly exceeded all my expectations – from the service to the breakfast and the room, it was a delightful surprise throughout my trip! The late-night check-in experience was absolutely divine! We arrived past midnight, but the staff was incredibly warm and attentive. They not only processed our check-in quickly but also proactively helped us with our luggage to the room. Even with a language barrier, using a translation app made communication effortless. The thoughtful service completely melted away the exhaustion of our late arrival. Breakfast was genuinely a daily highlight! The menu changed every day, offering a rich variety of fresh dishes. The made-to-order omelet station was a definite standout; the chef could even make omelets that resembled omurice, tender and runny – so delicious I wanted to have an extra one every day. It truly made breakfast a joyful experience. The room felt much more spacious than it appeared online, never feeling cramped, with a well-designed layout that made for a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was the rooftop dryer, which wasn't very efficient and took a long time to dry clothes. Regarding the location, while it's not particularly close to the Siam shopping district, requiring some travel planning, the surrounding amenities are fantastic. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, with several more down the block, making it super convenient for purchases. Big C is also just a few hundred meters away, perfect for daily shopping. Additionally, since the hotel is by the road, there can be some motorbike noise during the day, so I'd recommend resting early, though it wasn't a significant disturbance. The rooftop also features a free swimming pool and a paid laundry room, which is super convenient for doing laundry while traveling. Considering the price and the overall experience, this is truly an excellent accommodation choice in Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Having wonderful 3 nights in this hotel. Booked this hotel due to attend concert in Union Hall, just walk through metro underground then arrive to opposite Union Mall. The room is little compact but the amenities and bed is good as a 4-star hotel. I really liked that their refrigerator can be that big even got chill and freezer (gotta request with the front office for this big fridge). Definitely will book again this hotel if got concert in Union Mall.

Convenient Location by the Yellow Line, but Avoid Rooms Facing the Station The hotel is located right next to the Yellow Line station (second to last stop), which makes getting around quite convenient. You will usually need to transfer to reach the main central areas of Bangkok, but the connection is easy. If you stay here, it’s very important to request a room that does not face the station. The train noise can be very loud, making it difficult to sleep or enjoy the balcony. The hotel itself is pleasant. The breakfast is nice and quite varied, and the staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. There is also a small but lovely pool area, and even large turtle enclosures that are interesting to see. Housekeeping cleans the room daily, which is a nice plus. The location is convenient in terms of transportation. There are two 7-Eleven stores very close to the hotel. However, the area is a bit limited when it comes to restaurants and shops, so you may need to travel a little for more dining options. Overall, a comfortable stay with good transport access and friendly staff.

Such an amazing Hotel It's my first time staying around here and really concerned about it. But after just couple minutes there, the hotel was so amazing. I arrived at around midnight and checked in with a girl staff, she was so nice and helpful and recommended me around. Also met some staff in daytime they were also good. The room was amazing, clean and I love the bathroom so so much. One of the best. ( a bit smells of Cigarettes but it's fine for me and I understand it's hard to remove it and also Chinese are smoking like crazy ) The gym and Pool open 24 hrs. Can walk to subway not far at all I will come back soon for sure !

First stay and it won't be our last..From the moment you enter the hotel you are greeted with smiles..Check in was smooth and efficient..We had a corner room which was large with amazing views..We are in the restaurant and the food was good and the pool is quite magical Breakfast is a triumph with meal options changing every day we were there (4 nights). BTS is a short walk away and the area is quiet which is a relief from a days sightseeing. Thank you to all of the team who made the start of our holiday one to remember.

The service is friendly with good English. The staff can handle various requests. The room is totally fine with everything necessary. A balcony, a couch, a table. The location is good in the sense that it's near transport stations, small malls, markets, etc. A park is a bit over half hour walk away. It's not downtown Bangkok vibes. They're more local everyday vibes.

There is lobby and ground floor. You will need your room key to access level way beyond the lobby. Overall this is a good hotel which is really affordable.  Staff attitude was very good during twice or my stay.  If you need taxi to airport, it’s cheaper to order with counter staff rather than ride hailing app.
