This villa is situated approximately 15-20 minutes from Hua Hin centre, it is surrounded by fields and have a pretty nice mountain, village view. We are a family of eight and found the stay extremely nice and relaxing, the facilities are great - pool is big, sun decks, umbrella, the host also organised ice bath for us. All the rooms are spacious and equipped, there is also an entertainment room with pool table. So I would definitely recommend families travelling to Hua Hin with children. Breakfast is included everyday or they offer delivery meal services as well. All in all, amazing!

A very nice hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are extremely well-appointed and spacious enough to feel truly comfortable. There are two pools and numerous options, including a rooftop jacuzzi/bathtub. While the jacuzzi in the room looks nice, it's not particularly functional. The beach isn't comparable to Koh Lipeh, of course, but it's still quite lovely. The hotel has steps leading down to the beach and, uniquely for miles around, even has restrooms right on the beach. The restaurant is quite good; the food is high-quality and beautifully presented, but unfortunately, it tastes bland and uninspired. This is one of two negative aspects. Considering the price, the food should really taste good. The second negative point is the upholstery on the rooftops, soiled by birds. In some places, there's a two-centimeter-thick layer of bird droppings on the cushions. Something absolutely needs to be done about the birds – again, considering the price of the stay. Despite these two issues, I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel. I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Perhaps things will have improved by then.

Pet-friendly. If you're allergic to dog or cat hair, this might not be the best fit. The hotel has good air quality and spacious grounds, but no fitness center. Dinner was 1,000 baht per set, with four dishes and a pot of rice – a reasonable price considering the hotel's somewhat secluded location. It's perfect for those who don't want to venture out late at night. There's no breakfast buffet; instead, you choose two items from the menu, which is filling enough, though the options are limited. The villa room is spacious and comfortable, with new, soft beds and a private pool. All amenities are provided, and the staff are all very helpful.

The staff were lovely and the service was excellent. The rooms felt very private, and the atmosphere was lush with lots of greenery. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach. It's not far from Tan Three Trees (restaurant/bar), and there are plenty of street food options or nearby restaurants to choose from.

We stayed here for our Christmas break and had a great time. We brought our dog, and it was great for her to have the space to walk and run around. The bed is comfortable but not my usual pillow type. The swimming pool is a decent size, but be prepared for it to be very cold as it doesn't get any direct sunlight. The breakfast and food options were good. Decent coffee and a nice bit of seasonal fruit on the side. Staff are really friendly. No extra charge or deposit needed for pets. I love the location, away from the town and it really has that barn/farm type vibe. Hua Hin is about 30 minute drive. I would say you definitely need access to a car if you're staying here. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I recommend to my friends? Yes.

Spacious and well designed 2br villa. Great for family stay. Excellent service and good breakfast. Wish we could stay longer. Sleep beach side resort perfect o wind down. Would come back with pleasure. Thanks to the great service team. An issue with milk and yogurt storage station, yogurt has turn bad probably due to not enough ice at the breakfast buffet.

What I really liked about this hotel is that any room you get assigned to will have a balcony and a view of the pool. Room is ok to me and was clean

The atmosphere is beautiful and very relaxing. It's quiet because there aren't many rooms. The staff are attentive and provide good service. Breakfast is a buffet with a good variety.

The hotel has a quiet environment, convenient transportation, comfortable beds and good service attitude. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the experience is very good. Hope to stay again next time.
