Posted onMay 19, 2026|Superior Seaview Jacuzzi (24 Hours Use Of Room)
TbackpackPI have to say, this was a truly memorable birthday trip for my wife. We were told check-in was at 3 PM and we were able to check in exactly at that time. I love that we got a full 24-hour stay. The room was spacious, not cramped at all, and had a nice sitting area. The jacuzzi tub was huge! The breakfast offered a wide variety and was delicious. Another thing I liked was that we could eat until 11 AM. I'll definitely consider staying at another U Hotels property if I have the chance.

Guest UserThey say this is the most beautiful Andaz in the world, and I completely agree! I didn't even bother exploring the bustling streets of Pattaya; I just wanted to lounge at the hotel forever.
The room had such a strong Thai vibe, and even the basic garden view room was stunning. There's a massive frangipani tree downstairs.
The hotel's restaurants are supposedly Michelin-starred. I highly recommend the roasted sea bass and tuna tacos from Fish Club – they were absolutely delicious.

This is a fantastic hotel, a real gem for family and parent-child getaways... It feels much more comfortable than those parent-child hotels like Zhongtian. It's perfect for families who prefer a quieter environment, and the breakfast is great too. The hotel also seems to be pet-friendly, as I saw a few families with adorable dogs!

Excellent! I'd give it 20 stars if I could. The view is beautiful, and the atmosphere is great. It's close to the beach and a 7-Eleven. The staff are so kind and lovely. The pool is beautiful too. And there were handsome foreigners! 🕺🏻 The bathroom door was a little stiff, but not bad at all. #Fabulous #DefinitelyWorthIt

Nice hotel. Just a few walks will arrive at the beach. The staffs are friendly and helpful. While we waiting for the lift, we talk about happy hour and welcome drink, the staff at the back explain to us clearly. There are 3 restaurants/cafes in the hotel to pick up the welcome drink and eat lunch and dinner. The breakfast is quite various. The room is very clean and tidy.

We checked the room carefully before checkout and did not spend much time in the room or use many items.
When checkout time we were informed by the night shift staff that a glass and a towel were missing, which was unexpected.
For future guests, it may be a good idea to take photos or videos of the room (including items) during check in and check out to avoid any misunderstandings.
Note for Muslim guests: Please be aware that the breakfast served includes pork.
We did not ask beforehand, so that part was our oversight. However, it would have been helpful if the staff had informed us as it was clear that we are Muslim and from Malaysia.
Overall all is good.

KisrangkulHad a great stay at Oceanphere Pattaya. The villa was spacious, modern, and very clean. I especially liked having a private pool, which made the stay feel much more relaxing and private compared to a regular hotel.
The room was well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. The atmosphere around the property was quiet, making it a good place to unwind. Staff were friendly and responsive whenever we needed assistance.
The location is a bit away from the busy central area of Pattaya, but that’s actually what I enjoyed most. It was peaceful while still being a short drive to restaurants, cafes, and the beach.
Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a private getaway in Pattaya and would happily stay here again.

This hotel might well have been a nice place when it was built last century but now it is in a desperate need of renovation, refurbishment or at least a good clean.
The location is interesting, quite close to the beach and a small lively area with restaurants and massage shops, but unfortunately is located in a dark side street with lots of ferial soi dogs, and it seems that a few of these soi dogs actual live in the hotel. So if you don't like dogs better to give this place a miss.
The general atmosphere is of a nursing home for poor foreigners, i am 63 years old at the time of writing this review and I personally felt like a teenager compared to the other hotel guests.
The room had quite a nasty smell when I first entered, but fortunately dissipated after leaving the balcony door open for a few days. Bedroom furniture was probably from when the hotel was built, it is really showing it's age and compared with other hotels in the same area and price range is really not good enough.
One evening around midnight, 2 men burst into my room. I honestly thought I was going to get robbed, but it turned out to be one of the hotel owners and a drunk German guest. The following day I enquired at the reception what happened, it seemed that the drunk German had told the hotel owner that my room was his. How can you open someone's room without first checking that details of the room's occupant first. I found this to be quite shocking, nothing like this has ever happened to me before.
Next up, this hotel has an outrageous policy about blood stains on the bed clothes, I have been fined 1000 Baht / 30 USD for a thumb print sized blood stain. And 1700 Baht for a small stain on the bed clothes and a very small one on the pillow case. If I had permanently damaged the bed clothes I would be happy to cover the replacement costs, but these costs to remove small blood stains on old bed sheets is disgraceful. I hate to think what would happen if a lady has a problem during her menstual period.
This hotel also has a ridiculous amount of rules and penalties with sign posted all over the hotel.
They say this is a resort, but I feel this is far from the truth. It just a hotel with a pool and a restaurant and a bar. No more services. Not a resort, just the last resort
The only reason I would stay at this hotel again is if all the hotels in a 100 km radius are full and then I would be very wary of coming here again.
