The room is spacious, clean, and tidy. Downstairs is the Impact Exhibition and Convention Center, with a large shopping mall and a street food market nearby. There's also a food court on the first floor of the mall, six 7-Eleven stores of various sizes, a large 24-hour supermarket, and a Thai beauty supermarket! If you're a 'China stomach' (meaning you prefer Chinese food) and can't get used to Thai cuisine, you can find options like Zhang Liang Malatang, Lanzhou La Mian, and self-service hotpot.

Great location, just a short walk from the event venue. The staff were very friendly and polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only minor issue was that the shower holder was broken, so I had to hold the showerhead while showering. Other than that, everything was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and I loved that they played BUS songs throughout the day to welcome fans. Such a cute and thoughtful touch! 🩵

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from IMPACT Arena and IMPACT Exhibition Hall. If you’re attending a concert or event there, I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, including an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, sauna, and steam room. A nice touch is that the hotel provides 3–4 complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules each day. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options available from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Overall, I had a great stay and will definitely stay here again next time.

Accommodation near the Pink Line Skytrain station at Sriratch, convenient for traveling to concerts, safe, with a 7-Eleven located right at the entrance of the accommodation. I will definitely come back to stay here again next time.

This time, I stayed in the one-bedroom suite with a king-sized bed on the top floor! The room was huge and offered great night views. Right across the street is a mall, and a 7-Eleven is just a 3-minute walk away. Although it's a bit far from the city center (requires a BTS transfer), it's very close to Don Mueang Airport. The service was incredibly friendly! I had informed the hotel of my travel purpose in advance, and they even prepared a cake and rose-petal bed to welcome me! The pool and gym aren't huge, but they are both very clean. For this price, the value for money is excellent!

It's a nice accommodation that's not big, but has everything you need. It's such an appropriate place for a short break away from the bustling city center of Bangkok. It's quiet and peaceful. I'd like to stay again next time. Disadvantage: I booked for 2 nights, on the first day they said there were no vacancies of the premium studio I booked, so they gave me a small room. I was able to move to the room I booked on the next day, but it's a pity that I couldn’t stay in the room I wanted on the first day because I made a reservation in advance. It's a pity that the water pressure was weak.

The overall room is considered good, easy to travel around there are seven Lotus, there is a market in the morning and evening. It is a very comfortable accommodation, I like it very much, there is a chance to go again for sure.

The bathroom was strange; the shower was above the toilet, and it was very cramped. The hotel owner was very rude and irritable all the time. Even when I asked polite questions, they were still annoyed. Breakfast only consisted of rice porridge, boiled eggs, bread with jam, and fruit punch. I stayed for several nights, and that's really all the food they offered. They should consider changing the menu a bit.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, and the public areas are clean and odor-free. The breakfast selection was rich and tasty. The service was attentive throughout, with attention to detail evident. It's a great choice for both travelers and those looking for a temporary stay.

Perfect for nature lovers, there are squirrels, birds, fish swimming, and you can relax by bathing in the forest. However, there are few shops in the area and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the nearest 7-Eleven. It may not be a problem for those traveling by car or motorbike, but it is a little far from the town and inconvenient.
