Having wonderful 3 nights in this hotel. Booked this hotel due to attend concert in Union Hall, just walk through metro underground then arrive to opposite Union Mall. The room is little compact but the amenities and bed is good as a 4-star hotel. I really liked that their refrigerator can be that big even got chill and freezer (gotta request with the front office for this big fridge). Definitely will book again this hotel if got concert in Union Mall.

This was my first time staying in a hostel, and I deliberately chose a female-only one. It turned out to be surprisingly good! Since it just opened last year, everything is still in pretty good condition. **Facilities:** The common areas are very well-equipped. There are indoor and outdoor lounge areas, a sofa section, a small gym, and essentials like air conditioning, a microwave, washing machine, dryer, and iron. There's even a self-service coffee machine, among other things. Although the rooms have private bathrooms, there are still shared showers and toilets on the fourth floor, as well as a vanity room (though I sometimes noticed small ants on the wall near the makeup mirror). **Cleanliness:** It's very clean, which makes sense since you take off your shoes when entering the ground floor, and it's cleaned daily. **Environment:** The dorm environment is good, but the space between the two beds is a bit narrow, only allowing one person to pass at a time. This might be due to the addition of private bathrooms. However, the in-bed facilities are very complete, with a bedside lamp, mirror, and a place to hang clothes, etc. There's plenty of storage space. **Service:** There's a front desk staff member with what looks like a Chinese background who speaks fluent Mandarin and has a great attitude. The younger staff members are generally quite enthusiastic.

we stayed for three days between flights to other countries and it was a good base to get a lot of things done. Laundry was on site and was very cheap. We were able to transport and prepare a Bicycle. meals are provided on site including breakfast but you can also get grab deliveries . it is very close to 2 of the mass transit stations one of which they offer transport to. Service is very friendly and excellent. I also appreciated the small gym and meeting the resident cat. There are many areas you can work from too.

I would like to sincerely thank the staff here. After I accidentally fell and got injured outside, the staff provided timely and thoughtful help. They arranged the shuttle bus to take me to the nearest pharmacy and even recommended first-aid ointments that they personally use. This was clearly beyond their job responsibilities, yet they were always incredibly kind, friendly, and willing to help. In addition, the facilities here are excellent. The hair dryer works very well, and there are plenty of useful and fun hangers. There is even an ironing machine provided in the room — something I’ve never seen before, even in four-star hotels during my previous trips to Bangkok. There is also a self-service laundromat just a one-minute walk from the hotel, which is extremely convenient. I have visited Bangkok several times, and this stay truly stood out. I will definitely come back again on my next trip to Bangkok. Once again, thank you so much to all the wonderful staff.

This hotel in Bangkok truly exceeded all my expectations – from the service to the breakfast and the room, it was a delightful surprise throughout my trip! The late-night check-in experience was absolutely divine! We arrived past midnight, but the staff was incredibly warm and attentive. They not only processed our check-in quickly but also proactively helped us with our luggage to the room. Even with a language barrier, using a translation app made communication effortless. The thoughtful service completely melted away the exhaustion of our late arrival. Breakfast was genuinely a daily highlight! The menu changed every day, offering a rich variety of fresh dishes. The made-to-order omelet station was a definite standout; the chef could even make omelets that resembled omurice, tender and runny – so delicious I wanted to have an extra one every day. It truly made breakfast a joyful experience. The room felt much more spacious than it appeared online, never feeling cramped, with a well-designed layout that made for a very comfortable stay. The only minor drawback was the rooftop dryer, which wasn't very efficient and took a long time to dry clothes. Regarding the location, while it's not particularly close to the Siam shopping district, requiring some travel planning, the surrounding amenities are fantastic. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, with several more down the block, making it super convenient for purchases. Big C is also just a few hundred meters away, perfect for daily shopping. Additionally, since the hotel is by the road, there can be some motorbike noise during the day, so I'd recommend resting early, though it wasn't a significant disturbance. The rooftop also features a free swimming pool and a paid laundry room, which is super convenient for doing laundry while traveling. Considering the price and the overall experience, this is truly an excellent accommodation choice in Bangkok. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

It was a great for a short stay because we wanted to explore the Chatuchak market which is very near to the hostel. The front desk ladies where super friendly and quick with their jobs. The hostel has a cute little chilling zone. The room we checked in had no windows but we didn’t had any problems with that because the room already had 2 air cons. Very clean, very offerdable for a tight budget travelers! They were also offering free instant coffee and some little snacks! And the first floor has a dining area where you can eat your food.

Northgate Ratchayothin is generally regarded as a clean, comfortable, full-service mid-range property with excellent staff and good facilities for the price. It’s ideal as a base for exploring northern Bangkok and shopping areas, though some aspects (amenities, location walk) are moderate rather than premium.

Stayed here before was fine. This time bedding felt damp, room is basic but ok. Wooden chair in room has a nail stick up when sat on the chair damage my trousers. Big C mini and 7-11 Amazon coffee only 10 metres away

Really clean, comfortable, and quiet – fantastic! Definitely a place I'd recommend to friends. Plus, it's super close to the Chatuchak Night Market, perfect for a 3-day, 2-night stay. 👍

A good hotel near excellent amenities, including a beautiful mall with a wonderful rooftop bar where you can enjoy excellent food. The Blue Sky rooftop bar is on the 24th floor of Centara. A lively street market is also a 5-minute walk away.
