I was well looked after by this hotel. Their staff are extra caring and friendly. It is a all you needed tidy room setup. This hotel's location is close to train station which make it very to reach. Food and shopping malls will burn out all you needed to do with air conditioning. No more under the hot sun. This hotel will become my first choice to stay in Bangkok.

After arriving in Bangkok from Pattaya, I checked into Ibis. It was just a two-stop subway ride from Ekkamai station, where the bus dropped me off. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the Em District, with plenty of massage places and restaurants nearby. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel itself was quiet, allowing for a great night's sleep. The water quality here was also much better than in Pattaya. I even left a tip in my room and received a pair of elephant-shaped towels, which was a lovely touch! Very satisfied with my stay.

Facilities: Quite new, modern decor, no formaldehyde detected. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic, well-ventilated. Environment: The surrounding area is very good, convenient for shopping and dining. Service: Most requests were easily communicated.

My go to hotel. Always had a good nights rest… i basically just use this room to shower charge gadgets & sleep. the softest most comfortable bed and pillows.. IMO and my body is used to hard beds too, slept on a chinese wooden sofa w/minimal padding for 2 yrs during pandemic. My beds always made everyday by the housekeeper which us nice, my 4th day i think the sheets were changed as i notice the tiny stain from my probiotic was gone. If you tend to run cold…. keep the ac 28 above… itss cold cold 26 below 🤭 they got some strong ac.. i love it. room came w/ breakie good enough as its free, had varieties of breads & fruits, don’t remember what drinks they tho. its always full in the morning so i dont stay and eat. I have breakfast next door at Au Bon Pain or Starbucks then go on with my day. Cafe next door opens 0630 so very convenient for me. If you’re sensitive to noise , the room aint particularly soundproof, not an issue for me as i leave the tv running all night as my white noise

First off, the location is great – lively yet peaceful, and it's super convenient for finding food and taking the light rail. Secondly, the room wasn't small and was very clean. Every day when we returned, the room had already been tidied up spotless by the staff. The service and their attitude were very friendly and approachable. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The location is absolutely excellent, very close to Phrom Phong BTS station on the Sukhumvit line. You just exit the station, walk through the Emporium mall, and you're there. Nearby parks and Emsphere are great for a stroll, and there are a few 7-Elevens nearby too. It's also only one stop from Thong Lo, and you can get directly to Siam and Asok by skytrain, making it super convenient for going out day or night. Plus, I didn't experience any noise or disturbances. I could faintly hear a baby crying next door, but it was acceptable. Facilities: The hotel room's interior facilities felt a bit dated, and the bathroom was quite small. Specifically: 1) The bathtub was behind the door, making it feel a bit cramped. 2) The bathroom trash can was too small, making it difficult to dispose of some single-use items and makeup waste. 3) The toothbrush set was too basic; it was the first time I'd seen toothpaste packaged like a mustard packet. Perhaps it's designed for single-day use, but it's very inconvenient for multiple nights and not very eco-friendly. On the upside, the room was spacious and well-proportioned, and the balcony offered a great view. The water pressure was excellent, and the shower gel and shampoo were from a local Thai brand, apparently called Panpuri. The lemongrass scent wasn't my favorite, but for some reason, it worked really well, leaving my hair feeling clean and refreshed. The mattress was on the firmer side, which meant no back pain for me, so I thought it was excellent. I'd call the fitness facilities top-notch. The pool view was fantastic, and although I didn't go into the gym, a quick peek made it feel like a tranquil oasis. The restaurant was average and quite small. I only went once or twice, and honestly, it wasn't even as good as a typical All Seasons hotel. Hygiene: Cleaning was very prompt. I didn't see any unidentified creatures, nor were there any issues with strange smells or water backing up. Service: The front desk staff, the cleaning staff, and the doormen were all very friendly, and their English was good. Perhaps there aren't many Chinese, especially mainland Chinese, tourists, as all communication was in English, but everyone was treated equally, without any discrimination. The restaurant staff's English wasn't as good, which led to a slight communication barrier, but it wasn't a major issue. In summary, the location is truly outstanding, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I'd consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok. Stay for 2 nights to attend business meeting. Very comfortable zone at 33rd floor, suitable for small group meeting. Breakfast - average, international standard, have lactose-free corner Location - 7-Eleven just opposite (beside Ibis & Mercure) and next to Emporium mall. Lighting - more on spot light in the room, not really comfort for work or chill. Overall hotel room is decent, but not worth for the money. With this price can get your stay at Amari Bangkok with much better hospitality and spacious lobby area. Personally I am quite upset to see the hotel still using wall-mounted hair dryer and anti-theft hanger, which lower down a standard of 5-star.

After exiting BTS Phrom Phong station, take the elevator down and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the hotel. Be careful not to take the stairs down, as it will lead you in the wrong direction. The front desk is located behind a small door. Check-in is from 2 PM, and check-out is by 12 PM. It's very convenient, with a 7-Eleven right next door and a 24-hour, affordable supermarket called Tops about a 30-second walk away. Though I didn't use it, there's a kitchen available, as well as a numeric keypad safe. The downsides were: ・The shower room was dim. ・There weren't enough power outlets. ・The power outlets were loose, causing plugs to fall out easily. ・You can't flush toilet paper. ・The TV remote control was unresponsive. The staff's service was excellent, and if you can overlook these minor drawbacks, its excellent location makes it a worthwhile choice.

Honestly with the price, it’s exactly what you paid for. Since the hotel is next to the main road so loud noises from it is just something you need to expect when staying over for few nights. And honestly the 7e is just walking distance! And ofc a bloody huge mall just across the street so yah you can’t expect the cleaning like 5 star but it’s sufficient ah with the price lol okay that’s all by
