The rooms come standard with a large fridge and a microwave, and the bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. There's a rooftop pool and gym, and soaking in the pool while watching the sunset is really nice. It's a bit far from the BTS station, about 800 meters, but the street food stalls you pass on the way from the station are all delicious. There are two 7-Elevens right outside the hotel's alley. Plus, the hotel offers a shuttle service from 9 AM to 5 PM. A big shout-out to the hotel staff – the front desk service was excellent with smiles all around, and communication was generally seamless. Special thanks to the guy who picked us up from the BTS station. We were on our phones and didn't see him, but he actively came over to find us and helped us get into the car. It's also great that we could still use the hotel shuttle after checking out.

This is a pretty cozy hotel, relatively close to the city center (15 minutes to Siam by metro). It's in a neighborhood where many locals live, giving you a real Bangkok vibe. The room itself is quite clean, and fresh towels are always provided. However, the bed linen isn't changed. The mattresses are firm, in true Asian style. This suited me perfectly though, as I prefer a hard mattress. The room also has a large, well-functioning refrigerator and a sink, so you can easily buy fruit from the market and eat it in your room.
The only downside is that there's some kind of industrial facility right in front of the hotel, and their compressors run at night. They are genuinely loud. This would be difficult for anyone with light sleep, but in theory, you could ask to switch to a room on the other side. I just slept with earplugs.
There's a small coffee shop in the hotel building that serves matcha and coffee. Food and grocery deliveries from the nearest mall, True Digital Park, take about 20-30 minutes.

My family and I had a great stay together at Convenient Park Hotel. True to its name, the hotel is very convenient, especially because it is located near the BTS station, making it easy for us to travel around Bangkok.

The hotel is located right on the main road, not in a secluded alley; a taxi can take you directly to the entrance. The receptionists and security staff were very friendly, but they didn't speak Chinese, so we could only communicate in English. However, this didn't affect their attentive service 🥰. Although the hotel is right on the main road, it's relatively quiet at night, with the occasional motorcycle passing by (light sleepers might find the noise a bit bothersome). The environment was much better than I expected. We mostly walked to take the BTS, and there were 7-Eleven convenience stores and several spas along the way. However, the massage parlors closed at 10 PM. During the day, there was a Thai milk tea stall across the street; in the evening, there were also food stalls.
The room wasn't cramped, and the facilities were complete. I was very satisfied that the bathroom, shower, and sink were separate, and the soundproofing was excellent. Laundry is done downstairs; there's a 24-hour laundry/dryer available for an extra fee. If you need the hotel's help, the price is calculated based on the amount of laundry (not expensive).
This was a last-minute change of plans, and everything was better than expected 👍

The accommodation is lovely. Even though it's a shared bathroom, it's very clean. It's a shame that there was renovation work going on during my stay, which made it a bit noisy, but the staff were very nice. All good.

The staff at this hotel are the sweetest people!! Truly amazing staff!
The location was a bit far from everything, lucky for me they had my Favorite Thai brand sunglasses 😎 shop about a block away … so I was able to go shopping. 🛍️ they have a night market as well. The hotel provides a cute cafe but they don’t have oatmilk so couldn’t try their coffee or Thai tea. You can rent tours to go to Ayutthaya … their room had Netflix which I loved 🥰… I needed a break and just wanted to binge watch some TV

This hotel is pretty convenient for me since I’ve stayed there a few times already .. close to BTS but far from the city center, clean rooms and the staffs were ok but the downside is their elevator as it was broken all the times and the guests had to use stairs instead. I was once stayed on the highest floor and gotta had to use stairs every time i went back to hotel with many shopping bags. That was pretty annoying and also there were no 7/11 shops nearby as well

GGuest UserYou won't find a better value hotel in Bangkok. It's really close to the pier, and you can get to central Asok in just 20 minutes by boat. The hotel is brand new, the gym is well-equipped, and the infinity pool is quite large and absolutely stunning – it uses filtered seawater. Breakfast is also very good. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThis is the most complete hostel I've ever been to. There are six floors with several balconies and all of it remains spotless. The common areas are awesome. The river view is amazing I look forward to seeing the fireworks on the river every time. The staff are friendly and accomodating and there are more than enough bathrooms and showers for everybody here. I don't have anything to complain about, I like it a lot here

GGuest UserI was quite anxious when I arrived, as many reviews mentioned the hotel being old and dated. However, after staying for three days, I have to commend this hotel! 1. The lobby is opulent, and 'rich and varied' doesn't even begin to describe the spread at breakfast. 2. The service is exceptional; they are basically ready to help with anything you need. There's always someone to open the door when you enter the lobby, and the front desk and room service are fantastic! When I checked out, they helped me book a taxi to the airport, which was cheaper than both Grab and Trip.com, costing only 500 Thai Baht (to Don Mueang Airport). 3. The gym is huge, easily over 400 square meters, with all sorts of equipment and dedicated staff. I didn't get to use the pool, but there were lots of kids enjoying it. 4. The hotel's location is convenient, right next to an MRT station. Although it's about 6-7km from the main tourist attractions, for this price, service, and facilities, there's absolutely nothing to complain about. Book with confidence! In the evenings, there's a night market nearby, mostly frequented by locals, offering great value for money. If you turn right outside, there's a 'Chinatown' street with all kinds of delicious food.

GGuest UserI booked a river view room, and the view was absolutely stunning, offering a panoramic sight of the Chao Phraya River's nightscape. The room was clean and tidied daily. Breakfast was a generous spread. Walking out and turning right, it's about a 5-minute stroll to Asiatique The Riverfront. From 10 AM to 8 PM, there's a boat service every hour from the hotel to the Central Pier. From there, you can take another boat for 10 Baht per person directly to ICONSIAM on the opposite bank. For 600 baht a night including breakfast, the value for money is really good.

GGarreth HuntBangkok was the last stop on our trip to Thailand and we booked this hotel as a treat to end our trip given it's 5 star status. We were left very disappointed...
The lobby is lovely and is indicative of a high end hotel but that's where it ended unfortunately. The rooms are 3 star at best. We had booked a room with a balcony specifically but the initial room we were given didn't have one. The staff were very helpful and moved us to another room with a balcony, however the balcony was surrounded by fans so we had limited views. We were offered another room on our second day with a better balcony but the room itself was smaller so we opted to stay where we were. From what we could see, none of the balconies are great so I would avoid paying the extra for rooms with them.
The pool is cold and in need of some work, the grout is coming away in many areas creating sharp edges in spots. Also not 5 star quality.
Breakfast was the nicest setup and offering we had seen in Thailand.

Downside, lots of construction works, so one side of the building is very noisy, it’s also right by the pool so you wouldn’t really want to use the pool and be able to relax. Location is okay, easy to Grab/Bolt everywhere, or 15 min walk to the MRT (the also offer a free shuttle there). We stayed there twice, would stay again.

There's also a connected walkway from the second floor of the adjacent EmSphere mall, so you don't have to walk in the sun. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of food, entertainment, supermarkets, convenience stores, massage places, and malls – very convenient. It's also only about a 10-minute walk to Asok station and Terminal 21. The hotel is a bit old, and the facilities and decor are a bit dated, but it's generally clean and tidy, and the service is warm and friendly.

The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation.
The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are.
A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened.
There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only.
The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable.
There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened.
The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone.
The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove.
Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling.

The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person.

The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel.

Suitable for a short stay of one night.

Номера сильно устаревшие. Мебель, стены, углы и ванная с потёртостями и сколами, требуется обновление и ремонт.
Фотографии на сайте не соответствуют текущему состоянию номеров: выглядят новыми, тогда как по факту номера давно не обновлялись.
В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно.
В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время.
Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный.
В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери.
Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно.
Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты.
Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку.

AAnonymous UserI stayed here for four nights. Many reviews mentioned the hotel's remote and inconvenient location. It's true that it's nestled in a quiet alley within a wealthy Sukhumvit neighborhood, so the location itself isn't an issue, and it's suitable for longer stays. It's quite far from tourist attractions, and the alleys in Sukhumvit are winding and don't connect well, which can be troublesome if you're walking. However, I always took taxis, so it was fine. It's a bit of a distance from 7-Eleven. The environment and facilities are definitely up to four-star standards. The security guard was very proactive and responsible. My two points of confusion were: first, upon check-out, the front desk insisted I wait for them to inspect the room before leaving, even though I had already paid a deposit. Second, after the room was cleaned, the hand towels and floor towels were removed, and only one regular towel was left. I don't understand this practice, and in the subsequent days, fewer and fewer towels were left after cleaning.

Spacious Living in a Prime Location
The first thing that struck me about Furama Silom is the sheer size of the rooms. In a city where many modern hotels are trending toward compact ”minimalist” spaces, Furama offers an expansive environment. My room was bright, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows that provided a fantastic view of the city skyline. The inclusion of a kitchenette was a thoughtful touch, making it feel more like an apartment than a standard hotel room.
The location is undoubtedly the hotel's strongest selling point. It is roughly a 10-minute walk to both the Saint Louis and Chong Nonsi BTS stations, making the rest of the city easily accessible.
