The high-floor room was pretty good, with nice views. However, it's a bit far from the subway station, about 400-500 meters. The doorman was very enthusiastic and professional; he could help call a tuk-tuk, taxi, or even arrange a private car right outside. If you don't eat at the ground floor restaurant, other eateries are a bit of a trek. Some of the receptionists weren't very proficient and lacked flexibility. We booked two rooms but were assigned to different floors. It took a long time to sort out, and only the manager could resolve it.

Ten times better than I expected! First off, shoes aren't allowed upstairs, which keeps the environment super clean. For the price, it's incredible value. Towels and toiletries are all provided and very clean. The bathroom is right by the entrance, which is super convenient. There's even a lounge area and a balcony with a river view. It's so much better than places back home. I regret not booking more nights, haha!

The rooms are located in the Huai Khwang area, close to Huai Khwang MRT station. There are plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. This hotel is very grand and luxurious, and the staff are warm and polite. It's my first choice every time I come to Bangkok for a business trip.

The environment is comfortable, and the service attitude is excellent. Whenever my family and I had a request, they handled it quickly and with great politeness. The facilities are convenient, though we couldn't fully enjoy them due to ongoing construction nearby. A significant improvement would be to offer shuttle services between the airport and the hotel, as this is currently lacking.

The hotel is right next to Emsphere, very convenient and walking to MRT Phrom Phong is around 8-10mins, mostly covered or Asoke in the other direction non-covered. Hotel seems dated but relatively clean, staff is helpful and provide service with a smile. Not bad for the price and would stay again.

The staff were very welcoming and checked us in quickly. Our family room was spacious and comfortable, and the bedding was clean and crisp. The air conditioning was a bit noisy and there was no iron available at the hotel. The food wasn't great. Otherwise, everything else was good.

I stayed at Kingston Suites between May 15 and May 18, 2026. Arriving early morning on the 15th, they permitted an early check-in at a cost of 1000 baht extra for which i was grateful after travelling for 30 hours. The executive suite room was large, clean and included basic furniture, a microwave, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. The breakfast was a mix of Western and Indian dishes. I thought it was just okay as the main entrees were kind of bland and the selection was limited. Most of the staff were courteous. The location was quite good, only a 10-12 minute walk to Terminal 21 and a couple of BTS stations. I would likely stay again though there are numerous alternatives at a similar price point so it would likely boil down to who offers the best deal.

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Cons The rooms are very outdated. Furniture, walls, corners, and the bathroom show visible wear and damage. The rooms clearly need renovation. The photos on the listing do not reflect the current condition of the rooms. They look much newer than they actually are. A stove was listed as an amenity, but in reality it was not usable — it was covered with a fixed wooden panel and could not be opened. There is no tea or coffee in the room, despite a coffee machine being shown in the photos. Tea is available at the reception during daytime only. The air conditioner is very noisy. It is controlled via a wall panel (no remote control) with limited settings, and even on the lowest mode the noise is noticeable. There is no ventilation fan in the bathroom, so steam stays in the room after showering unless the door is opened. The TV offers only Thai channels. There is no Smart TV and no option to connect a phone. The kitchen area has a sink, cabinets, and basic dishes, but it is not functional due to the lack of a stove. Despite cleaning, the room looks visually worn because of the overall condition of the walls and ceiling. Pros The bed is comfortable, with two pillows per person. Clean bed linen. The bathroom was clean, with good water pressure. The room includes a new hairdryer, a refrigerator, dishes, and cutlery. There is a balcony facing the courtyard, where smoking is allowed. The staff were polite and helpful. The receptionist spoke good English and explained everything clearly, and the housekeeping staff were also very friendly. The hotel provides a golf cart shuttle to nearby shopping malls. The location is convenient, close to M-Sphere, Emporium, and the M District, which was the main reason we chose this hotel. Overall Suitable for a short stay of one night. The main drawback is the outdated rooms and mismatch with the photos. В номере была заявлена плита, но фактически она отсутствовала — была закрыта и зафиксирована деревянной панелью, воспользоваться ею невозможно. В номере нет чая и кофе, несмотря на то, что на фотографиях присутствует кофемашина. Чай можно взять на ресепшене в дневное время. Кондиционер шумный, работает без переносного пульта, управление осуществляется с настенного блока с ограниченным количеством режимов. Даже на минимальном режиме шум заметный. В туалете нет вытяжки, после душа пар остаётся в комнате, уходит только при открытой двери. Телевизор показывает только тайские каналы, Smart TV отсутствует, подключение телефона невозможно. Кухонная зона оборудована раковиной, шкафчиками и посудой, но нефункциональна из-за отсутствия плиты. Из-за общего износа поверхностей номер визуально выглядит неаккуратно, несмотря на уборку. Плюсы Удобная кровать, по две подушки на человека. Чистое постельное бельё. Ванная комната была чистой, хороший напор воды. В номере есть новый фен, холодильник, посуда и столовые приборы. Есть балкон, выходящий во двор, на котором можно курить. Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал: девушка на ресепшене хорошо говорит по-английски и подробно всё объясняет, горничные также оставили приятное впечатление. Предоставляется гольф-кар трансфер до ближайших торговых центров. Удобное расположение рядом с M-Sphere, Emporium и M-кварталом, что было основной причиной выбора отеля. Итог Подходит для краткой остановки на одну ночь. Основной минус — сильно устаревшие номера и несоответствие фотографиям. Расположение и персонал — сильные стороны отеля.
