"Pros -free teatime meak (fruits) -only once per room no matter how long you stayed. -free shutter to airport ( we stayed 5 nights so the hotel provided a free shutter to airport). - Night market next to the hotel ( Anusarn Market) - Nice room deco and receptions -Include breakfast for room booking - motorbike rental nearby Cont -No sound proof ( can hear clearly what next room was talking) if you dont mind then okay to stay Add on: 1. accident happened to our room, air con water leakage ( heavy leakage ) after told reception then they repaired it immediately 2. Flood in our room when raining ( water goes inside room and caused to floor wet and wet alot)"

"The wooden decor feels dated, but the cleanliness is well-maintained. The soundproofing in the room is extremely poor, and I mean *extremely* poor. There's a strong, unpleasant food smell on the ground floor. The soft furnishings also feel very old-fashioned, like the 80s-style vases and ornaments. I really enjoyed the 1.2-meter deep rooftop pool; you can overlook Suthep Mountain, and the view is beautiful. It felt like swimming outdoors like a fish. The surrounding area is well-equipped with a 7-Eleven, McDonald's, Watsons, Big C, Anusarn Night Market, and various specialty cuisines like Turkish and Japanese. The Mae Ping River is about 700 meters to the east. For me, the value for money is excellent. It's the perfect choice for me, and if I had another chance, I would choose it again. I also tidied up the room after check-out."

"A hotel by the river, close to both the night market and Chinatown. The environment is very comfortable, and although it's a bit small, it has all the necessary facilities. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and have good English communication skills."

A 7-Eleven convenience store nearby makes it easy to grab snacks or bread when you're hungry. The service is also very attentive."

"The connecting rooms were actually two separate rooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin beds, connected by a door. This arrangement worked out perfectly, as we didn't disturb each other. The hotel's location is great, just six kilometers from the airport and less than a kilometer from the ancient city. The breakfast selection was also excellent."

"A hotel close to the night market and other eateries and attractions. The hotel is quite nice with a small swimming pool, spacious rooms, and friendly service. Breakfast may not be as extensive as expected, but it's standard and quite tasty. The plus side is that you can enter and exit the night market through the back door to bypass it. I would stay here again if I bring my family to Chiang Mai."

"There weren't many hotel reviews, so I booked this based solely on its location on Google, assuming it would be quieter than Nimman. Perhaps because I had just stayed at an Airbnb in Nimman, this new hotel didn't have that sewer smell in the shower. Thanks to the daily cleaning service and friendly staff, I had a wonderful 6-night stay. There is a small pool facing the road; it's not completely covered by landscaping yet, so it feels a bit awkward, but we enjoyed playing in it for about an hour every evening. I recommend this as a budget-friendly hotel."
