Had a good stay overall. The cleanliness was just nice and comfortable enough for a short trip. The room was spacious for 4 people, though not overly big, but still manageable without feeling too cramped. Parking is available at a public space, which was okay for us. The highlight was definitely the great view — really added to the experience. Do note there’s no lift, so you might need to use the stairs, but it wasn’t a big issue for us. Location-wise, it’s very strategic, with easy access to rental bike shops and halal restaurants nearby, which made everything more convenient. Plus, the price is affordable, making it a solid choice for budget travelers.

Hotel was located at a fantastic location. Ao nang beach was right in front of the hotel. Walkable distance to local shopping. Breakfast was good as they changed Thai dishes daily. Room service, concierge available. Swimming pool is good but allowed only if you wear proper swimming suit. They will provide towels as well. Room was clean and spacious. Stayed in building A which had the pool and Mountain View. Overall, enjoyed my stay.

Facilities: You can borrow a hairdryer from the front desk, but there's no kettle. Everything else is available. Ambiance: Absolutely fantastic! Super natural and refreshing. Service: Surprisingly good! The welcome ”fruit juice” upon check-in was delicious. We visited during Chinese New Year, and everyone was dressed in festive red and had their hair in cute top buns – everyone was so friendly. Cleanliness: Very clean, and the staff meticulously cleaned our room every day. You can book cars, boats, and rent motorbikes directly at the hotel. Overall, I really loved it! The rock climbing next door is also highly recommended; too bad we ran out of time. I'll definitely come back next time!

B2 in Krabi, it means good price and good quality for sure! Clean room, clean shower, cozy design, nice swimming pool and what is important- is unbelievable great green mountains view ))) I never see anything like this before! Nothing to say about breakfast because it was only wrap, but cappuccino is best in Krabi without any doubt. Great thanks to manager and hotel team, especially professionals who work hard in garden and keep rooms tidy and clean. If you are hungry there is real Italian pizzeria nearby, where we enjoy delicious dinner. We would like to stay there much more longer because it’s quiet and beautiful hotel in the cradle of nature.

I stayed at Cozy Crabby for six nights as a solo traveller. Overall, I had a good experience and enjoyed my stay, mainly because of the fantastic location and the friendliness of the staff. The hotel is extremely central and lively, with plenty of clubs, bars, restaurants, and shops right on the doorstep. It’s right in the middle of everything, which makes it perfect if you want to enjoy the nightlife and the buzz of the area. The beach is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which was really convenient. The staff were one of the highlights of the stay. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly, polite, and helpful, which made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. As a solo traveller, I originally hoped the hotel would be a place where it would be easy to meet people, maybe by the pool or in shared spaces. However, the pool area is quite small and generally very quiet. The seating around the pool is mostly beanbags rather than proper sun loungers, and they aren’t the most comfortable for relaxing for long periods. Because of that, not many people tend to hang out there, and most guests seem to spend their time out on excursions rather than socializing at the hotel. My suggestion I would make is that the hotel could do a bit more to help solo travellers connect. For example, they could organise casual meet-ups in the cafeteria or common areas for guests who are travelling alone. It might help people find others to join for excursions or activities and create a bit more of a social atmosphere. I didn’t book breakfast, but I did have 100 thai BARTs credits per day to use at the snack bar, which was a nice option and gave some flexibility. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. With a few small changes to encourage more social interaction, especially for solo travellers, it could be an even better experience.

Perfect hotel near everything in Ao nang. Really clean, good breakfast, really helpful staff and good vibes. We had a wonderful stay and its perfect for visiting ao nang.

The hotel matches the description; the rooms are adequate, tired, but clean. There's no kettle in the room. Breakfast includes eggs, which can be fried, omeleted, or scrambled, but that's where the options end. Sausages and a slice of bacon are also included, which is why I didn't feel like eating breakfast by the third day. There's no coffee machine at breakfast, so I had to make do with instant coffee. Our breakfasts were only brightened by the friendly restaurant staff. The view from there is very picturesque. The hotel has a pool, but they clearly don't bother cleaning it, which is probably why it was so deserted. The hotel's location is excellent: there's a 7/11 nearby, and a good cafe and massage parlor across the street. The beach and the ticket office for Riley and the islands are a 7-10-minute walk away. Everything would have been fine, but across the street there's a small bar near a burger joint where live music starts at 9 PM and ends at 11 PM. And at 11 PM, another Reggae Bar hosts a full-blown party with incredibly loud singing—not just loud, but oh-so-loud. Even earplugs didn't help. The party usually ended around 2 AM. We didn't have high expectations for the hotel, as the price was the most affordable compared to other options, but these parties made us nervous, because we also wanted to get some sleep on vacation. The song list, by the way, was always the same, so we learned ”Behind Blue Eyes” very well 😁

The hotel's location is great! There's a convenience store right out the back door, and plenty of travel agencies and restaurants nearby, making dining and getting around super easy. The pool was a hit with the kids, who played in it every day. Coming during the off-season might offer a better experience, as the room cleaning was just okay and there was a bit of a musty smell, especially in the bathroom. But I guess that's to be expected during peak season. Overall, I'd still recommend staying here. Breakfast was decent; I'd suggest trying it for one day, but 7-Eleven food is even tastier!

The hotel is old, needs renovation, the walls are paper thin, shabby as is the furniture in the rooms. The bed is large, comfortable, the bedding is clean, good quality. As others have mentioned in the comments, there are no hand towels in the rooms, soap, the shower flow is very poor, and there is a bad smell from the sewage system. Breakfast is good, service is also good. If you need a place to stay, but you will not be on vacation at the hotel, but will only come back to sleep after tours, everything is good.

The room was spacious, featuring a balcony and a bathroom with a dry/wet separation, and the hot water supply was excellent. The only downside was the slightly old mattress, which lacked support on the edges. All the staff were very friendly and cheerful; they even gave me a cake for my birthday (as I was staying for an extended period). The hotel is located in Ao Nam Mao, and it costs around 100 baht to get to Ao Nang Beach by taxi. Having a motorbike would definitely make getting around easier.
