"I booked a superior room with bakcony for 1 day and through another company the same type of room for next 4 nights! The night shift receptionist was really rude and told me for the 1st day i booked a superior room with balcony but the other 4 not! He also told that i did not understand what i booked!!!!!! After circa 10 minutes of arguments i told him we will see what is wrong or right next day!!! Next day i just presented my booking and the day shift receptionist was soooo kind and he said that i can be in a room with bigger balcony !!! So the management has 1. To check all the web-partners and to give the same names of the room types 2. The room type description has to be in all papers of the booker 3. Some receptionists are really rude and terrorize the guests!!!!"

"I had a great stay at this hotel. The room and common areas were clean and well-maintained, and the location made it easy to access nearby attractions and transportation. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience."

"Overall, it's an okay stay. Pros: The room is spacious, much better than the previous one, probably about 10 square meters larger. Location: It's within a 10-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. Cons: It's a bit old, just slightly better than a guesthouse."

"I appreciate the location and the fact that basic amenities like room slippers and dental kits are provided. You also use an app for check in/out with a digital key provided in the app which is rather convenient. However, I did not enjoy my stay here. The room is not exactly the cleanest because there were stains on the bedsheets. I don’t think the sheets were replaced before we checked in. Also the walls at this place are EXTREMELY thin. If you are a light sleeper like me, you will not have a good sleep because there will be a lot of noises outside. When I was there the noises started at around 6am and lasted for about an hour which disturbed my sleep greatly. This place is for those who are just looking for a convenient place to stay and doesn’t mind getting your sleep disturbed in the morning."

"We had a really pleasant stay! Although the room is small (as expected from similar hotels in Singapore), but everything is locate perfectly so that the room actually doesn’t feel cramped. The only challenging part is that everything is digital (check in & check out are done through the mobile app, even the room key is handled inside the app)."

"This hostel is about a 10-minute walk from Bugis MRT station. It's surrounded by shops and restaurants, making it a lively area. It's a budget accommodation, and the front desk is unstaffed during off-hours, so you have to pick up your key to check in yourself. Free breakfast is not provided. The decor is very new and modern, with a simple style. The hostel and rooms are clean in every corner. I booked a single pod, and the room was quite small with no window, but the layout made good use of the limited space. However, I still felt a bit cramped inside. Also, the soundproofing was very poor; I could clearly hear the sound of neighbors showering, various noises, and movements outside the door, which significantly affected my rest. On the other hand, the room had all the necessary amenities: a TV, refrigerator, microwave (but no plates or cutlery), washing machine (but no laundry detergent), toilet, and shower. There was a small table for a laptop, but the chair had no backrest, which caused back pain after sitting for a while – this was quite a drawback 👎. Outside the room, there's a communal water dispenser with hot and cold water, which was a thoughtful touch. Additionally, extra towels and toiletries were available for self-service outside the room. Overall, this hostel is just barely livable. It's suitable for guests on a limited budget, who don't demand much in terms of service and comfort, but still want a private room and private bathroom facilities. However, if you're looking for more comfort, especially for a business trip, or if you want complimentary breakfast, then you should definitely look elsewhere."

"This is an excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are quite spacious and have been recently renovated. The beds are comfortable, and each room comes with an iron, ironing board, kettle, and hairdryer. While bottled water isn't provided, there's a water cooler on each floor. I really liked the clever design with a small sofa and a bay window instead of a balcony, which makes the room feel even more spacious. The hotel's location is super convenient. It's within walking distance of three MRT stations: Rochor, Bencoolen, and Bugis. The Fountain of Wealth is just a 15-minute walk away, and Fort Canning Park is also nearby. There are plenty of cafes and famous kaya toast eateries around. Plus, there's a 7/11 right on the ground floor of the hotel building. The only slight inconvenience was the elevator renovations, with noisy work starting at 9:00 AM. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. If I find myself in Singapore again, I'll definitely book this hotel."

"I stayed for three nights, and overall, it felt clean and quiet. The staff were polite. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, and the hairdryer in the bathroom wasn't powerful enough and would automatically stop after a short use. The hotel's location is convenient for transportation. I would consider staying here again if I have the chance."

"First time visit to Singapore. Lovely hotel. Great location, bonus of an outdoor pool that we used early one morning. Rooms very clean, beds super comfy. Immaculately clean. All staff super friendly and helpful with recommendations and directions. Concierge’s always available to sort taxis and help too. Didn’t book breakfast as do many food options close by. Nice touch was at check in they brought out birthday muffins, not just for me but for my two teenagers too. Great introduction.What’s not to love? Will be back."
