"The room and bathroom are indeed a bit small (which is probably common in Singapore). The front desk staff are friendly and diligent, and they also provide explanations in Chinese. You can scan a QR code in the room to request housekeeping services like extra pillows, blankets, or other amenities, or you can pick them up at the front desk. The hotel is located next to the MRT station (Little India on the NE line and Rochor on the EW line). There's a convenience store downstairs and a hawker center nearby with many food options. It's close to the Little India and Rochor commercial areas, making it a good choice."

"This is an excellent hotel at a reasonable price. The rooms are quite spacious and have been recently renovated. The beds are comfortable, and each room comes with an iron, ironing board, kettle, and hairdryer. While bottled water isn't provided, there's a water cooler on each floor. I really liked the clever design with a small sofa and a bay window instead of a balcony, which makes the room feel even more spacious. The hotel's location is super convenient. It's within walking distance of three MRT stations: Rochor, Bencoolen, and Bugis. The Fountain of Wealth is just a 15-minute walk away, and Fort Canning Park is also nearby. There are plenty of cafes and famous kaya toast eateries around. Plus, there's a 7/11 right on the ground floor of the hotel building. The only slight inconvenience was the elevator renovations, with noisy work starting at 9:00 AM. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. If I find myself in Singapore again, I'll definitely book this hotel."

"The overall hotel experience was great. The room was clean and tidy, and the environment was very comfortable. Check-in was convenient and quick. The bed was soft and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The staff also had a very good service attitude. The surrounding transportation is convenient, and I will consider staying here again next time I'm in the area."

"Advantages: Relatively new renovation, clean beds, many convenient USB charging ports, TV on-demand service with membership, excellent location. Disadvantages: Paint odor from renovation or outside, poor soundproofing, tiny sink, loud noises at night."

"The hotel is ideally located and exceptionally clean. Although the rooms are small, they are fully equipped with everything you need. One feature I especially loved was the water dispenser with adjustable temperature settings. It is incredibly convenient and a huge plus for anyone who loves drinking warm water, as you don't have to wait for a kettle to boil. The lobby also offers complimentary local snacks, which the kids absolutely loved. They also have a self-service luggage storage room. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time!"

"This is a great hotel! It's right opposite a large shopping mall in Bugis, and there's a colorful spiral staircase next to it. We stayed on the 11th floor, and the room was bright and clean, not at all humid. There's a water dispenser in the room, so no need to buy bottled water. The infinity pool on the 7th floor is beautiful and clean. Public transport, both buses and the MRT, are easily accessible nearby, making it convenient for getting around. The only minor downside is that the towels in the room are quite old and fraying, but it wasn't an issue for us as we brought our own."

"I spent a long time choosing a hotel in Singapore before finally settling on this one, mainly because it's quite new, having just been built in 2023! The hotel's location is excellent – quiet yet close to the action. It's easy to get around using Grab, and if you prefer the MRT, Orchard station is about a 10-minute walk away. There is some construction nearby, but as tourists, it didn't really bother us. The room size was quite generous, and they even upgraded one of my rooms – wow, an outdoor garden! Ms. Xu (from Shanghai) at the front desk was incredibly warm and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Thank you! The only thing is I haven't yet received the deposit I paid during check-in. If that's returned smoothly, I'd give this place a 10 out of 10, haha! I would definitely book Parkroyal Collection Orchard again on my next trip to Singapore."

"Great location, just a 5-10 minute walk from the MRT station. There are plenty of Bugis malls nearby, and within walking distance, you'll find Mr. Coconut and a mall with a CS Supermarket. That mall also houses many famous shops like Ya Kun Kaya Toast and pandan cake places. The room itself is spacious. This place was cheaper than my Chinatown accommodation but much larger. If you like ample space, you'll feel more comfortable here. However, it's a bit old, and there were no tissues or slippers in the room, which is something to note."

"Let me share something you probably haven't seen in this review section: 1) This hotel is located on Waterloo Street, yes, that Waterloo you're thinking of. 2) Diagonally opposite the hotel is a Catholic church, next to the hotel is a synagogue, and less than 300 meters down the street is a very popular Guanyin Temple (Buddhist temple) frequented by locals. Right next to the Guanyin Temple is an Indian temple. So, basically, this short street is home to many deities, haha. 3) The breakfast option when booking through Trip wasn't expensive, but the choices were indeed limited (to cater to various ethnic specialties, individual tastes might be less satisfied). I'd recommend trying a local breakfast one day. The hotel's breakfast dining area, however, has a nice ambiance."
