"The smell of smoke was coming into our non-smoking rooms, even though we specifically requested non-smoking. This was very bothersome, especially since I was traveling with children. I personally didn't like the location; it's about an 8-9 minute walk to the Haram, which feels a bit far, and it takes even longer if it's crowded. Unfortunately, the rooms have no soundproofing; we could clearly hear street noise and sounds from the hallways. On a positive note, all the reception staff were very respectful and professional."

"The room and facilities were comfortable, and the overall service was satisfactory. The hotel reception staff were also very cooperative, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. As the hotel is a little far from Masjid Nabwi but still the taxi can be used @10SR to reach there within few menutes. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would recommend this hotel to business and family travelers and guests looking for convenient access to the airport."

"Was a perfect stay. Room was clean and tidy felt brand new and had a very beautiful view of date farm and Uhud mountains (was spectacular). All amenities were available. Checkin checkout was smooth and staff were very helpful and polite. They have a very nice air freshener in the lobby, loved it. 100% recommended."

"My stay at Al Manakha Rotana Madinah (Aug 19-22) was below expectations. The room shown on the website does not match reality at all. I specifically booked a Partial Haram View room as advertised, but I was placed in a room with no view whatsoever. This is misleading. The price per night is too high compared to the actual quality and service provided. There are many other hotels in Madinah at the same price range with much better quality, facilities, and service. I do not recommend staying here at all. Very disappointing experience."

"The location, especially being walking distance from the haram, was exactly what we wanted. The room was comfortable, especially the bed. The staff was friendly, especially Mr. Mahmoud Saad, who went above and beyond anything we expected or experienced before and we are also frequent business travelers! Any concern we had from arranging transportation or the rawdah, he was able to make it stress-free. The shower area was a bit smaller than usual and the door stops caught my toes more than once, but that would be the only down side I'd say during our trip which is a small inconvenience. Room service was quick and housekeeping was thorough. We definitely are sharing with others to take advantage of the Crown Plaza if staying in Madinah. Our suggestion would be to provide microwaves so food isn't wasted."

This time I booked a different room category, which had a modern design and was equally comfortable. The room was very clean, well-organized, and the attention to detail in the decor made the space feel welcoming. The hotel is located very close to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, making it easy to walk to the المسجد for prayers within minutes. The surrounding area is full of shops, cafes, and restaurants, which adds a lot of convenience during the stay. One of the highlights this time was the breakfast. There was a good variety of options, including local Saudi dishes and international choices. The dining area was calm, clean, and well-managed. 💡 Tip: If you are driving, check parking availability in advance as the area can get busy. Also, booking early or through travel platforms may help you find better deals, especially during peak seasons."

"Outside the hotel, you can directly see the UHUD mountain and the Mountain of the ”Rumaat” part of it.The hotel itself is clean 🫧 offers the necessary amenities. Most important: Breakfast is not offered."

"Unfortunately the early check in was not possible, but trip team was following up to ensure i get a room a soon as is ready. Overall stay was good, food is reasonable and amenities. The view of Haram was great. Good location and stay suited for family."
