"Everything is very good, the window is too small"

"We stayed here for two nights in Madinah with our family. The nightly rate was on the expensive side, but it felt in line with other similar hotels in the area. The location is decent — it’s around a 15-minute drive to Al-Haram — but there is no shuttle service at all. On the positive side, the room and overall facilities were clean. Unfortunately, a few issues really impacted our stay. There is construction immediately behind (almost attached to) the building, and we were woken up around 7:00 AM by nonstop drilling that continued for hours. Because of the noise, we ended up leaving the hotel and staying out as much as possible during the daytime. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel should have the courtesy to clearly share this noise/construction situation at the time of booking, so guests can make an informed decision. Parking was another major challenge. The parking is very limited and the access is not easy, so if you’re traveling with a car, it can be quite difficult and stressful. Lastly, while the staff we did interact with were friendly, it was often hard to find someone when we needed assistance."

"Excellent hotel. Cleanliness: Spotless Facilities: Top-notch Ambiance: Quiet Service: Warm and welcoming I'm incredibly grateful to the hotel staff! I accidentally left my backpack in the room during a room change. After contacting the front desk, they quickly retrieved it for me. My passport, bank cards, and US dollar cash were all inside, and everything was returned to me exactly as I left it! A huge thank you to the hotel staff!"

"The hotel's location is excellent. It is close to gate 6 for men. But that is where the pros end. The hotel is very small from the lobby to the room, but the room size is mentioned while booking. The bathroom needs renovation. The housekeeping staff and manager are very friendly and helpful. There is no car parking available, unfortunately I forgot to check before booking. If you are getting it for a reasonable rate then I think it's good for a few nights because of its location."

"I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest advantages, as it is conveniently situated midway between Al-Masjid an-Nabawi and Masjid Qiba. Both can be reached on foot in approximately 10–15 minutes, making it an excellent choice for visitors who enjoy walking. The manager deserves special recognition. He was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always willing to help whenever needed. His professionalism, cooperation, and genuine care for the guests made a noticeable difference throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, a convenient location, and excellent hospitality in Madinah."

"I stayed at Deyar Al Eiman Hotel and had a generally good experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Masjid Nabawi, which made it very convenient for prayers. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was fairly smooth. The room was clean, though a bit small, and the facilities were quite basic. Breakfast had a decent variety, but the taste was average. Overall, it’s a good option for those looking for an affordable stay close to the المسجد النبوي, especially for convenience"

"This hotel is absolutely wonderful in every aspect – the location, services, and staff, without exception. The customer service, seriously, all of them are great, but the ones I remember by name are Wedian, Mohamed, and Hiyam. I don't want to undersell the rest; they are all incredibly polite, and their smiles are truly heartwarming. Their helpfulness is something to be thankful for.
