"They let us check in an hour early, which was a very pleasant surprise! đ The room was good and well-equipped with everything you need: bathrobes, slippers, toothbrushes, a kettle, coffee, and tea.
However, the cleaning before our arrival wasn't thorough. There were black hairs on the bathroom floor, which was a bit disappointing.
Daily cleaning was provided, and the water, coffee, and tea were replenished every day.
The breakfast was excellent, but if you arrive around 10 AM, finding a seat might be a challenge. Sometimes we were asked to wait 20 minutes because it was fully booked.
I popped into the beauty salon on the ground floor to get my hair styled for an event. My hair was already washed and wet. I just asked them to dry and style it with a hairdryer. I have a bob above my shoulders. They charged 3500 (Ruble), even though the price list indicated a different amount. I didn't bother to dispute it as I was really short on time.
Overall, I liked the hotel and think I'll return again."

"The hotel was excellent because upon booking a room with an additional child, they IMMEDIATELY set up an extra bed, and all the consumables (toothbrushes, bathrobes, towels) were provided for three people (without the tedious hassle of calling room service, as is often the case in many other hotels).
The building is historic and the street is quiet.

It's a clean and elegant hotel, the breakfast was great with fresh ingredients, and the service was friendly. You can see the Neva River from the window, and it's very quiet when the window is closed. The Palace Bridge is not far away. The Winter Palace and Nevsky Prospekt are also close by, easily walkable along the Neva River. There's a supermarket and restaurants just a few steps away. Exploring the nearby streets is also a nice option. The entrance to Metro Line 5 is also nearby, but you might have to walk a bit once you're inside, as the subway seems to run on the other side of the river. You could choose to cross the river via a pedestrian bridge before entering the subway, or take a tunnel (likely under the river) after entering the station."

"I always stay at this hotel when I come to Sapasan, it has a very convenient location and no noise from Nevsky Prospekt thanks to good soundproof windows. The rooms are spacious, and there's a minibar with reasonable prices. A bathrobe, slippers, and all disposable amenities are provided. If anything is missing, the reception can promptly assist. No. 5 of Premium Hotels in Saint Petersburg"I was able to check in half an hour before 3 PM. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided a detailed explanation of all the facilities. I didn't quite catch everything after that, but it seemed like they mentioned something about using the Four Seasons across the street for a bath, possibly a partnership. Since I didn't need it, I didn't try it.
The room size was adequate, but it might be primarily for business travelers as there was no luggage rack, making it a bit inconvenient to open a large suitcase.
Breakfast included both a buffet on the table and Ă la carte options. The menu, as shown in the photos, included items like Eggs Benedict and omelets available for order. The buffet items were a bit standard, not much different from a typical four-star hotel, mainly offering pancakes and two types of smoked fish.
Service was excellent. Doormen were consistently there to open doors and remind me if my taxi had arrived.
The most important aspect is the location. This hotel is situated between the Winter Palace and St. Isaac's Cathedral, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the Mariinsky Theatre."

CCinnamonMomThis is an absolutely fantastic hotel, the best we've stayed at in Russia! The entrance was a little tricky to find at first, but the location is incredibly convenient. It's right opposite the train station to Moscow and a short walk to the metro. There's also a mini-mart and a bakery nearby.
The rooms are compact and cozy, and a big plus for Thai guests, the bathroom comes with a bidet shower.
The staff are all lovely and provide excellent service; they're cheerful and friendly, which is quite rare to find in Russia. Breakfast is delicious, with a special menu item daily, and there's complimentary 24-hour access to tea, coffee, hot chocolate, water, and cheese.
The only downside is having to carry luggage up one flight of stairs. If you have very large suitcases, it might be a bit challenging, but the staff were very helpful. If I ever return, I would definitely stay here again. It's truly excellent!

GGuest UserClean, neat and tidy room equipped with cooking equipment, hair dryer, clothes iron, usb charging ports and other useful amenities for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is likewise neat and tidy, with a towel dryer, sufficient lighting and personal care products available .
The staff was very helpful and conversational in English, the signages and announcements are translated into English and Chinese which makes it a very hospitable place for non-Russian speaking travelers.
The hotel itself is situated about 15 minutes away by car from Pulkovo Airport and in walking distance of buses which bring you to the metro station/St Petersburg city center. Across the hotel, there is a supermarket (Pyaterochka, opened until 11pm) and some small restaurants.

OOksana KulThe hotel is delightful! It's not my first time in St. Petersburg, and I've stayed in many places, but I've never encountered such friendly staff anywhere else! All the employees were super welcoming and left only a positive impression!
The hotel is literally a 3-5 minute walk from St. Isaac's Cathedral. There's also a pier just a minute away where you can take boat tours along the canals. Yusupov Palace is very close by (about a 10-minute walk) (not directly relevant to this review, but I highly recommend visiting it too!). Also, in about 5-7 minutes from the hotel, you'll be on Nevsky Prospekt, where other attractions are located. The hotel's location is truly excellent, right in the city center, yet without the noisy crowds of Nevsky!
Regarding the rooms, we stayed in a double room on the fifth floor, and we absolutely loved it! It had everything we needed! Our stay included breakfast, and when we booked the hotel, we read rave reviews, and all those reviews were true. The breakfast is indeed very impressive! So definitely book with breakfast, you won't regret it!
The hairdryer in our room broke, so we called reception, and literally a minute later, a new one was brought to us. I honestly haven't seen such a quick response anywhere else.
The only minor drawback I can mention is that to get to the elevator, you have to walk down a corridor on the first floor where rooms are located. But that's not even really a drawback, just a characteristic of this particular hotel.
In summary: price, quality, location, staff â everything is top-notch! I highly recommend it! And from now on, I'll only stay here!

It's not directly on Nevsky Prospekt, but rather on a wider side street off Nevsky Prospekt, with cobblestone roads on either side and a broad pedestrian walkway in the middle (the entrance is about 100m from Nevsky Prospekt). Despite this, the location is excellent, as it's close to attractions like Kazan Cathedral, the Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood, and the Winter Palace.
The hotel's exterior is currently undergoing renovations (and it's not just this hotel; the entire area has scaffolding for facade work). Because of this, room windows cannot be opened, and there's no air conditioning, though fans are provided. We stayed for 4 nights. On the first night, we were in a room on the right side of the corridor. With the outdoor temperature at 10 degrees Celsius, the indoor temperature felt at least 25 degrees or more, and the bathroom was even hotter. We had the fan on all night, but it was really uncomfortable.
On the second day, we informed the front desk that the room was too hot and asked for a solution. The hotel agreed to switch our room. Since the new room they offered was slightly larger and on the opposite side (the left side of the corridor), they asked us to pay an additional 800 rubles per night. As staying in the original room was unbearable, we had no choice but to agree. The subsequent 3 nights were much more comfortable, and we didn't even need the fan, but that was when the outdoor temperature was only 10 degrees Celsius. Due to the ongoing renovations, the hotel breakfast currently offers a choice of 1 out of 3 set meals, along with coffee, bread, and fruit.

The loft-style design looks great, itâs clean, and the Wi-Fi is fast. The contactless self-check-in via electronic keycodes works seamlessly. There is a cozy shared kitchen area equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle, tableware, and complimentary tea/coffee.Cons: There are only 2 toilets and 1 shower for 7â8 rooms. When the place is fully booked, waiting lines are inevitable, which can be frustrating. Soundproofing is weak due to thin walls. Check-in and check-out times are strict (strictly from 2:00 PM and before 12:00 PM respectively). Since it's fully contactless, early arrival or late departure is hard to arrange, so plan your transit carefully.

Breakfast is included and is a decent buffet: semolina porridge, omelets, eggs, sausages, pasta, salad, casserole, cheese, cold cuts, and various cereals and milk. However, coffee from the machine costs extra.
Overall, for 2,800 rubles, it's a perfectly good option!

AANUBHAV2386We stayed for 3 nights in Saint Petersburg. So 1) location: The hotel is in a quiet locality and is almost unrecognizable. Does not look like a hotel from the outside 2) Staff support: The staff speaks minimal english 3) Service: The hotel does not have breakfast or a restaurant, but there are restaurants and cafes within walking distance (10 minutes), so workable; and the elevator makes quite a noise, but it's workable/safe. 4) Overall experience: Bad - Mediocre: No one helps you out with the luggage, even when they see you are struggling. I am not sure if that is the norm here in Russia. no courtesy, no support/ no extra help for any sort. I guess kindness is chargeable in Russia. Not just this hotel, every hotel we stayed in Russia, I saw no one helping families or even asking for help. Just cold, transactional behavior.

The staff are very polite, and you can even store your luggage both at check-in and check-out. It has absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. AAnonymous UserVery clean hotel and pretty good location, friendly staff. I arrived early at the hotel, but since they had a free room, they let me in at 12pm. I was grateful for that. The room is clean enough. The cooler with a water is located near the reception( has hot and cold water). They also have a restaurant with breakfast, lunch and dinner (quite a lot of people were there). Unfortunately, I didn't have time to try, but ... I think that people went there for a reason, and most likely they offer decent food, which they cook themselves. For that kind of money, I think it's a very good option.
I want to note that the sound insulation between the rooms is not very good.
