"A new, clean hotel in excellent condition. The location is 10/10 – right in the city center but quiet, with minimal traffic. It's within walking distance to the market, restaurants, and shopping street. Breakfast is good. The rooftop pool deserves special praise."

"The hotel's location is great, very convenient with a bus stop right outside. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. They have an underground paid parking lot. The breakfast was decent, and the room, though not large, was sufficient and had its own balcony. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Lido area; great restaurants around the hotel and the airport bus stops right outside the hotel (return cost 8 euros)! Staff really friendly also and the team arranged a little surprise for my partner s birthday also. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was really good too with lots of choices. Hotel amenities were good too. All in all a great hotel. We also enjoyed the 30min walk to the old town from hotel but appreciate this may not be for everybody…though plenty taxis and the local bus route are a skip and a hop away."

"The staff is friendly, the room is a good size and everything was clean. The room has a mini fridge, slippers and robes. They also provide pool towels. There is a cleaning service everyday and they change all the towels, including the ones for the pool. The bed was not the best as it was quite hard and had a spring mattress. We enjoyed the indoor pool, the jacuzzi and sauna. We haven't tried the outdoor pool as we only spent time there in the evenings. The breakfast was good. I'd come back as it was a nice experience overall."

"The rooms were nice and spacious with nice balconies on a great location. The rooms could use a renovation and be better cleaned especially in more hidden places like under the bed. The hairdryer overheated easily. The breakfast is good and varied and the staff is the best part of the hotel, super friendly!"

"Since it was all-inclusive, we were able to eat and drink at one of the restaurants. The restaurant I recommend is an Italian cafe called VELA DI CANALE. They offer all-you-can-eat hot pizza, and if you time it right, they'll even bake you your own pizza with your favorite toppings. The pool was spacious and we were able to relax. I'd love to stay here again."

"The hotel is old and the location is very good. We live in the tower and we can see the sunset at night and the sun is shining in the morning. The breakfast room is very good. We ate outside and loved it. There are many varieties of breakfast, and the quality is good. The swimming pool has an outdoor swimming pool, so the bold can swim directly in the sea."

"This hotel was a huge disappointment. I have no idea how it got a 4-star rating. On the positive side, the view is lovely, and the room was clean (apart from the ants everywhere). The staff answered questions, breakfast was decent, and the gym was incredibly well-equipped, though I couldn't use it because the ventilation was completely non-existent. I felt like I'd pass out after just 10 minutes of checking out the equipment. As for the negatives: the room lacked basic amenities (only soap was provided). If you go to reception and ask for anything, they'll send you to the gym where you can get slippers for 5 euros a day. On the first night, the air conditioning wasn't cooling, and despite it being January, it was incredibly stuffy. There were ants all over the room, even in the fridge. Check-in was a nightmare – if you arrive by car and park in the always-full lot in front of the hotel to unload your luggage, the staff won't allow it, let alone offer to help. They told me I could only leave the car for 5 minutes while they processed papers, but wouldn't let me take my bags to the room, nor did they offer to have hotel staff bring them up while I looked for parking. They told me to leave my belongings in the lobby and go find paid parking wherever I could. They gave me a confusing parking map that was impossible to decipher in a second, and said the nearest parking was by a shop, where there were no free spots. I ended up driving around the area. They never mentioned the parking on the other side of the hotel, which offers easy access directly to the lifts. So, if you decide to stay here, there are both free and paid parking spots down the street to the right of the hotel (the paid parking is cheap)."

"The hotel that left a deep impression will have a chance to come back. The hotel is in a great location, close to the edge of the cliff. Invincible sea view. All kinds of swimming pools are suspended on the edge of the cliff at different heights. There are sea water, natural water temperature and heated water temperature, which enjoy great value. There are 2 large restaurants, and the rest of the outdoor restaurants, bars, and salons are so many that they have stayed for a few days and have not found out. The big restaurant buffet has a cabaret show in the evening, and the male and female singers play piano. There are tabloids in the hotel, 6 languages, English and American languages, and there are American and British versions. Service staff gentlemanly, friendly and friendly. Different restaurants with a variety of flavors to choose from."
