BBerg100sgBusiness hotel that lack the human touch. Recep was cold and not smiling, which was a pity for such a nice hotel. Phone auto buttons not working and aircon not working too. Had to walk to recep and ask for help. Breakfast was good though

JJayajayajayaThe location was amazing - close to metro, walkable distance to old town centre etc. The room was very spacious and looks like it had all cooking utensils if you wish to cook. Had two majour issues - 1. The room key was missing in the lock box when we arrived around 1 am. However got sorted fairly quickly when we rang the number given on booking email. 2. The drainage system in the shower was terrible, room was flooded (the colour of the wooden floor tells a lot!) but it was fine when showered with the drain cover opened.
Other than that, I think it was a very good value of money and would really recommend!

OOften TravelerClean and well-located, but AVOID the basement ‘double room’
The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location with friendly service.
However, I stayed in the basement-level ‘double room’.
It’s located at the front of the property, directly at street level, with two small windows facing the pavement — making it difficult to get fresh air or natural light, and quite noisy due to passing pedestrians and cars, even with the windows shut and earplugs in.
The photos captures many of the other room types charming features, which can be misleading for the double room in basement.
In this particular room, ventilation was poor due to its position, and a musty smell from the bathroom lingered throughout the space.
Given the price of this ‘double room’, it’s better off booking elsewhere — somewhere less charming but more practical — OR booking the other room types I assume are upper-level room to avoid the drawbacks of this front-facing basement unit.

AAdalineThe room smelled so strange upon entering, then we went to inspect the AC and could tell there was black mold accumulating in there. The sofa bed was not a sofa bed at all, but a rickety foldable springy mattress. It was so uncomfortable and so loud that I ultaimtely had to sleep on the day bed. Would NOT recommend staying here.

GGuest UserThe room is relatively close to the city center. The room is big, really big, and the sanitation is OK. The whole hotel is full of blue elements. The breakfast is about the same. The corridor is a bit narrow and dark. They have a problem, they can't check in early, it's in the afternoon After 3 o'clock, before leaving the store at 11 o'clock, most hotels can check in at 12 o'clock. I don't quite understand this, and it's impossible to negotiate.

The rooms on 1 and 2 are older and the 3 and 4 are renovated.
If I returned to Porto I would stay at the same hotel.

GGuest UserIt was a rainy day when I arrived in Porto and saw a very sad city, but it was still incredibly beautiful.
Susana, the person in charge of the hostel when I arrived, was the best part of the stay, kind, smiling, she reminded me that, even on days like this, the sun is always there. I will definitely come back.
Recommendation: always bring earplugs: choosing a female room to avoid snoring is a dream. We snore too😂

ДДмитрий АлешкевичIdeal place if you travel by car. There is a parking lot 50 meters away, where separate spaces are reserved for hotel guests. Parking is paid for directly at the hotel reception for 14 euros per day. Casa da Musica metro station is right next to the hotel. The room has a large bathroom. Kettle, coffee machine, tea, coffee, sugar, water.
