"The hotel is simply excellent, I will definitely go back there, the only thing we didn't like was the man at the reception, we were in this hotel in November for 4 days, but we decided to stay two days more, we decided to ask the price for 2 days, the man said $370, and we had to rent a room in another hotel and leave, but when we looked online the price for the hotel was much lower than he said, we bought another day at this hotel for $116, it was unpleasant to go back and forth from different hotels, and it seemed to me that the man at the reception was arrogant, that it was awkward to say we won’t pay $370 for two nights, we felt uncomfortable… Overall the hotel is super"

"As per previous stays, all was very satisfactory. Great location, convenient for public transport links to all parts of the city and onward travel throughout Poland thanks to proximity to Central railway station and to airport via Srodmiescie railway station which is just across the road. Staff are polite and helpful.Breakfast has many choices and helpings are plentiful. All told the perfect fit for a stay in Warsaw."

"The location is very convenient, there are many cafes and coffee shops nearby. The staff is friendly and helped with registration. The rooms are clean with a pleasant smell. There is wifi. During my stay, the restaurant in the hotel itself was not open yet, so breakfast was brought to the door and left there, giving me the opportunity to sleep in. The cuisine is delicious. There is also a gym and many relaxation rooms on the territory. In general, I really liked it. The only wish is to check the shower cans before checking in because mine was empty."

This time, I was guided to a room on the third floor, and I was more satisfied because the water pressure was strong (last time, it was actually uncomfortable for a woman with long hair because the water pressure was weak.) "Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded. Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise. Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings. Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch."

"This hotel is super conveniently located! You can get to Warsaw Central Station and Nowy Świat with just one bus, which was great for nights out. Old Town is also only about a 30-minute bus ride away, making it perfect for sightseeing. Plus, there are plenty of shops like Żabka and Biedronka nearby, so grocery shopping was a breeze. The room cleaning during my stay was minimal, but it didn't cause any issues. Just a heads up, the provided shampoo doubles as body wash, so if you prefer separate products, you might want to bring your own."

"We stayed at this hotel for two nights in a double room with an extra bed and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed, including a safe and blackout curtains that made sleeping easy. Housekeeping was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary water station, where guests could refill bottles with both still and sparkling water. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. We arrived very early, around 8:00 a.m., and were able to leave our luggage at reception while we went out to explore the city before check-in. The hotel also offers luggage storage after check-out, which is very convenient. The location is perfect. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Old Town and around 10 minutes to the U.S. Embassy, making it an excellent choice for anyone visiting for a visa interview. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafés nearby. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options, including sparkling wine. Since we had an early flight on our departure day, the hotel kindly offered us breakfast boxes to take with us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again."

"I liked that the room was very clean. The location is convenient, not far from the bus station. What I didn't like was the service. They speak Polish or English at reception. I speak Ukrainian and Russian, but the guy pretended not to understand me very well, even though all these languages are quite similar. It's not like I was speaking Chinese! When a female guest approached and spoke English, she received a completely different attitude; they smiled at her and spoke courteously. When someone is paying, what difference does it make what language they speak? I believe staff should be polite to all guests. There was no shampoo in the room, and only one towel (for the body), no face towel. Overall, it wasn't bad, but the interaction at reception left a sour taste. I wish the service staff were more welcoming."
