"Overall, I have very mixed feelings. 1. Tasty breakfasts from the menu; the buffet is ridiculous; it would be better if there wasn't one. Two juices to choose from, apple and pear :) and remember, this is a 5-star hotel. There's not even honey for the tea. So, compared to a competing hotel nearby for the same price, I don't know why you're paying so much for breakfast. 2. The photos of the rooms on the trip were slightly different from the real thing. There was no picture on the wall and no chair to sit on. 3. Poor quality, unbranded cosmetics. They irritate the skin. There's not even a label to read the ingredients."

"A very good hotel in a great location. The only downside to the hotel is the proximity of the bars and night clubs with loud music going on till the early hours of the morning (6am to 7am). The outside noise didn't affect me but my attention was drawn to it as in the room by the bed was earplugs."

"The hotel was very clean and was very clean and was very good for both the room and breakfast. The only thing I would like was the daily cleaning service. I was 3 nights and nobody came to set beds, room, bathroom."

"What can I say a gem of a hotel within easy walking distance to the town square, the staff were warm and welcoming, the room we had was a deluxe double that overlooked a church and was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, the only negative and this is very minor we struggled to find the entrance at first on arrival not realising we needed to go down an alley way at the front of the building. Thanks for a lovely stay we would not hesitate to use this hotel again 🥰"

"A lovely hotel, staff very friendly. Had the option of not having our room cleaned daily when we checked in. Which we liked. Check in was quick and easy. The room was a good size and comfortable. The only downside was our room was situated on the road side and they tend to have a problem with boy racers."

"The location couldn't be better. Everything was very quick and self-service. I expected a fridge in the apartment, but there wasn't one. I didn't look into it beforehand, as I assumed it would be standard. I had a problem on the first night with the lighting and air conditioning in the room because it's not easy for guests to figure out, and there are no instructions. The bathroom light is sensor-activated and takes an incredibly long time to turn off. The air conditioning is turned on and off with a master switch. The worst part was the bedside reading lamps. I pressed all the buttons, and they wouldn't turn off for anything. In the end, I had to turn off a master power switch that controls both the air conditioning and these lights (what's the logic in them being linked?!). As a result, I had to leave the windows slightly open and suffered with street noise all night and woke up to a strong smell of cigarette smoke. A precious night wasted. The service was good, not great, as there were apologies but no attempt to make things right. The mattress is too soft, and the pillows are completely fluffy, causing a lot of discomfort. "Not far from the old town of Brozlaw, access was good and the staff were friendly. There were a lot of guests at breakfast, so when all the food was consumed, it was not refilled quickly, so I was waiting for a while, but it seemed difficult for two people to serve, and the staff seemed to have to be replenished. Overall it was a spacious and pleasant hotel."

"Good location 5 mins from markey square. On a busy road but didn't hear noise in the room. Spacious, well equipped room Friendly and helpful staff."

"Excellent location, friendly staff, and great services! I even tried the gym and the spa (small but tidy and well-equipped). The bar was a bit pricey though; I paid 10€ for a cappuccino and a slice of cake."

"The only attention we have for breakfast. Small choice, not quite good quality. Egg dishes from the card were not quite warm. The chicken was not a real chicken. Sweet with frozen - not at these times. Good coffee 😀"
