Hotels near Ortigas MRT Station, City of Manila

This is a budget friendly hotel very well located and convenient for transit, short stays or when working in Ortigas. Room was small so good enough for a solo traveler. The room had 1 bed, 1 TV, and 2 bedside desks and no other furniture. The place is eco friendly so those environment conscious travelers can support this business. They have water stations on each floor. There are no amenities aside from the spa which I didn'tavail. I didn't avail their breakfast either. Room was clean, air conditioned. The bed was really soft and the pillows comfortable enough to help sleep. The room had no windows and no natural light.

I had a very pleasant stay at Red Planet Manila Ortigas. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What made my stay truly special was the staff from the information desk to the security guards and the cleaners, everyone was kind, helpful, and professional. The place appeared clean at first glance. However, upon closer inspection using a UV light, some stains were detected on the duvet that were not visible to the naked eye. Additionally, I noticed a few small cockroaches in various corners of the room. Fortunately, spraying isopropyl alcohol was effective in eliminating them immediately. Despite these issues, the overall cleanliness was acceptable for a short overnight stay. It was satisfactory.

Hop Inn Ortigas is very convenient and comfortable place to stay. It's clean and basic necessities are provided. I appreciate it's being environmentally-friendly hotel promoting less plastic and zero-waste.

I had a wonderful stay at Gemstone Place and I’m very happy with the experience. The service was brilliant, and the place itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable as you can see. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made my stay even better. The unit is well-equipped with a fridge and electric cooking facilities, making it very convenient. The pool is also available for guests, which is a great bonus. Check-in and check-out were very easy and hassle-free. The room is located on the 37th floor, which I really liked because of the height. However, the only downside is that the view is somewhat limited since Tower 2 blocks part of it. Still, this did not affect my overall experience. Overall, it’s definitely worth staying here again. Highly recommended!

We had a really nice stay at Jinjiang Inn Ortigas as a couple. The location is excellent — right in Ortigas Center with easy walking access to SM Megamall, shopping, restaurants, and transport, which made exploring the area super convenient.  The room was comfortable, clean, and just the right size for two of us. The bed was cozy, and the free Wi-Fi worked well for planning our days. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous throughout our stay.  Breakfast was a nice start to the day, and overall we felt the hotel was great value for money — especially if you want a simple but well-located place in the city. There were a few minor things like some older fixtures and occasional small maintenance issues reported by other guests, but it didn’t significantly affect our experience.  Would recommend this for couples looking for a comfortable, affordable base in Ortigas! 💑

We recently stayed at Discovery Suites Ortigas for a quick family break with my wife and daughter, and the experience felt smooth from the moment we arrived. It started at the parking area. The guards were welcoming and attentive. That tone carried all the way through the stay. Every single person we encountered was polite, warm, and genuinely helpful. Karl at the front desk stood out. World-class service. Calm, efficient, and professional. The kind of interaction that sets the tone for the entire stay. The location made everything easy. Being right near The Podium and Megamall meant we could step out for shopping or a good meal without planning too much. For a family trip, that convenience matters. Our room was spacious. Enough room for the three of us to move comfortably without feeling cramped. The kitchen was fully equipped for simple meals. We did not end up cooking, but knowing we could added flexibility to the stay. Small details were done right. The hot and cold controls for the shower, bathtub, and sink worked perfectly. No guessing. No sudden temperature shifts. Just consistent comfort. Breakfast was another highlight. Plenty of meat options, which I appreciated. A solid spread that felt satisfying and complete. Overall, it was a relaxed, well-run stay that worked perfectly for a family trip. Polite service, strong attention to detail, and a location that makes everything convenient. Exactly what you want when traveling with the people who matter most.

Richmonde Hotel Ortigas is a well-aged hotel that has clearly stood the test of time. I originally booked a Standard Room via Trip.com and decided to pay extra to upgrade to a Junior Suite upon arrival. It was absolutely worth it. One of the experienced staff recommended a room with an excellent view, and the scenery did not disappoint. The bed is very comfortable, perfect for a good night’s rest. The pillows, however, are on the softer side; I personally stacked three pillows to achieve better neck support. The air-conditioning is very powerful—almost freezing at times. I wasn’t entirely sure how to adjust it, and it seems to be set in Fahrenheit, but it works extremely well for those who enjoy a cold room. All the room lighting works as intended. The lights are on the warm, dim (orange) side, which seems intentionally designed to match the hotel’s classic and cozy ambience. It gives the room a calm, relaxing feel, especially at night. One small suggestion would be to provide additional plastic trash bags in the room and bathroom. I use food delivery services quite frequently during my stay and prefer to clear waste daily for cleanliness. The Junior Suite comes with a larger Smart TV, which was a pleasant surprise. You can easily log in to your own Netflix account—watching shows in bed felt like having a mini private cinema in the room. Extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The gym is a big plus—open from 6am to 9pm and almost always empty. It honestly felt like I had the entire gym to myself, which made workouts very pleasant. The swimming pool is currently closed for renovation, which is understandable. While the room is generally clean and comfortable, it could benefit from renovation and deeper cleaning. The wooden doors, curtains, desks, and drawers are showing their age and would greatly improve the overall experience if refreshed. That said, for a hotel that is over 25 years old, it has aged remarkably well. The location is excellent—one of the best aspects of this hotel. There are plenty of food and convenience options nearby, including 7-Eleven, Dunkin’ Donuts, Starbucks, Pancake House, and more. SM Megamall is just a short walk away, making shopping, dining, and commuting extremely convenient. Most importantly, the service from the staff is outstanding. There are warm greetings everywhere you go, and the staff are consistently polite, professional, and helpful. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall stay and makes guests feel welcomed. I will be trying their breakfast buffet soon and will update my review afterward to share whether it exceeds expectations. Overall, Richmonde Hotel Ortigas offers great value, comfort, excellent service, and an unbeatable location. I would gladly recommend it to travelers who appreciate classic charm paired with genuine Filipino hospitality.
