JinwanbidalaohuExceeded expectations! This is by far one of the best value-for-money hotels in Manila. The overall cleanliness was superb, facilities were excellent, and the decor was uniquely stylish and elegant—much better than what you'd find in the BGC area!

Kristin_XWe arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome.
We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026
They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us.
At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards.
We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table.
We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it!
The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay.
Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!

Guest UserHotel was really nice and modern with excellent bathroom and friendly staff! Easy to get to airport from in morning as grab is less than £5 and just 30 minutes away. Be aware hotel is on edge of red light district so some interesting characters hang round outside late at night but street is busy enough still feels safe

I would like to file a complaint regarding one of the hotel staff members assigned to the gym and pool.
Yesterday, July 5, 2026, I went to use the gym and had an unpleasant experience. The staff member was rude when I asked about opening the gym. I chose not to make an issue of it at the time, hoping it was just a one-time incident.
Unfortunately, the same thing happened again today when I went upstairs to use the gym. The staff member once again responded rudely while opening the facility. As a guest, I expect to be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of the situation. This is not my first time checking in here, and I have also stayed in Quezon City before, so I am familiar with the usual level of service expected.
Since this has happened twice in two consecutive days, I felt it was necessary to report it. I hope management can address this matter and remind their staff to maintain a professional and respectful attitude toward guests.
Thank you for your attention to this concern.

Guest UserThis hotel is conveniently located near a bustling area. However, considering the surrounding environment, I feel it's more suited for trips with male friends rather than families.
Pros:
Quiet on higher floors: Since my room was on a higher floor, I wasn't bothered by noise at night.
Smooth procedures: Check-in at the front desk was very smooth and stress-free.
Low deposit: The deposit of only 2,000 pesos was a great help.
Surrounding area: The bustling location offers great convenience, with many eateries like Starbucks and Jollibee. Finding food wasn't an issue, and everything was within walking distance.
Points to note/advice:
Elevator caution: There are three elevators. The one on the right when facing the entrance can be quite shaky and might feel scary. If you're easily frightened, I recommend using the two elevators on the left.
Room cleaning rules: If you want your room cleaned, you need to press the button near the entrance to display the ”cleaning OK” sign. This wasn't communicated by the front desk, so I struggled on the first day without knowing.
Amenities: Toothbrushes and razors are not provided, so you'll need to buy them at a nearby convenience store. Also, there's an additional 100 peso charge to use a nightgown.
Facilities: The room has the bare essentials, and it's fine if you just need a place to sleep. The pillows are very soft, which might be a matter of personal preference.
Overall:
I stayed for 3 nights, and considering the affordable price, the cost-performance is very high. I would especially recommend this hotel for trips with male friends.

Guest UserMy stay at Leez Inn Hotel was overall good. The staff were accommodating, and the room was comfortable and clean. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. During my stay, the in-room telephone was still under repair, which made it less convenient to contact the front desk. Additionally, the hotel does not offer card payment options, which feels outdated given that many travelers now prefer cashless transactions. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant stay and would consider returning in the future.

Beth Howard De SilvaMy stay was OK and the staffs were very approachable and very easy to deal with. We had a bit of a problem upon checking in but they rectified the issue and they even let us stay for extra two hours without any charge.

The price is affordable, rooms are clean enough, and people are friendly. Also, it is convenient to travel to all destinations, equally close.
However, there's only one hairdryer in the building, which makes it super inconvenient, and no slippers are provided. Another concern would be safety, Pasay city is more local, you can experience authentic lifestyle, but there are risks of getting into trouble I think.
All in all, after living 3 days there, I would still recommend travelers this hotel.
