"I chose this hotel to consider that the second day of the tour was at the Sculpture Park, and it was only a ten minute walk. The hotel self-service is also very convenient. If you have any questions, you can call to communicate with the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the surroundings are very good."

"Everything is good expect for the lighting. There are 6-7 individual small lights that you have to turn off and on one by one, which is annoying. Yet, they aren’t providing enough lighting."

"The location of the hotel is excellent. Although we were only allocated a room on the first floor, the room was quite comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom door in the bathroom was a little hard to use, and it was easy to splash water. The breakfast room has a beautiful environment, and the food inside is exquisite and delicious. Especially the hotel is adjacent to the Royal Palace of Norway. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. The shops and apartments on both sides of the street have different architectural styles. Every window and balcony are decorated very elegantly. Especially the large garden of the Royal Palace next to it has all kinds of exotic flowers and plants. And very tall and lush trees, I like it very much..."

"The room was very nice and the area was adequate. Breakfast and dinner were included in the stay, and afternoon tea was quite rich. The check-in lady at the front desk could speak a little Chinese, which was a good choice. It was a 20-minute walk to the main attractions. The price was very competitive in Oslo."

"The hotel's location is good and convenient. Although the room isn't large, it's clean and functional, which was acceptable. I arrived in Oslo a day early, excited for my Silver Sea Arctic cruise, and planned to extend my stay at the hotel for one night after the cruise. When checking in, I specifically mentioned that the cruise company had already booked a room for the following night and asked if I could stay in the same room to avoid switching. The receptionist checked and confirmed that they had specially arranged for me to stay in the same room, and I would just need to renew my key the next day. I was very pleased, thinking the hotel's service was thoughtful and human. However, the next morning when I went to the front desk to renew my key, I was told that if I wanted to continue my stay, I'd have to pay an additional 500 NOK! The hotel management's policy changed so suddenly; I believe their service greatly needs improvement. I also have an extended stay for one night on my return trip. I wonder if they'll try to make me switch rooms or upgrade then?! Very dissatisfied. Also, the bed wasn't very big, and the breakfast chef was very unfriendly."

"Decor is excellent and the theme of the rooms is cohesive and smart. Excellent gym but pool was an additional cost, unless you have a suite. This was a disappointment and gives the place a cheap feeling.  There were lots of additional events being held at the hotel which gave the place a noisy and overly busy feel. Often large groups of party goers waiting for lifts at night. Corridors are also quite busy and noisy. There is a feel that hotel guests are a necessary afterthought when these events are held. Staff ranged from very nice to indifferent and sometimes even disdainful.  Overall I wouldn’t describe this hotel as peaceful or a place that makes you feel at ease."

"We had a wonderful stay at Smart Hotel Oslo. The room had everything we needed, and we especially loved that the hotel provides Rituals toiletries – they are our favorite. The reception staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful. We also really appreciated being able to check in a few hours before the official check-in time, as well as having access to the luggage storage room on our last day. Both made our trip much more comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation and major attractions. There is also a great Chinese restaurant nearby serving delicious food, which was a nice bonus. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Oslo."

"Facilities: This is a chain hotel, very good. It's a prominent black high-rise building, and the shuttle bus to and from Oslo Airport stops right at the entrance. Cleanliness: Clean and hygienic. Environment: Central location, very close to the cruise terminal and City Hall. Service: Good, with a 24-hour front desk."

"Although the hotel has a factory-like feel due to its numerous rooms, it truly offers excellent services and facilities for its guests. The building seemed a bit old, but the facilities and rooms were clean! Having a communal kitchen on the first floor made it convenient to eat outside food. They also have luggage storage, and it was easy to leave our bags at the office when going on the Nussel tour. The friendliness of the office staff varied from person to person. The elevator was a bit small. Oh, and even though it was summer, the indoor temperature was a bit chilly, so I slept with my jacket on. Nevertheless, I was satisfied."
