"The location is beside the train station. However, I reached the hotel very late, close to midnight. Unsure where to go to the other side since I reached Eindhoven by FlixBus, so I had to take Bolt instead; otherwise, it would take ages figuring out the way. I asked the NS officer, and he was also unsure, lol. The room was pretty clean. The only drawback was that the toilet was not flushed properly beforehand. The water in the bowl was brown and murky. Unsure if this was accidental or not since, by right, the room was already cleaned by the cleaning service department. The flushing mechanism was super slow, so this may be the cause of the accidental dirty toilet bowl before we even used it. I did not complain to the staff since it’s already pretty late, and we were rushing to wake up early as well. The fire alarm blared at 6 a.m. too, and the announcement was for us to evacuate the building. Hesitating to do so since it’s super cold, but when we tried to go down to the staircases, the tenants from the rooms next door came back tired and said there’s nothing wrong at all. Duh. Other than that, it’s OK for us with Social Hub. It’s always our favorite hotel to stay in the Netherlands."

"The hotel was nice. The check in was quick and smooth. Disappointed to hear the swimming pool facilities were not available. The bedroom was a great size, bed very comfy. Nice to have a fridge and kettle, tea/ coffee. The bathroom was spotless. The rooms need to be checked for rubbish behind the desk before the curtains as there was other guests rubbish there. The ice machine is on the ground floor and would be nice if there was another on each floor. Good location for the train station and town. We parked our car with free on street parking a 12 minute walk away to avoid the high hotel parking charges. The room was noisy with street traffic, cars racing up and down."

"The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with a huge variety of options. The room size was just right, but I happened to visit during the hottest days of the year, and the air conditioning wasn't very strong. The hotel has its own laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers, but it's only accessible from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM; you can't get in outside of those hours. There's an infinity pool, and the gym is quite good too. The hotel restaurant recommends their signature drinks."

"Due to road closures, the car park was very difficult to find, we first went to the hotel, and was then given a map to find the carpark. It wasn’t clear where the carpark intercom was to buzz in. They also charge €30 per day for parking. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you have a car. However, it’s perfect if you’re travelling on foot. There’s no kettle in the room, but hot water is available in the reception/food area."

"The front desk staff were great, especially Simon, who gave me lots of information about local attractions. It's really nice that you can rent bikes and cycle around the area. There are apples and candies available in the lobby. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast had a good variety, but it was mostly European style with fewer hot food options."

"Excellent hotel! Perfect for a flight the next day, it's super close to the airport and very clean. I slept really well! Just a shame I didn't have time for breakfast. I'll definitely stay here again next time."

"Good place, highly recommended, especially suitable for self-driving, the hotel is very new, the yard is large, parking is free, the room service is very friendly, the front desk is almost, the surrounding environment is very good, quiet, walk to the supermarket, very close to the highway, drive to the city center for more than ten minutes, cost-effective"

"The room was perfect for a couple nights stay in Eindhoven. The location close to the railway station was great. Late on the saturday evening there was no one at the reception and we, me and at least five other guests, had to wait to someone to some to open the front door. Breakfast was ok, but the box given instead of it wasn''t. Only yogurt and fruit was eatable. The webside was also misleading. The breakfast serving time there was from 7:00 forward every day, but during the weekend it started 7:30."
