"The room was amazing! It was exactly like the photos on Ctrip! Although we booked a garden view room, it was absolutely amazing! The canal is right outside, so you can walk everywhere! Very convenient! The hotel front desk was amazing! They'd do anything for you, like booking a hotel room or sending postcards."

"Transiting through Amsterdam Airport, getting to the hotel from the airport was very convenient – just take the train to Central Station. However, on the train, I encountered a very enthusiastic female thief, so everyone beware! The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the station. The front desk quickly handled check-in. The room was a bit small, but had decent facilities. The drain wasn't very clear, and the bed was small, but for a one-night stay, you can't expect too much. The next morning, I took a canal tour. Even though it was a brief visit, Amsterdam is definitely a city worth exploring."

"Thank you very much for letting us check in early. The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly functional. The hotel's location is excellent – about a 10-minute walk from the cruise ship terminal and a 5-minute walk from the train station. It's also not far from the meeting points for day tours. You do have to transfer elevators once, but there was basically no waiting time."

"I already knew this hotel, which is why I returned, but there are ongoing renovations, and it wasn't ideal to wake up to the sounds of workers at 8:30 AM. Furthermore, the building is under renovation, so the windows face scaffolding. The cleanliness wasn't as impeccable as previous stays, but it remains a top choice due to its location and spacious rooms."

"At first, we were a bit skeptical about the capsules, mainly because of our luggage and the shared bathroom situation. But in the end, the experience totally exceeded our expectations! Even though the capsule itself is small, there's actually more than enough space, even with two 20kg suitcases. And the bed, by the way, was super comfy. The bathrooms and all the facilities in general were very clean. They really thought of everything!"

"The hotel receptionist was incredibly friendly and kind. We arrived early, before 9 AM, expecting to just store our luggage, but to our surprise, the receptionist informed us that our room was already ready for check-in. The room was very clean and tidy, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. All the amenities were readily available, though the only minor flaw was the low water pressure in the shower. The location is fantastic, very close to the Central Station, making it extremely convenient. There are also plenty of convenience stores, pharmacies, department stores, and restaurants nearby."

"Hotel is right in the middle of the city center and near the train station. It is about a 20 minute walk from the hotel to the popular museums. We were initially allocated a ground floor room and it was right next to the street where people were walking and opposite a bar. It was noisy and honestly felt a little uncomfortable as people could see into our room. As such, my wife and I requested for a change of room and the staff were really accommodating in helping us get a room on an upper floor (though it was the next day as the hotel was full on the day of our arrival). They even assisted with storing our loose luggage in their own office which was really nice of them. Room was big and there is a coffee machine in the room. Overall, a really good stay for the price!"

"Location: 200m to Amsterdam Centraal, and walkable distance to everywhere including Van Gohn Museum for normal people. The hotel front entrance is on the Main Street and we have a room with window facing the street and right next to the lift. It is very quiet inside when window is closed. Reception staff are very helpful and friendly. Room is much smaller than it looks like from the photo so that’s the only surprise, but it is very clean and tidy. Overall it is good experience and would recommend if you need a location with walking distance to the train station."

"Great location and staff, but poor cleanliness I liked this hotel overall, mainly because of its fantastic location right in the center of Amsterdam. It was extremely convenient for walking around the city, and all the main attractions are very close by. The staff was friendly, multilingual, and helpful with everything. They gave us great recommendations on where to go and even lent us an umbrella for the rain. Our room on the 4th floor was very spacious, especially by Amsterdam standards. However, the cleanliness was a major disappointment. The room was poorly cleaned: there was a lot of dust, the closets were dirty, and the coffee machine was so filthy that we didn't even want to use it. My overall impression is not bad, but due to the lack of cleanliness, I would not stay at this hotel again."

"I love this hotel! My 4 night stay with them is awesome! The river view is stunning 🤩 Tho it is a walking distance (~15mins) to the central station, it doesn’t feel that long as we were enjoying the river view during the walk. I love the location as it is quiet and peaceful, compare to those in the city centre. The room is spacious for 3 person and we can all open our luggages at the same time! The smart TV allows us to have some leisure time by playing the YouTube videos too! The receptions are very nice and helpful! They are genuinely explaining the details during the check in! All in all, I will definitely choose this hotel again if I return to Amsterdam! Superb!"
