Hotels near Metro Venserpolder, Amsterdam

We arrived a tad early Staff were really welcoming & offered to store our luggage until we returned later for check in.  The room was more than what we expected, roomy, clean & great view down to the Ziggo Dome entry. The breakfast was  pretty amazing, the choices from hot food, cereals, bread & cheeses, fruit, hot & cold drinks an awesome variety. The restaurant in house had a good variety of food, service was quick, staff were friendly & helpful.  All staff during our stay were really good. The location for us was No 1 right next to the Concert we went to see, The Ladies of Soul’  we will definitely book there again in the future. Keep up the good work Jaz in the City Amsterdam Staff. The cleaners also need a mention as they were easy to talk to and helpful when we requested items that had run out in our room.

The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation options, which made getting around very manageable. The hotel facilities were generally well-kept, and the common areas were clean and welcoming. While there is always room for minor improvements, the overall experience was positive and offered good value for the price paid. This property is a solid choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and reliable service. I would consider staying here again in the future.

Great room and pleasant hotel close to Metro, Arena and Ziggodome

Check in time ridicilously slow during crowd for concert go-ers. Something with the city tax went wrong but friendly lady was able to fix it. Saved us €16 Room was fine, two seperate beds. A/c not working at all. CH3 error code Sheets were not fully clean but fine. Shower had dirty spots and fungi, way too slippery and possibly dangerous. Amenities were fine. Housekeeping at the door already at 9:30 and coming in without permission. Breakfast was fine but way too busy. All together I would say 7 out of 10. Great for short stay and really close to Ziggo Dome / arena district

Super fun and friendly hostel! The vibe here is amazing because they organise daily activities, which makes it really easy to meet people and have a good time. Everything is super clean and well-kept, so it feels really comfortable to stay here. It is near some student accommodation, so there is a supermarket and plenty of food options around, which is really convenient. Laundry was easy too since there are 4 washers and 4 dryers, and they were always available during my stay. If I remember right, it was about €5 for a wash and €3.50 for drying. The only downside is the location. It is around a 10 to 15 minute walk to the nearest station, then about 30 minutes on a direct train to the city centre. If you do not mind the commute, this place is totally worth it!

The hotel isn't in the city center, but getting around by metro is super convenient, and Amsterdam isn't a huge city anyway. It's a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and the path is pretty flat, which is great when you're dragging luggage. (Picture 1 shows the view from the metro exit.) Rooms are cleaned daily. There aren't any individual shampoo, conditioner, or toothbrushes, just a single shower gel, but that's pretty standard for European hotels. The pillows are quite high but not hard; I found them easy to sink into and comfortable. The Wi-Fi speed was good most of the time. I couldn't find an on/off switch for the air conditioning, only temperature adjustments. The motion-sensor light in the bathroom was a bit funny – it would go dark after a few minutes! The staff were friendly and efficient. Other than check-in, check-out, and storing luggage, I didn't interact with them much. Luggage storage is free, which is a nice perk. After checking out, there's a restroom, sofa, and charging ports on the ground floor, which is perfect for a quick refresh before heading to the airport. There aren't many restaurants nearby, so it's a good idea to eat before heading back. Although the room isn't huge, the bed is small and the layout is well-designed, making it surprisingly functional. We could open two large suitcases at once. Overall, it's quite similar to a budget hotel back home, but prices are bound to vary due to location, especially during tulip season when they definitely go up. For the price, it's still decent value for money.

It was a nice experience, with easy connection from the train station.   The room is just neat and well organised.

Was an excellent stay. Perfect hospitality and nice ambience. Love the Greener Stay vouchers that I exchanged for drinks. 👏 ♻️ location is great - right next to the Bijlmer Arena station. There’s a super market nearby for water, snacks, sandwiches, and more. Nothing to complain to be honest. Had a long stay so got a tad used to the breakfast options… but breakfast options are good 👍 Will stay again 👍

The room is average, there is no kettle, self-service coffee machine, and the cups are simple disposable plastic cups. It is called environmentally friendly but it is not. It is convenient to travel around. There is a subway, but there are not many restaurants to choose from.

Great view from the rooms and from the sky bar. The hotel has a special ‘Circle’ concept which makes it special... service was good and cleanliness above average even with the word shower in the middle of the room, but I can’t stop thinking that it’s a hotel design for a specific type of crowd exactly due to that shower in the middle of the room. If you know what I mean. Nevertheless, hotel staff was extremely cordial. Food was good and it is an interesting design..
