"The location is fantastic, just a 15-minute train ride from the airport, and a mere 3-minute walk from the train station. There's a supermarket right next to the hotel that opens at 8 AM, perfect for grabbing breakfast. The room was clean and tidy, and a good size. Plus, they offer complimentary fruit in the lobby, which is a nice touch."

"Just came back from a lovely stay at the Best Western Amsterdam. For us this was the perfect location though a 10 minute walk to the metro / tram (2) as we really liked the neighbourhood, local cafes and local restaurants. The hotel staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout our 4 day stay, with an extra big thank you for Gabe (?), on the reception desk. He consistently assisted whether with check in options, left luggage, the much needed luggage scales, local attractions... He was awesome! The rooms had air con (much appreciated in this current heatwave) clean, spacious enough (we stayed in a triple). If you have lots of luggage it may feel like a squeeze! Great 'bar' area for meeting other guests! This is a place I would definitely stay in again! You may wish to consider a taxi, to and from the airport if there are a few of you as it's about 15min drive and we paid about 20 euros, though it's through an app so changes on the moment!! "Very good location ... Just a few train stops from Schiphol Airport to reach Sloterdijk Station. Few minutes walk from here to hotel. Transportation hub is just right in front of hotel. Flixbus stops is also 5mins away from hotel.. Super convenient with a mini mart n as well as some eateries around the corner. More choices avaliable if venture further out.. Spacious n clean room. Clean n fresh towels. Daily housekeeping. Comfy bed with pillows abit soft though.. No AC but a air cooling system. Provided a table fan during this super hot summer trip. A complete kitchenette with a new set of cleaning set provided. Water dispenser is located at the lobby. Laundry room is at 1st floor. €4 per usage. It comes with a detergent capsule. Required a deposit of €100 upon check in. Friendly staff but lack of manpower at times. Mostly with 1 staff at reception desk. With 1staff around, we nearly missed our bus to Brussels just to wait for staff to retrieve our stored luggage... No toiletries n indoor slippers provided unless upon request. No hair conditioner or body lotion as well. Just a 2 in 1 body n hair shampoo is used... With a rating of a 4* hotel, it should do better Overall had a satisfactory stay n experience"

"Our executive room was spacious and very clean. It offered good views, and the staff were excellent. The mattress was incredibly comfortable too. The restaurant on the 17th floor offered fantastic views and a wide variety of breakfast options."

"The hotel was generally clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, the room looked more spacious in the photos than it actually was, so there was a slight mismatch between the online images and reality. The room felt a bit small, especially if you’re traveling with luggage. Overall, it was a decent stay thanks to the cleanliness and helpful service, but I think the photos could better reflect the actual room size."

"hotel staffs r friendly, room is clean like the picture. the hotel is super duper near lidl jus across. metro n bus stations jus behind the hotel about 5 mins away and it is able to bring us to the town area within a few stops. during our stay we experienced some flooding in our room but it was quickly resolved with the help of the staff, the next day, they removed the carpet which is commendable as they are very nice to follow up with us to ensure the experience of the stay is good i also have a parcel delivered and the hotel helped to received it on my behalf. we also requested for early check-in and fortunately we r able to do so. overall, the stay is enjoyable given the pricing and location is great. would recommend friends and back to staying at met hotel when back in amsterdam."

"The hostel is conveniently located, with a bus stop just a two to three-minute walk away. It's also not far from the Van Gogh Museum and the Rijksmuseum, about a ten-minute walk. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and have a good attitude. Less positive experiences: 1. The room is quite small; there's hardly any space left after putting down luggage. 2. Cleanliness needs improvement. There were visible dirty marks on the duvet cover (picture 3), many small spots on the carpet (picture 5), and ants on the room walls and bed (picture 7). 3. There is no kettle. 4. The balcony is shared among several rooms (picture 8), and the room has no openable windows. If the balcony door is closed, the air doesn't circulate, but leaving it ajar feels unsafe. 5. Information displayed on the website platform is inconsistent with reality. For example, it shows 'laundry service' (picture 9), but the hostel actually doesn't have a laundry room for guests. They only provide addresses of external laundromats for guests to take their clothes to themselves."

"At first, we were a bit skeptical about the capsules, mainly because of our luggage and the shared bathroom situation. But in the end, the experience totally exceeded our expectations! Even though the capsule itself is small, there's actually more than enough space, even with two 20kg suitcases. And the bed, by the way, was super comfy. The bathrooms and all the facilities in general were very clean. They really thought of everything!"

"Love the energy and vibe of this place The front desk is so helpful and so knowledgable The breakfasts are such a wonderful way to start your day The rooms are clean though they did have some plumbing issues ( the water from the flush tank kept running ) but these are quick fixes I would definitely come back here again Yours Ryan"

"The Pink Room is a bit small, and the ceiling is slanted. I choose this hotel every time I'm on a business trip. The overall environment is pretty good, and they have a gym. It's also quite close to the airport, just two train stops away, which is convenient."
