MMawar MokhtarOur first time at this hotel and had a really nice experience. Spacious room, comfortable double beds (though would still be ideal for 1 pax for each bed),view of the pool and essential amenities included.
Check in smooth and quick with pleasant staff, love the overall ambience of the lobby. There is a bridge link from hotel to cross over to the Setia City Mall which means alot of dining options, shopping and movie cinema etc.
Breakfast buffet is another highlight to which my son and I really enjoyed our time. The Wells Restaurant is spacious, even with good crowd it felt comfortable still moving around at getting our meals for a couple of rounds. Food and beverage variety options was lovely, I loved especially it has 2 different coffee machines:
Starbucks serving it's popular options including coffee machiato, mocha, flat white, espresso etc
Nescafe serving different types of coffee including caramel white coffee, tongkat ali etc.
Aside to this, hot tea selections, cold teas like peach tea, lemon tea, lemonade, pink lemonade, orange juice and fruit lassi's too.
Food includes malay cuisine, chinese cuisine, indian cuisine, western. Salad bar, fresh fruits bar, cheese platter and cold cuts like beef pastrami, smoked duck and chicken slices. Pastries and dessert has alot of variety (western) as well as sweet local malay kuehs.
Facilities like gym (24 hour access) and pool (8am - 7pm).
We will definitely be back again for another staycation.

NNurhidayahZulkifliWent for a family short trip, away from the busy of the Putrajaya city to the comfort of my childhood. Once is the BlueWave hotel, now Mardhiyyah. And i think they did a very great job. The hospitality, ambience, and the food (breakfast) is simply amazing. Would really love to visit here again. 💕

AAnonymous UserWe recently stayed at Hilton Shah Alam Glenmarie and overall had a pleasant experience.
The hotel appears to have undergone a recent renovation, and the refreshed design is noticeable. However, the workmanship could be improved. There were visible imperfections on some of the wooden door frames, and several pieces of furniture showed signs of chipped paint and wear. As we were traveling with a young baby who spends time playing on the floor, this raised some concerns regarding maintenance and finishing quality.
We also experienced drainage issues in the shower area, where water did not flow away properly.
On the positive side, we thoroughly enjoyed both the breakfast and the swimming pool. The breakfast selection was good, and the pool was well-maintained and family-friendly.
Overall, despite a few maintenance issues, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider returning if these areas are addressed.

HHong Kai Bongthe room is very huge and spacious, i book deluxe twin and got dining area, pantry area, one big office table with lazy chair, as the room is so big that at night i felt like someone is knocking the door outside, and i got a bad dream that night, sleep at 2 am but wake up at 5am with sweat but the air conditioner is working, there is a total of 3 air conditioner in one room.

AAnonymous UserThe room feels quite dated, with a noticeable musty smell upon entering. While overall cleanliness is acceptable, the carpet does not feel particularly fresh and could benefit from deeper cleaning or refurbishment.
I booked the same room category as a friend, but they were upgraded to The Club while I was not, which felt a little inconsistent in terms of guest experience.
Breakfast was very crowded. Arriving around 9:00 AM, most of the food trays were already close to empty. The restaurant staff were proactive in clearing plates, but at times it felt a bit rushed—they repeatedly asked to clear dishes even while we were still eating.

YYouxiaoyuerIt was pretty good. The hotel lobby is quite spacious. My stay overall was pleasant, a satisfactory experience. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. The only downside is it's a bit far from places to eat, so you need to take a taxi.

Wifi limitted to 10~20mbps, quite slow that video call with multiple people will result in low quality experience.
Other than that, location was good as multiple restaurants are nearby. Convenience store is also plenty. Not that noisy.
Parking is just street parking, make sure to pay it through the various e-wallet applications at RM0.64 per hour. Only applicable from 8am~6pm

NNICK0506This location is super good, it's very convenient to walk to Convention centre or Setia Alam Mall in 5 minutes! There is also a Mart downstairs where you can buy some snacks and daily necessities, which is really convenient!

AAshikin FadzilThe unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests.
1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern)
Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay.
2. Inadequate cooling for unit size
The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable.
3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues
Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering.
The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom.
This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay.
4. Deposit amount and payment method
The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made.
One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system.
I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Do not expect too much as it is just a 3-star hotel & some reviews are quite bad. I make a special request to have a clean room; hot water is working & air-cond in good condition. Hence, I am satisfied with what I get. However, the soundproof are bad as you can hear the motorcycle sound.
Breakfast as usual, toast bread, salad, nasi lemak, hard boiled eggs, sausages, curry puff, tea & coffee.
