Amazing
GGuest UserHad a very pleasant stay here! The hotel is very new, clean, and comfortable. The overall atmosphere feels cozy and relaxing from the moment you step in. The room is well-equipped, and there are plenty of power sockets, which is very convenient for charging multiple devices.
The service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel even prepared local snacks as a welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch.
The location is also very convenient — close to Chinatown with lots of food and attractions nearby. There is also an open-air parking lot right across the hotel, making parking easy and hassle-free. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely come back again!

IiamshasvinI stayed at this modest 2.5-star hotel for a short solo trip, booking a single queen bedroom with fairly grounded expectations—and overall, it delivered exactly what that rating implies: functional, slightly worn, but serviceable if you’re not chasing luxury.
The room itself was compact but not claustrophobic. The queen bed was the highlight—surprisingly comfortable with decent mattress support, though the linens felt a bit overused and lacked that crisp, fresh-hotel feel. Pillows were average at best; not terrible, but not something you’d sink into after a long day. Cleanliness was acceptable on the surface—floors swept, bathroom usable—but closer inspection revealed minor lapses like faint stains on the curtains and dust gathering in less obvious corners.
The bathroom was small and purely utilitarian. Water pressure was inconsistent, fluctuating between decent and frustrating, and the hot water took its time to stabilize. Basic toiletries were provided, but clearly low-tier. Towels were clean but slightly rough, suggesting they’ve been through too many wash cycles.
Amenities were minimal: a small TV with limited channels, a kettle, and a couple of power outlets (not ideally placed). Wi-Fi was available but unreliable during peak hours, which could be an issue if you rely on it for work or streaming.
Service was polite but not particularly proactive. Check-in was smooth, staff were courteous when approached, but there was little initiative in anticipating guest needs. Housekeeping did the bare minimum—bed made, trash cleared—but didn’t go beyond that.
Noise insulation was mediocre. Depending on your room location, you might hear hallway movement or distant traffic, which can interrupt sleep if you’re a light sleeper.
In summary, this is a no-frills, budget-friendly stay that meets basic needs without exceeding expectations. It’s suitable for short stays, solo travelers, or anyone prioritizing cost over comfort. Just don’t walk in expecting refinement—you’re paying for practicality, not polish.

HH4ik4lIf you're visiting KT for the food and shopping, you can't beat this spot. It’s within walking distance to KTCC Mall and Mayang Mall, and the Drawbridge (Jambatan Angkat) is just a short drive away. We stayed in a Superior Deluxe room which was surprisingly spacious.
The breakfast at the rooftop café was a highlight—not just for the local flavors, but for the stunning view of the coast. While the décor is a bit dated (the carpets have seen better days), the staff's friendliness and the high water pressure in the shower made up for it. Great value for money if you're looking for a base to explore the city

Bedroom is small around 25meter. Toilet is ok and can be better in cleaning. Parking is behind the hotel. The drawbridge is visible from the window. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. The price of this room is affordable too.

QQm21Parking can be difficult to find if you check in during the daytime since it’s public parking. The room was comfortable overall, but there was an unpleasant septic tank smell coming from the fan. It got much better after we turned the fan off and used only the air conditioning.
The hotel is conveniently located near KTCC Mall, just a 5-minute walk away. There’s also a restaurant below the hotel, but unfortunately the food was quite pricey and didn’t really match the taste 🫠

DDxnxxlI recently stayed at Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu for 2D1N during Hari Raya and booked 2 Deluxe Rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable experience, especially during the festive season.
The check-in process was smooth despite the busy Raya period. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made the arrival experience easy and stress-free. Both rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, and the layout was practical, suitable for resting after a long day of visiting family and open houses.
One of the main advantages of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently located in Kuala Terengganu, making it easy to travel around for Raya visits and explore nearby areas. Parking was also manageable during our stay.
Although the hotel is not luxurious, it offers good value for money and meets expectations for a short stay. The overall environment was quiet and suitable for relaxation after a busy day.
In summary, Permai Hotel Kuala Terengganu is a solid choice if you are looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay, especially during festive periods like Hari Raya. I would consider staying here again on my next visit.

CCQzhouThe hotel is a bit old, but well-maintained. They focus on environmental protection, so disposable toothbrushes, slippers, and towels are not provided. Parking is convenient, and even if you arrive late, there's a spot for you. The breakfast is excellent with a wide variety, and the service is great. The swimming pool is clean.

GGuest UserPros- The location is good and the environment of the outside resort is also good.also the beach view is stunning.as well as their breakfast also not bad.
Cons - their room situation is very very bad. Need to renovate. So old furniture and everything inside the room.feels like it will break now.Also smelly.The door even the bed everything is half broken already. Even it was rusting inside.
So I will say it’s not worth it with the price we paid for one night in this room.
Suggestion- your resort is big also attractive. Please do some renovations so you can attract more guests also can give them a better experience thank you.
