The towel will be provided as your request for how many person you check in. There are swimming pool at level 5. Easy checkout where you put back your key inside designated mailbox when you check in.

Had a wonderful 3D2N stay here as a couple. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. There were plenty of complimentary activities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable and gave us lots to do without any additional cost. The resort was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from Kuantan town. However, if you’re looking for a quiet escape away from the city, this is actually a great choice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back!

The past few days in Kuantan, we stayed at Kuantan Imperium Seaview by AVANZEE and honestly, we loved the experience. Check-in was smooth, fast and hassle-free. The security guards and staff stationed near the mail room were friendly, welcoming and very accommodating, making the entire process feel easy and comfortable right from the beginning. Our unit was located on the 7th floor. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully designed with a modern aesthetic feel. It felt like a cozy studio apartment equipped with a simple kitchenette complete with microwave oven, water filter, kettle, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Hairdryer and iron were also thoughtfully prepared inside the built-in wall cupboard, giving the room a sleek and minimalist appearance. The TV came with Netflix and YouTube, though we barely had time to use them because Kuantan itself has so much to explore. Internet speed was decent too, which is important especially for travellers, foreigners or content creators who need reliable connectivity. The bathroom was modern, clean and well-maintained. Shampoo and bath gel were provided as well. One thing we really appreciated was the sleeping arrangement. Besides the main bed, there were also two very comfortable sofa beds. A family of four can easily stay here comfortably, or even more if travelling with young children. Extra pillows and blankets were also prepared in the cupboard. Location wise, it’s almost perfect. The property is peacefully located slightly away from the busy city centre, yet still close enough for convenience — just across a short bridge. This balance makes it feel like a relaxing seaside escape without being too isolated. The seaside is located directly beside the property and is only a short walk from the carpark. Every morning, we could see locals collecting clams along the shore. Their buckets were filled with white clams and edible sea snails, which was honestly quite fascinating to watch. The facilities here are excellent too. There’s a beautiful swimming pool, wet and dry playgrounds for children, barbecue area and plenty of family-friendly amenities, making it an ideal destination for a family getaway or staycation. But perhaps the highlight for us was the breathtaking view from the room. Being on the East Coast of Malaysia, we were treated to stunning sunrises every morning as the sunlight reflected beautifully across the crystal-clear sea water. Sunset views can also be enjoyed from the opposite side in the evening. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay here and will definitely return again — hopefully next time together with the kids and our parents.

I stayed for one night at [hotel name] and was very satisfied with the experience. The hotel's location is truly strategic, right in the city center and close to various eateries, attractions around Kuantan River, and Kuantan Tower. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. What I liked most was the excellent value for money. The basic amenities were complete, and the hotel had a peaceful atmosphere perfect for relaxation. The only minor issue was that parking could be limited at certain times, but it was still manageable. Overall, this hotel is highly suitable for both business trips and short getaways in Kuantan. I will definitely stay here again if I visit Kuantan in the future.

the toilet and room very clean. got iron at each floor and got parking space. located near Pantai cempedak just less than 10 minutes drive. Bonus point got TMG supermarket infront of the house very convenient to do quick shopping. i don't took picture of the house but really beautiful and cozy place, got bonding space at level 1 with small table tennis and corridor outside to chill

L location very strategic. Near to Teruntum Tower and a lot of cafe around the hotels. All the basics amenities are provided. Iron and board also provided. Breakfast choice is just nice. Just one thing that not satisfied...during the staycation, the reception area was under renovation and this is not informed earlier by hotel management.

Had a pleasant stay at Sri Manja Boutique Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were good for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. The location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. Will consider staying here again when visiting the area.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, safe, and very convenient, located next to the highway, making it easy to go anywhere. Check-in is simple, and there's a supermarket across the street, making shopping easy.

The linen like no change. Pls make sure the housekeeper change every single use. Especially the pillow case. Smelly, also the bed sheet too. Others is superb

Not much to tell here, only 1 night stay. Hotel just fine for us. The furniture kind of DIY..but its okay. Im hoping to look at the river view behind..unfortunately some being block by big roof...if we get one level up much better.
