The staff were so friendly and the hotel was neatly decorated everywhere, so it comes out pretty no matter where you take a picture. And the breakfast is not varied, but I am so satisfied. There are many kinds of bread, and it's well prepared with good food for breakfast. I made sandwiches and ate them ... It was so delicious. So I made two and ate it. ㅋㅋ The parking space is very spacious and nice, and you can rent a bicycle (leased if you leave your passport), so I enjoyed sightseeing with my family on a bicycle in Socalo Square, the Arts Center, and the Revolutionary Monument. Very good, this is my third time here. The room was comfortable and, most importantly, the price was reasonable. The only downside was the airport shuttle was so infrequent that I had to wait an hour and a half for it to arrive.

The room was clean. The shower pressure and temperature were good. However, there was a gap in the door, allowing water to leak out. In the room I stayed in, the toilet wouldn't refill, so there was a limit to its use.

The AC didn't work properly since day 1. I reported it, service staff came to the room just lower the temperature but still was warm at night. It was uncomfortable to sleep. I reported the problem again and they came for service the AC but it didn't work to much, something was missing. It was a little better at night but still a bit warm.

Acceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful. Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room. Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.

Nice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours

I really appreciated how functional the room was and how comfortable the bed was, but the absolute best part was the location. Even though it's at an intersection, there's a convenience store on every corner. The hotel staff were also super helpful in recommending delicious local restaurants; you can find all sorts of great food options around here. The staff were really welcoming and friendly too.

The location of the Youth Hostel 🏨 is excellent. Located in the center of the city center. Don't be too convenient to go to the surrounding museums! Breakfast is included from 8 am to 10 am. In addition, a Margaret cocktail coupon will be given on the first day of stay. Going to the rooftop bar on the sixth floor is really not too pleasant. At my request, I arranged a lower bunk bed for me. Luggage can be stored for free at the front desk. The 15% discount coupon given at check-in is more cost-effective than going to a fast food restaurant.
