The hotel was exceptional for the price! All the staff were very nice and welcoming especially Marianna who helped me with a payment issue I had on check in. She was extremely patient while I sorted it out with trip.com. The cleaner was very friendly aswell. I've recommended the hotel to friends that live in the area that may have visitors and I'll be definitely staying there on my next trip to Mexico city. Gracias!

In addition to the street room is a bit noisy, others, such as cleanliness, breakfast types are relatively rich. The most important thing is that there is a Sichuan restaurant opened by Mexicans nearby, which is super authentic and tastes super good.

No elevator! No elevator! No elevator! Either carry your luggage yourself, or tip the front desk doorman to help you move... Do not give you the hotel door key, you need to ring the doorbell to enter and exit the hotel, which is very inconvenient. Breakfast is on the roof terrace, and the stairs up are narrow and small, which is dangerous and troublesome for the elderly and the inconvenient people. The room has no air conditioning.

The room was nice and well equipped. Very clean and quiet, the bedding is quite comfortable. The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but it is very convenient to take a taxi or bus. There is a convenience store next to it and a fast food restaurant, coffee shop and various restaurants opposite. I especially recommend the breakfast, which is quite rich and of high quality. It is definitely worth purchasing. There is a discount at the front desk when you check in. The main thing is that the restaurant in this hotel has a very good dining level. The dinner a la carte is a little expensive, but the taste is good, the presentation is exquisite, and the service is also very thoughtful and meticulous.

Thank you for choosing BelAir Business a Wyndham Garden Hotel

GGuest User 2025.10.07
The location is excellent, just one block from the WTC, so it's less than a 5-minute walk. I traveled for the La Mole convention and it was perfect. The included breakfast (very good) saves a lot of time since you only have to go down to the first floor and choose what you want (buffet), allowing you to sleep a little longer before getting up and then get ready for the convention after breakfast. The only downsides I have are the following: - The housekeeper was making her rounds between 8:00 and 8:30 am on the weekend; my intention was to wake up at 10:00 am, but this didn't allow me to. - The bathroom faucet is a bit far from the sink and has quite a lot of pressure, which causes water to overflow from the sink due to its concave shape, soaking the entire vanity. And regulating the pressure makes the water fall behind the sink. -The internet was a bit overloaded, so the most you could do was browse.

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management. The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.

SSusanna GuoThe room was quite large, and the hotel facilities, while not new, were clean. It was very convenient for an overnight stay with children. We arrived at 3:00 AM and called the hotel. The hotel driver promptly picked us up at Exit 4. The shuttle bus had the hotel's name on it, making it easy to spot. However, the hotel wasn't as close to the airport as expected. The shuttle back to the airport departed at the hour. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

GGuest UserOverall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City) My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault.

MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.
