"My first time for me and my wife with the 2 kids to try All inclusive Hotel. This serves to commend on the excellent service rendered by your friendly hotel’s staff during our stay from 5 February through 9 February 2025. The room allocations were done with effortless ease as we arrived there. The Superb Facilities start from Warm Swimming Pool, Aqua Park, Footbal Field, Tennis Court,Basketball Court, Mini Golf, Table Tennis, Kids Playground. And also standing applause for All of Entertainment teams. The chambermaids did and outstanding job in ensuring that the rooms were in order and cleaned. Additionally, the buffets served for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack time were highly sumptuous as we had a hearty time indulging in the array of varieties. Thankyou, we will definitely come back to this hotel."

No. 10 of Family Hotels in Morocco"On the day of check-in, I arrived very late and said that I wanted a quiet room, so I was sent to the innermost corner. When I entered the door, the curtains were not tight, and I felt that it was even worse. I asked for a room change. Fortunately, changing the room was fairly fast, but the room downstairs was changed, because there was a block on the second floor balcony, so the lighting was not good at all. The three meals I ate didn't have a day because the breakfast ended at 10 o'clock. The lunch and dinner were similar, and there was nothing to eat. I didn't see any seafood except grilled fish. The pictures were deceptive. There are quite a few places to play, but the water in another pool with a slide is cold, so it can only be displayed."

"I had a wonderful stay at Kech Boutique Hotel & Spa. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with my baby — they were so kind, attentive, and made everything easy for us. The spa was a real highlight: peaceful, professional, and exactly what I needed to relax. Everyone we met was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort with a personal touch."

"Deze prachtige Riad ligt op de perfecte locatie! Dichtbij de luchthaven alsook bij het mooie centrum.
Deze riad heeft hele mooie kamers en een leuk authentiek interieur.
De medewerkers die er werken zijn super behulpzaam en heel vriendelijk en niets is te veel wat je hun vraagt.
Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar."

No. 6 of Family Hotels in Morocco"A great hotel, beautiful, lots of greens. Each has its own villa with terrace and lying. A large pool, clean, also has access to the aquapark.
The room was also clean, everything in the room was.
The hotel has a transfer to Medina, which is convenient.
The only of the downsides would be noted - it is a fairly scarce breakfast for a hotel of this level."

Amazing
GGuest UserThis is a very worthwhile hotel. It can be said to be the highlight of the entire trip to Morocco. Each room is an independent Riad courtyard. The service is friendly but not overly enthusiastic. Except for the average food, the environment can be said to be impeccable. Marrakech is actually quite dirty and messy as a whole. The inside and outside of the hotel can be said to be two different worlds. If I come to Marrakech next time, I will still consider staying here!

Amazing
KK DesaiThis is an absolutely stunning Riad. I cannot praise it enough. The courtyard is beautiful and full of trees and plants. The restaurant shares this space and is a wonderful experience to have breakfast, lunch or dinner among the trees and plants.
We stayed in room Orientalle and it is just incredible. There is a balcony over the pool and plenty of room to relax. The artwork is also stunning, not just in the room but all over the riad. It is like staying in a museum.
There are also many patios to relax in although we could not make full use of them as the weather wasn't great.
The real stars of the Riad are the staff. They are simply amazing. Ahmed looked after us so well. Sorted out our transfers and organised a tour of Marrakech, booked a restaurant for is. Would always ask if we were okay was always ready with a tip or helping on what to do or where to go. When he wasn't there Khalid did the same. Khalid is also very friendly and helpful. It was great having them in reception just before you went out. As we had come to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary Ahmed had decorated the room with petals and had also arranged a bunch of roses for my wife. He also organised a special vegetarian dinner in the restaurant for us
Housekeeping led by Latifa were great and the room was cleaned very well and repeatedly decorated with rose petals.
Breakfast is a traditional Moroccan one and is very good. The star is however Oussama, our waiter. He looked after us every day and insisted we try everything and made sure we had a good breakfast. He is a very genuine person and truly wants you to have a good time. When we had dinner at the restaurant one evening he made sure we couldn't eat another crumb. A truly kind and sweet person
I cannot praise the Riad and staff enough. It is not the cheapest place but for my wife and I it was worth every penny. The memories we have will last for ever.
We will return

AApinkeI enjoyed every second of my stay here. Right from the pick up at the airport through to the reception and the breakfast I was served while waiting for my early check-in (my flight got in early).
It was home away from home and I would definitely recommend this Riad to anyone visiting Marrakesh for the first time.
Special shout out to the owner (on his electric bike... He expressly said I was ONLY to take taxis), Abdou, Ismail (I hope I got that right), the guy in glasses (I never did ask him for his name), my hamman lady, the cleaners, the cooks, everyone. I dare say, they all watched out for me and made my stay such a pleasure.
I will definitely be returning here.
Thank you.

DDiliaraThe hotel is beautiful and clean, and the location is excellent, with a good breakfast. However, all of this is overshadowed by the somewhat lacking service. Check-in was incredibly slow; our room wasn't ready by 3 PM, so we went out for a walk. When we returned at 9 PM, we still had to wait about 40 minutes to be checked in. Being exhausted, this was far from pleasant. There were about 10 people at the reception, walking around, chatting amongst themselves, and pretending to be busy, which resulted in a check-in queue that moved at a snail's pace. In the end, they upgraded our room as an apology, but the negative impression lingered. If you don't mind these issues, I would recommend the hotel.

GGuest UserSorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking.
This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience.
From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy.
The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout.
The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour.
There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm.
Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels.
We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display.
The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

GGuest UserWe particularly appreciated the warm welcome and the attentive service from all the staff, who were always available and courteous.
The reception team deserves a special mention for their professionalism and great friendliness.
We would also like to extend a special thank you to Mouad, whose kindness and service-mindedness were truly remarkable. He even took the initiative to speak to the bus driver so we could take our luggage on our excursion, saving us a trip back to the hotel and precious time.
Impeccable service that we really want to highlight.
