"Pretty tired hotel in a god location, took ages to check in, almost thirty minutes and there was a long queue behind me and just two people on the desk. This may not sound like a big deal, but when you arrive at a city and just have the evening, half an hour is a long time. I jumped straight in the shower before heading out - no towels! In a 5 star hotel. I had to use the duvet cover off one of the beds to dry off. Told reception and the towels were there when I got back from town. Generally the room is shabby, shower curtain attached by just a few rings, cracked tiles etc. Breakfast was ok but again, a coffee machine in a 5 star? Someone constantly dragging chairs around somewhere for maybe an hour, no exaggeration, like they were dragging one after another about 10 meters each time. Great view from the 5th floor pool and terrace. Would never stay again."

"The room and quiet are located in the old town of the city center. Convenient. The station is nearby. The restaurant is also very complete. The taxi is very good. The hotel has an elevator. Breakfast is generally the same. The service is good."

"The hotel is very conveniently located. There are several museums nearby, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. But...the cigarette smell! That's a major drawback for us. No amount of fragrance can get rid of it. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can hear pedestrians talking from the street. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hot drinks were served warmly, with a wide selection and everything was delicious. The reception staff was friendly. It's possible to leave your luggage after check-out. Overall, we recommend it."

"This program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point. Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun. The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. Only regret was the guide and driver had a weak voice cause fatigue."

"The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twеnty fivе еuro each and wasn’t really 5*."

"A good hotel on a quiet street near the museums. The hotel is large, but at the same time quiet and calm. It may seem quite old to discerning travelers, but don't rush to conclusions: good location, friendly staff, rooms equipped with everything you need and everything works, including air conditioning, plus the low cost make the hotel attractive."

"While the hotel itself was nice, their failure to honor confirmed reservations was unacceptable. Due to overbooking, several of our group's pre-made bookings were shifted, causing significant inconvenience and disrupting our plans. Confirmed reservations should mean exactly that — confirmed. Overbooking is a poor business practice that shows a lack of respect for guests who plan ahead. Management needs to address this issue before it damages their reputation further."

"Well maintained with simple yet beautiful decorations. Plenty of common area to chill & work. Huge outdoor terrace all around the top floor. The house has water dispenser to made both both hot & cold drinks. Hassan Tower, waterfront promenade (sunset view) & Rabat medina are just 6 tram-stops away via #1 route for mad 7. There are also buses to & from these sightings back to house. Breakfast is Chinese-styled home cooking. Yummy dumpling, fried spring roll and the spicy veg are some of my favs. 好有家的感觉。 谢谢大美的家！"

"- Friendly helpful staff but expect slow service as is the case generally around Rabat. - Brilliant room and the hotel but not all amenities are live. The hotel very much is under construction. Not great for a pricy hotel. Was disappointed. Steam room was not on and you had to walk through construction to get to the spa. - The Spanish restaurant in the hotel was superb. - Location wise you are away from the centre but great if you want the beach."

"The courtyard hotel is beautifully decorated and modern, the environment is elegant and quiet, the service attitude is warm, considerate, breakfast 🥣 is also rich, and more eggs are added, every time I come back, there is Moroccan mint tea 🍵, I feel at home. Really good, stayed for two nights, came by fun, and returned with satisfaction."
