"The hotel was easily accessible on foot from various bus stops and located near many restaurants. It also seems to be adjacent to a nightclub district but the area was still quiet the time I travelled (late summer 2025). The room was clean and renovated in a modern way, and the window view was nice!
Sometimes the checkout counter is unstaffed and ringing the bell doesn't bring anyone to the counter, but otherwise the staff are helpful and friendly. They allowed me to store luggage before check-in on the day of my arrival!"
"This hotel is very close to Jeju Airport, a quick taxi ride away, and there's a bus stop right outside, making transportation very convenient. There's also a convenience store on the first floor. The stay itself was decent; the room was clean but the facilities were a bit dated, and the soundproofing wasn't great. Note that the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes or slippers, so you'll need to bring your own. For catching a flight or a temporary stopover, it offers good value for money."
"First off, the location is truly fantastic – really close to the airport, duty-free shops, and all the main attractions. There's even a bus stop right outside the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. We arrived late on New Year's Eve, around 11 PM, and check-in was still super fast. Everyone at the hotel was lovely, and the room had a great view; you could see the ocean right from the window. There's a supermarket next to the hotel, and the potato pork bone soup across the street was delicious too. Now for the only downside: it's quite close to the road, so there was a bit of noise at night. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Jeju Island is beautiful!"
"Our whole family thought this place was good, but there's room for improvement, which I'll list out:
Areas for improvement:
1. The pool fee is 1000 KRW (about 5 RMB) and is paid to the hotel upon check-out.
2. The pool water wasn't very clean.
3. The curtains in our room had oil stains, and the sheets and duvet covers were damaged (Room 916).
4. Transportation isn't very convenient (by bus). There's only one bus stop nearby, and it's not very close. We always had to take a bus to the bus terminal (lines 431, 432) and then transfer to another bus.
Pros:
1. The location is excellent. It's near the sea (no beach), and it's lively at night, great for a run. There's a seafood street by the sea, and it's not far from Dongmun Market. There are 7-Eleven, CU convenience stores, and BHC fried chicken nearby (don't get the cheese flavor, it's very greasy and sweet, but they do provide side dishes, cola, and cheese sauce). It's also not far from Chilseong-ro and there's a supermarket next door.
2. The hotel has deep, shallow, and hot spring-like pools."
"overall this hotel is quite good. will definitely stay at this hotel again!! booked 2 room with this hotel and both room legit damn good! recommend if u travel in a big group, can consider their big room, is giving airbnb feel!!
front office staffs are welcoming!
the location of this hotel also quite accessible, opposite the hotel is a palace that you could visit, nearby have convenience mart, and is walkable distance to the famous shopping street (chil-sung ro), also walkable distance to an underground shopping. Another famous place is dong mun market, walkable distance also, but is within a 10-15min walk.
If you are self driving, parking is very easy to find, is just next to the hotel, however the road was a bit tight as the people there tends to park along the road.
Their room and toilet are clean, both are spacious. I can open both of my 28 inch luggage at the same time and even i didn’t close, there are still spaces to walk around."
"Overall the experience is good, the location of the hotel is near to the Jeju City Hall Bus Stop, which can easily access to different buses route.
However, there are a few things that may need to be considered.
1. The lift of the hotel is not secure enough, as everyone enter the lift can access the guest room floors, which I am quite concerned about the security. (Lobby not at the first floor, it is on the second floor)
2. There is no separation between the shower area and the toilet, when I shower, the water made the toilet all wet. A curtain to separate may helps.
3. The small table below the TV table is a bit dusty, may need to clean up.
4. There is no accessible electrical socket around the TV table for the hot water kettle, that is not convenient, I need to boil the water at bedside. Other electrical socket are near to the floor or the door side, that cannot used for boiling water.
Although there is a few improvement suggestions, the front desk staff are so friendly and very competent in English. This hotel may need to check in sharp at 4pm (+/- 15 mins), but that fine for me.
I have a great stay in this hotel, thank you very much. I will choose this hotel again if I come to Jeju again."
"On my very first night, I desperately wanted to check out and switch hotels, even if it meant paying out of pocket.
It wasn't because it was far from Baojian Road, nor was it particularly unclean.
It wasn't because it was a bit basic, or that one whole wall was covered in mirrors. And it certainly wasn't because it looked like a simple apartment converted into a hotel.
It was purely because of the mattress. Oh my god, it was softer and saggier than even a British mattress!
As someone with a herniated disc, lying on it made my head spin, leaving me dizzy, with back pain, and feeling nauseous. It was utterly miserable. I even considered sleeping on the floor, but alas, the floor was a bit dirty. How did I manage, you ask? I suppressed the urge to leave, carefully lay down on the very edge of the mattress, risking falling off, and found a corner that wasn't quite as saggy.
Then I discovered the pillows were no good either. It was pure agony. I ended up folding the blanket into a pillow. Yes, I have neck problems too.
In summary, I absolutely cannot recommend this hotel. The only upside is its proximity to the cherry blossom viewing spot; everything else is far away. I ended up walking 20 kilometers every day. I'm usually someone who can endure a lot, but seriously, I cannot recommend this place unless they change their bedding."
"The lady who assisted me during check-in was very helpful and kind. She helped me book a taxi to go to Hallasan the next day and did her best to communicate with me using Papago. I truly appreciated her effort and kindness.
The location of the hotel is excellent, just right in front of a bus stop, which made it very convenient for getting around. There are many restaurants nearby, including Black Pork Street and Dongmun Market, all within easy reach."
"Switched from Lotte Hotel Seogwipo to Regent Marine. It was super convenient, only about a ten-minute taxi ride from the airport to the hotel. We were given a room on the top floor with a partial sea view, and it was fantastic watching planes take off and land every day with the ocean in front of us. I remember being really impressed by Ramada and Emart twelve years ago. Regent Marine is about a ten-minute walk to Emart, and across the street is Chilseong-ro Shopping Street. Downstairs, there's McDonald's, GS25, CU, and 7-Eleven, all very close by. The duty-free shop and Baojian Road are about a forty-minute bus ride away. The hotel's fried chicken delivery also came with two free drinks, and it tasted great. There were also vouchers for the coffee shop downstairs. A lot of Korean Air flight attendants stay at this hotel. I felt it was a great and convenient stay, plus there's a swimming pool, which made the kids very happy. Highly recommend!!!"
"The hotel is super close to downtown, markets, food streets, and the airport, making transportation very convenient. For its price point, everything else is great, but parking is a bit of a hassle. If you're staying multiple nights and plan to use your car, constantly driving in and out can be a nuisance, so I wouldn't recommend it. However, if you don't have a car, it's excellent value for money."

Amazing
GGuest UserAbsolutely fantastic! The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It came fully equipped with pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils we needed, which was great – we even cooked ramen in the room, a really wonderful experience. There was a lovely painting in the hallway, I think it was introducing Jeju Island? And to my surprise, we could even watch Chinese historical dramas on TV, haha!
The owner was incredibly friendly and explained all the room's features in Mandarin, which my mom could easily understand. We also got to try the owner's special banana milk, which instantly boosted our stay!
Most importantly, there were huge floor-to-ceiling windows offering amazing ocean views. You truly get a superb experience even without leaving the room. Just outside the room, there's also an observation deck that's perfect for photos. Although it rained for the first two days of our trip to Jeju, we saw a beautiful sunset on the third evening, and the last day was completely clear and sunny, making for a rich experience overall.
There's a McDonald's right next door (cash or card only) and a cafe with delicious coffee. Plenty of convenience stores and restaurants are within walking distance too. Getting to the city center is easy by taxi, or you can take a bus if you're not in a hurry – both are very convenient.
Overall, it was absolutely wonderful! It's been a long time since I've had such an enjoyable trip, and I'm so grateful to the owner for providing such a fantastic place to stay.
GGuest UserThis hostel is located within walking distance of Yongduam Rock, in a very quiet neighborhood with a school nearby. It was my first time staying in a hostel, and Mir had all the necessary facilities. It wasn't too crowded at night. I went for walks along the nearby coastline every morning and evening – the scenery was beautiful (even though it was super windy)! I envy people who live by the sea!
RRRRainstarI stayed during cherry blossom season, and it was super convenient to walk to Jeonnong-ro. If you're heading to the duty-free shop in the new city, it's just a five-minute walk to the bus stop. The road in front of the hotel wasn't congested either, making public transport and taxis easily accessible. Everything was great, except for getting to the old city beach area, which was a bit inconvenient (we opted for a taxi).
GGuest UserI was very satisfied and will definitely choose this hotel first next time. It's conveniently located, within walking distance to Shilla Duty Free and Baojian Road. The best part is that I didn't need a power adapter; Chinese plugs worked directly. Just a small suggestion: the scent in the 6th-floor reception area could be changed. The current one is a bit too sweet and not very sophisticated; I got a headache after sitting there for a while.
MMailaoyeThe hotel's location is excellent, right across from Shilla Duty Free and very close to the Baojian Road pedestrian street. You can easily walk to all the nearby shops and restaurants. There's also an 'About Coffee' shop next door, which is quite charming. It's super convenient to get to Emart and the Hyatt. Overall, a fantastic stay!
GGuest UserFacilities: The smart toilet and Wi-Fi were great, but the shower being in the bathtub was a bit inconvenient, and the bathroom was a little small – I had to dry my hair outside. There's a mirror directly opposite the bed, so be aware if that bothers you.
Hygiene: The hygiene was very good; the room was clean and tidy overall, and housekeeping did a thorough job.
Environment: The location is excellent, close to Baojian Road, and an easy walk to both duty-free shops. There's a 7-Eleven right in the hotel, souvenir shops nearby, a CU convenience store across the street, and it's very close to the airport. Overall, it's very convenient.
Service: I requested not to have an end room when booking, but that's what I got. There was a slight smell in the hallway. The front desk staff weren't very communicative, and luggage storage was just next to the front desk, unsupervised.
HHannah xuuThe first room we checked into had some unidentified sticky residue on the bathroom wall, and the AC was broken in both rooms we were shown. After an hour and a half of troubleshooting, they realized it couldn't be fixed and moved us to a much better room. The new room was great; the air conditioning worked perfectly, and it was quiet at night. Next time, I'd definitely choose to stay in this upgraded room type. Overall, it's a hotel with good value, a great location, and excellent service. The self-service kiosks were also very convenient to use.
AAnonymous UserThe first thing I’m really impressed with is the excellent service. They reply to messages very quickly, and they answer every question. If you have any issues, you can contact them anytime and they’re always helpful.
The hotel is located right in the city center, with lots of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Even though I traveled alone, I still felt safe the whole time.
The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s also super convenient for shopping because everything is within walking distance thanks to the central location.
GGuest UserThe Philippine receptionist is so nice and she get up to call taxi for me at 5am, the location is grate near by the airport ,restaurant and also daiso but room and any amenities a little dirty and old. I got kind mold smell in my room that why here perfect for some people have early morning flight, not perfect for long term. It’s perfect for the cost
HHerriesThe seaview from the room was awesome. Hotel located on the coastal road, there are many nice cafes & restaurants. Room is big enough for 4 of us. Coffee provided at the lobby. Reception will be closed at night better inform if you check-in late. (You might not able to find Fantastic ocean view Sydney hotel in Navar map or GPS - just look for Sydney hotel)
