Central location with easy access to and from airport by bus. Short walk to Dongmun market and black port street, restaurants and bus stops. Small room with ensuite wet room and toiletries. Free WiFi, small fridge with complimentary water on arrival but no coffee/tea making facility. However, 24 hours convenience store just across the road from the hotel.

Walking distance to Dongmun market and very accessible to airport. Convenience shop nearby and room might be small for 3 single beds but cozy feel and enough to place three 24 inch luggage on the long table and round table in the room. Staff can speak English. Hot and cold water dispenser on the 6th floor. Early morning like 7am has no issue to grab a taxi via Uber app to reach the airport. Service counter opened at 6am and closed at 1am. Hence, check-in very fast and efficient - arrived at 12am also has staff to handle the check-in for customers. Highly recommended for group, solo, family and business travellers to stay in this hotel because going around Jeju city is very convenient via taxi using uber app. Newly renovated the main building we are staying so it was an appropriate time that we stayed in this hotel.

The room is nice, bright, fairly clean and spacious, but it smells of cigarette smoke.

Spacious and clean room. Room service cleaning was also great. On arrival in the afternoon, without us requesting it, the front desk lady immediately offered us early check-in since the room was ready. All of them could communicate in good English. Toilet was clean and the necessary amenities were provided for. Bottles minerals were also provided each day. There was a cafe and a mini-mart in the hotel, but wish the cafe could open early instead of 8 am. Also the 2 staff at the cafe was not well prepared for the opening at 8 am. The pastries were all not ready on the shelves, they were still trying to sort them out. The coffee we ordered were still on hold, have to tell them to start preparing them cos we have to catch the tour bus. The mini-mart store lady was not so friendly. But will still stay at this hotel again cos it’s the pickup point for the local tours and hotel room and service is really good. Near to Dongmun market. 👍👍 Nice sea view in front of hotel.

The location is just over two kilometers from the airport, near the intersection of a main road and a new community. It's quiet at night, surrounded by parks and a river. A taxi to the airport only takes about five minutes (costing around 5,000 KRW / 20-30 CNY), which is very convenient. There's a CU convenience store within walking distance, and the area is full of budget-friendly hotels. The front desk is run by a family who are very friendly. The room was perfectly adequate, with two beds of different sizes, making it suitable for a family of three. One bed was wider, and there was even an electric blanket, which was a very thoughtful touch. It had everything you needed, even toothpaste provided. The hot water was plentiful with good pressure. This place offers excellent value for money! 👍

The room wasn't large, but it was very clean. Overall, it was pretty good. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The location is about a kilometer from the beach, an easy stroll away. There's a convenience store just 50 meters away, and the room has a fridge, which was very convenient.

This is an established, star-rated hotel, conveniently located about a 10-minute taxi ride from the airport. The elevators offer glass panels with sea views, and the waterfall view in the ground floor cafe is also beautiful. The lobby has a CU convenience store, there's a GS25 by the entrance, and an Emart and a pharmacy directly across the street. The nearby neighborhood is quiet and charming, boasting a wide variety of food options like tofu soup restaurants and bakeries, as well as specialty stores like Olive Young and Patagonia, perfect for a leisurely stroll. The front desk service was excellent. They kindly stored my luggage before the 3 PM check-in time. Some staff members couldn't understand English, but they patiently found colleagues who could assist. The breakfast offered a great variety and was very good. Downsides: ① The room has limited power outlets. Once the lamp is plugged in, there aren't many other available sockets, so I recommend bringing a small power strip. ② The bathroom has a bathtub, which might be less convenient for elderly guests. ③ Since it wasn't air-conditioning season, the only ventilation in the room was by opening the window. However, there was a slight noise from planes taking off and landing at the distant airport. If you're a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs, though it was quiet in the middle of the night.

The hotel is in a strategically convenient location near the Black Pork Street and Dongmun Traditional Market within walking distance. It also has a parking lot, pretty convenient for drivers. The receptionist is also friendly and forthcoming. The room is spacious and clean even though it is not new but well-renovated and well-maintained. If I come back to this area again in the future, I will stay here again.

Facilities: The first-floor lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, and also features a microwave, massage chairs, computers, and a water dispenser. However, the water dispenser wasn't working when I visited, but it didn't impact my trip. There's a dining area on the basement level, but I didn't get a chance to go. Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms in the hallway every day. Environment: The hotel's internal environment is excellent. There's a convenience store right outside, and a very interesting park behind the hotel where you can climb a small hill. If you want to shop, it's also very close to the duty-free shop. The supermarket is a bit further, about 2-3 kilometers. There's a bus stop within 500 meters of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. Service: They offered a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to Jeju Airport, which was absolutely fantastic! My only minor issue was one morning around 7 AM when the hallway was very noisy. It sounded like a local tour group was departing or hotel staff were chatting; I couldn't understand what they were saying.

Booked a family suite with two bathrooms. The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, which made check-in very smooth. They don't provide disposable toothbrushes or toothpaste, but there are disposable slippers, though they're quite thin, so you might want to bring your own. During our stay, we saw many Korean locals staying here. It's in the city center with lots of food options nearby, and getting a taxi is very convenient.
