The room was very spacious, and the location is actually quite good. We often passed by the Rainbow Road when taking a taxi back or out, and the sea views along the way were amazing. It was also very quiet and comfortable. I would definitely book again next time.

I have to be honest. I don't like it. I mean this place is nice.. but I have problem talking to one of the staff that cannot speak in english. And there is jacket in my room.. i dont feel it completely clean the room.. but I have to give credit to one of gifl staff who are very polite and sincerely apologize. I change my Accomodation while staying here.

i love how our room can see airplane very clearly and both sunrise and sunset, i love how comfortable and i saw the staff was cleaning the room after the customer checked out and it was great to know that they are taking care of their cleanliness really well. only the minus point is that my kettle in the room wasnt working and some of the lights bulb cant be used but that wont be a problem for us because we only stayed for one night. i love how close it is with dodubong coastal rainbow road and with other places. locatin wise = really good. easy to get taxi here as well and nearby airport.

The ocean view is a bit lacking, but it is clean and the staff are friendly.

Finding the right place to stay can truly shape your entire trip, and Grabel Hotel exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the location stood out as both convenient and affordable, making it an easy choice for exploring Jeju without stretching the budget. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean, and the staff consistently went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service. It made the whole experience feel welcoming and effortless. One of the things we really appreciated was the ample parking space, which made coming and going stress-free. Although we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the infinity pool, it is a beautiful feature on the top floor with stunning ocean views. It is definitely something we are looking forward to trying next time. Traveling with kids can be challenging, but Grabel Hotel made it easy with their toddler-friendly rooms and thoughtful family-oriented setup. The small garden on the third floor was a lovely bonus, perfect for letting the kids unwind and play safely. The hotel also offers a great selection of food, and it is clear they host a variety of events, including weddings, which adds to the lively yet refined atmosphere. Overall, this stay checked all the boxes: comfortable, family-friendly, well-maintained, and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend Grabel Hotel and will gladly book again on our next trip to Jeju.

The room is large and comfortable, close to the beach, and there are convenience stores nearby for shopping. If you extend your stay, you can simply leave the used towels at the door and use the clean toiletries when you return.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially for a layover. The location is super convenient, and it's a comfortable stay. The biggest perk of this hotel is its excellent location, being very close to the airport. It's also easy to get here by public transport, but a heads-up to future guests: make sure to research the bus/train schedules in advance. We initially got some info wrong due to a language barrier and ended up taking a detour. There were quite a few Chinese guests staying here (and a good number from Seoul too), which felt very welcoming. My favorite part is that the rooms are non-smoking, so there were no unpleasant odors. This is a huge plus for families with children or anyone who doesn't smoke. Overall, it's really good value and a comfortable place to stay. Lastly, I highly recommend visiting Udo Island – definitely go on a clear, sunny day, the scenery is absolutely stunning!

Located near Jeju airport. About a 12 minute walk to the beach. A self-service store in the lobby. Some places to eat nearby. Stored my bag here before check-in so I could bike around the area to explore. There is a great burger place nearby too, Instant Burger. Staff was friendly. Didn’t eat breakfast there, but they offer it at a cost. Room was decent and clean.

Facilities: The first-floor lobby is spacious with plenty of seating, and also features a microwave, massage chairs, computers, and a water dispenser. However, the water dispenser wasn't working when I visited, but it didn't impact my trip. There's a dining area on the basement level, but I didn't get a chance to go. Cleanliness: Very clean, no issues at all. I saw the housekeeping staff cleaning the rooms in the hallway every day. Environment: The hotel's internal environment is excellent. There's a convenience store right outside, and a very interesting park behind the hotel where you can climb a small hill. If you want to shop, it's also very close to the duty-free shop. The supermarket is a bit further, about 2-3 kilometers. There's a bus stop within 500 meters of the hotel, making transportation very convenient. Service: They offered a complimentary pick-up or drop-off service to Jeju Airport, which was absolutely fantastic! My only minor issue was one morning around 7 AM when the hallway was very noisy. It sounded like a local tour group was departing or hotel staff were chatting; I couldn't understand what they were saying.

The location is fantastic! Within walking distance to Lotte and Shilla, neither takes too long. We only discovered the Lotte Mart just behind the hotel shortly before we left, which felt like a huge missed opportunity. The taxi ride to the airport was also reasonable, and it was easy to hail a cab. Service: Absolutely excellent! They have a 24-hour front desk. The lady was already there when we checked out at 4 or 5 AM. She was warm and friendly. We dropped off our luggage earlier, and by the time we returned from shopping in the afternoon, they had already sent it up to our room. The room was also quite spacious and very quiet, which was super convenient for packing our luggage and resting well on our last day. If I have the chance to come back, I will definitely book this place again!
