こちらは「モーテル」日本でいう「ラブホテル」です。
ですが韓国ではモーテルに旅行客が泊まることもあるということなので安く泊まりたい方には、選択肢としてありだと思います。
ただ近くの部屋での声などは、、、聞こえてきました。
周辺はラブホテル街ですが、
治安面に不安はなさそうです。
周辺は飲食店がとても多く、食事には困らなそうです。ダイソーもありました。
お部屋自体は思っていたより清潔な感じがしました。
ただ少しタバコの臭いもしました。
前の日には4時半ごろにチェックアウトできるか？フロントのお母さんに聞いたのですが、チェックアウトが予定より遅くなってしまったところ、お母さんがお部屋に電話をして起こしてくれました。優しいフロントのお母さんでした。

Located in Bucheon when using this motel, the regret was that I paid extra.
The motel stayed in Fuchuan, the location is very convenient, the surrounding transportation and living facilities are very complete.
The overall environment is clean and tidy, and the room is more comfortable, basically meeting the needs of rest.
The bed is soft and can be fully relaxed.

The room was fine, the bed was comfortable, it looked a bit dirty but was actually very clean, the hot water was very hot, the air conditioner wasn't very powerful and was a bit noisy. Is this room suitable for playing games?

It's just a 2-3 minute walk from Bucheon City Hall Station, and there's a 7-Eleven along the way, so it was very convenient.
The receptionist doesn't speak either Korean or English, but I was able to communicate with them without any problems using a translation app.
The room seemed a little old, but it was spacious with a separate bathroom and toilet (with a washlet), and the bathroom was also quite large.
In addition to a hair dryer, there was a hair iron and a steam closet, so I thought it was quite well-equipped.
The built-in refrigerator had two bottles of water, Pepsi, and what appeared to be coffee. The kettle was T-fal.
The closet seemed a little dirty, but everything else was great.

BBaosanxianshengThe name of this hotel is Four Star, and it is located in the northern industrial zone of Bucheon. I originally thought it was a small, remote hotel, but I can responsibly tell you that it really has the quality of a four-star hotel. Needless to say, the room area is 40 square meters. The facilities inside are all available, including a large TV, a large bathtub, and various daily necessities. The upper floors can enjoy an unobstructed view of Bucheon's night view. The wine and meatloaf I photographed was dinner in Seoul. The iron plate rice is from the Magalang Canteen in the factory 600 meters away from the hotel. It is a pure Korean work meal, affordable and delicious. The breakfast in the hotel, the environment in which I took the video, is a purely Western-style breakfast. I had a flight that day, so I didn’t wait for all the delicacies cooked by the chef sister. I only ate sandwiches and hot cream soup that the sister had just made. My wife is very picky and said that the price/performance ratio of this hotel is extremely difficult to find in China.

Hotel location is the downfall. One thing I hated was the lack of windows 🪟, if you are claustrophobic you won’t be able to sleep. The windows are sealed and room is very dark. 🥲 no sunlight
The hotel has an excellent shower and hot water. Loved the free drinks and water bottles and the mini bar, helped keep my food cold.

GGuest UserAn excellent budget hotel, close to the metro station and bus stops. There are many 24-hour shops nearby. There are plenty of dining options: some are open until lunchtime (like cafeterias), others until late evening. The small room has everything you need for a comfortable stay: heated floors and air conditioning (not adjustable). There's a comfortable bed (heated mattress), a desk with a chair, a small dining table, a large TV, a hairdryer and curling iron, a refrigerator, and a kettle. The bathroom is decent; despite the lack of a partition in the shower, it doesn't overwhelm the entire space. A set of disposable toiletries (toothbrushes and cosmetic samples) is provided upon check-in. Shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner are available in dispensers. There's a microwave, paper cups, and disposable cutlery in the hallway. Tea and coffee are refilled (in the hallway), but they run out quickly.
Wi-Fi. I connected to any available network without a password. It works perfectly. Cons: There's no housekeeping, not even trash removal. The underfloor heating turns on automatically, and there's no way to control the air conditioning.

I arrived before the 3:00 PM check-in time, but they allowed me to check in early.
I was given disposable slippers and amenities when I checked in.
The room was clean, and the bathroom was also very clean.
The room I stayed in had the largest bathtub I've ever had, so it was great to be able to relax in it after a concert.
The location is a bit of a walk from the station (7 or 8 minutes?), but it was convenient as there were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, Daiso, Oryan, pharmacies, etc.
It was a hotel I'd like to use again if I have the opportunity.

Even when I got home late after a live show, I was able to enjoy hot, delicious Korean food instead of convenience store grub. I was traveling alone, but I got a spacious room with a double bed at a reasonable price! I'm very satisfied!

This weekend, because Seoul is too expensive, I finally chose Fuchuan, which is a little far from the city.
The hotel is very close to the subway station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from Exit 4. It is very convenient to eat and go shopping around. I stayed for 2 days and went to Jiangnan and Lidao Modern Department Store. Modern Department Store bus can also be used. It is about an hour. It can be accepted but can save a lot of money.
The hotel is also very new + clean as a whole. There is a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It is just right to live alone. There is a coffee buffet on the first floor. The room floor can also replenish mineral water, dumplings, etc. at any time.

GGuest UserBeing located in Bucheon, it can take longer to reach central Seoul. If you’re prepared for the commute, this isn’t a problem. Check in was quick and easy, staff were polite. A small toiletries kit was given, clean towels were in the room. Bed had the electric blanket switched on when I arrived, and sheets were clean.
However, there were stray hairs on the floor and the toilet had some stains. Bathroom was spacious, good water pressure and warm water available. But it still felt unclean, especially when the carpet next to the bathroom entrance was drenched when I arrived in the room.
An okay stay for one night.
