"This is a really nice hotel in the Commercial Business District. The best thing about here is the breakfast which has a really nice spread including an egg station, beef/chicken sausages, and pancakes. I also used the gym frequently where they provided towels and water. Everyone was always so friendly. While it is centrally located, it’s not the safest neighborhood at night - during the day it seemed fine (but you must always take care of your phone). We didn’t mind it because we were always out and when we came back to the hotel, we never left again each night."

"I booked this hotel two months in advance, paying 980 RMB per night including breakfast. However, on the day I checked in, my colleague found the price was 580 RMB per night with breakfast. Early check-in cost an extra $30. I appreciated that the power outlets were universal Chinese type, so I didn't need an adapter. The breakfast offered steamed buns, noodles, and chopsticks. While it was nothing special, it was decent enough. The outdoor seating at the restaurant was very comfortable. On the downside, the room facilities were outdated, and the hygiene was just average. There was a strange smell from the wardrobe and the sink, and some areas were quite dirty. On the positive side, the staff were all very nice. If the price had been under 500 RMB per night, I would have found it acceptable. But paying nearly 1000 RMB per night, I felt like I got a raw deal."

"The hotel is an old colonial house and well maintained. The location is a little far from the restaurants and city center. A Carrefour is within walking distance. Breakfast and pool are great. Highly recommended for budget travelers"

The rooms are also very spacious, and there's a gym and an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel boasts three dining options: a 24-hour bar and a buffet restaurant. It's also conveniently close to East Africa's largest mosque and a museum, both great for daytime visits. Plus, there are safe bars and restaurants right next to the hotel that you can check out during the day."

"Cons: No hairdryer, even though it was advertised. Pros: Cheaper than ***********, payment by Russian card, friendly staff, daily cleaning, good location, Noma cafe nearby with incredibly delicious coffee, highly recommended!!!"

"It felt less like a hotel and more like staying in a room within an apartment. The owner, cleaning staff, and the breakfast area were all on the 6th floor. The breakfast menu varied slightly each day, offering dishes like fried rice, potatoes, and stir-fried vegetables. It would be smoother to check in via WhatsApp. When the toilet paper ran out or the Wi-Fi acted up, they responded quickly and fixed it after I contacted them on WhatsApp. Laundry was also free. However, the main room where the laundry was kept smelled of cigarettes, possibly because people smoked there. But since it was free, I didn't mind. I also received plenty of water."
