Hotels near Zenko-ji Temple, Kawaguchi

The hotel is nice and very near the JR train station. It come with breakfast and very convenient. The staff are friendly even they try using google translator to communicate to us and treat us very well. Wife and boy got some packs each for them and happy with the kind gesture from them. The room is quite big and clean and overall very happy with the stay and totally recommended to stay.

This time I stayed in a corner room on the 5th floor. The rooms were big and clean! The bed is two single beds, which I personally think are quite comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioner has cooling and heating, so you can adjust the temperature yourself. If you stay for more than three days, the room will be cleaned after 10 am on the third day of your stay, and new towels will be replaced. In principle, the entire room should be cleaned and replaced. There is a drum washing and drying machine, and simple laundry bags and a small clothes drying rack are provided. I hope there will be a bigger clothes rack next time. There are induction cookers, microwaves, refrigerators, coffee machines (coffee capsules are provided), pots and kitchen utensils. If you want to cook something special, you can rent them, but we only boiled water and it was enough. The counter is manned 24 hours a day. You need to hand in your key when entering or leaving. The door will be locked at 00:00 and will only be opened when you ring the doorbell, which makes it easy to control. This time, maybe I traveled at a different time than my neighbors, and I only met travelers from different floors twice. There is an elevator, the distance from the station is OK, the road is flat, a 29-inch suitcase is not too difficult to push, and the road conditions are not complicated and you won't get lost. On the way back to the B&B, there are restaurants such as Matsuya Osaka King, McDonald's, Burger King, etc., so you won't be left without food. It is a convenient place to go to downtown Tokyo, Saitama Arena and Kawagoe Hikawa Shrine. I will consider coming here next time I come to an SVT concert! !

The front desk staff were kind and polite. It would have been nice if they'd provided a shower cap as an amenity. The room was large and clean. Although there was some noise from the floor above, it was relatively quiet and in a good location. I stayed here because I couldn't get a hotel in the Urawa area. The phone number listed on Trip.com is no longer in use and has been changed.

The room was simple, the two-bedroom room was comfortable but the walking space was narrow. The bathroom was just the right size, and there was a microwave in the room for convenience. Breakfast was served in the lobby with bread. The location was convenient, a one-minute walk to a 7-Eleven and a five-minute walk to the bus stop. There were also supermarkets, fast food restaurants, and other eateries around the station. Highly recommended!

First of all, the customer service at the reception was very nice and I was glad I made a reservation here. And the room was also very clean and nice. The floor was such that children would slip on it if they were wearing socks or slippers, so we had to go barefoot, but it was still beautiful. It was convenient because it was within walking distance from the station. There was a big screen and the children were happy. (For some reason, the screen was always purple.)

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation, but it is far from the airport. The breakfast is delicious and the hygiene is not bad. The hygiene is not bad for an old hotel in Japan. The service attitude is okay. I rated it 7 points
